• Ashley (10/5): - Great aparment especially with kids. Plenty of space and the beds were very comfortable. Excellent facilities and the location was perfect. Only a 12 min walk to the centre and nice quite street. The only downside was the entrance door which was a full glass pane which one of our children ran into as there was no markings on the door to show the glass pane. We will definitely being staying here again.

• Eric (10/5): Family Holiday at Wanaka. - Having a family holiday in South Island New Zealand and had a 3-day stay at the Wanaka. The property was located relatively near the town centre and still far enough to maintain the quietness. The staff there was very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed our stay there.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Pretty place - Weather wasn’t good during our stay, so did not try out the pool or spa facilities. Very little complimentary coffee and tea, and this was not replaced when new towels were received mid stay. A little thing I know, but it did seem a bit stingy.
• Paul (6/5): Wanaka - Nice,big,warm townhouse in a good area. 5 minutes drive to town centre. No toiletries in bathroom/ shower. No dish brush for pots and pans. I think these are necessary, especially if you’re calling yourself Luxury on Landsdown
• Rena (8/5): Just ok - Place was nice. About a mile from town in nice, quiet residential neighborhood. No soap for the bathroom so you had to use the soap for the shower. Only enough coffee for one morning (we were there for 3 nights). One bathroom hand towel. Bed very firm and sheets felt like they had been starched. Spotty internet. Would work then would stop. Some pluses and some minuses.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - This property is located in an attractive housing estate in beautiful Wanaka. I'm sure in cool periods of the year it would be cosy with the fireplace but I stayed here when it was particularly warm and found it uncomfortably hot without air-con. Also the very small windows prevented enough air flow to cool it down.

• Minimiss (10/5): perfect location , self contained apartment style - This townhouse style accomadation is close to perfect - great location in a picturesque cul de sac, and yet only a few minutes stroll to the lakefront and numrous dining options in beautiful Wanaka. We booked a one bedroom apartment which had all we needed - and lots of little extra touches - a spa bath , nespresso style coffee machine , large walk in wardrobe to store our gear - nad a picnic basket to take on outings:) There is a cosy open plan living / kitchenette , great WIFI connectivity , and all set on a lovely garden section. My only regert about giving this an almost perfect score is that I want to keep this place a secret - we loved it that much. The service from the property manager was super - friendly and effcicient. we will be back :)

• Verified traveler (8/5): A quiet retreat - In a suburban area of Lake Wanaka, it's a series of townhouses/duplexes occupying several locations in a couple of streets. You wouldn't know they were part of a motel group. They are definitely away from the main road. Our duplex was quite spacious and very well appointed. The rear garden was an added luxury. It was a good 1/2 hour walk into town where the shopping is good and the restaurants, some of which are exceptional, are worth visiting. For the better restaurants - bookings are essential.
