The breakfast was great, the facilities were great, it’s located around everything. - Convenient location, decent parking, beautiful inside and outside. My room didn’t get cleaned until later in the day, around dinner time. We left in the morning for hours, came back, and they weren’t even at our door. By that time, we wanted to shower and get ready for dinner, but felt like we had to leave the room fast in order for it to get cleaned.

I am experiencing a sense of being deceived. The unsanitary room, with mold visibly growing in the bathroom, is unacceptable. The walls require immediate attention and repair. While this may be acceptable to some, I had higher expectations.

- 891chrissyj (8/5): Enjoyed our stay! - Location was good, but a little further than we had thought to the beach. 20+ minutes to Bradenton Beach/Anna Marie Island. Pool is very small. We did not use. Breakfast was good, beds comfortable, room was clean. Water pressure was very bad when we were there. I would recommend a good carpet and upholstery cleaning in the main lobby and dining area. Plenty of places to eat in walking distance, easy parking and the staff was incredibly nice! Keep in mind when booking that this place is a historical hotel and has been renovated. It has a historical vibe, not brand new hotel.

This is a very busy time in Bradenton area with spring break and spring training baseball as well as numerous local events. The hotel is beautiful and located in a spectacular location with the Riverwalk right outside your door. The real thing that makes this hotel so very special is the staff. Everyone is always looking out for you so that they can provide whatever will make your stay special. I want to especially recognize Edna who was our housekeeper during our stay. She is quite wonderful and I can’t thank her enough for such great care while we were here. Needless to stay we’ll be back next March. Thanks to the entire management and staff.

Clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, (and amazing fruit water night and day!) The General Manger is always present checking on the guests to be sure they are happy and enjoying their visit. The only place we choose to stay when visiting family in Bradenton!

- Iryna (10/5): Here you will find genuine care and enjoyment during your stay - The hotel is located in a great location in the city center, which is very convenient if you want to walk, to do shopping, visit restaurants, or get to the beach in 20 minutes. The staff is very friendly and professional. You can find help 24/7... They know how to take care of your needs (for example, they will prepare breakfast to go if you are leaving early in the morning, offer refreshing drinks on a hot day, etc.). Everything is wonderful at this hotel. This isn't the first time we've spent our "get-away-for-several-days" here. Choose an earlier time for breakfast to avoid crowds.

Wall paper coming off the wall in the bathroom, vent fan did not work. When we walked into the room the Air conditioner said it was 69. It couldn’t have been because it was hot in there so we sweated all night. It never cooled off. The furniture was well worn and it just needs replaced. If the room reflected the lobby it would be great. Pool was dirty. Bugs floating and the bottom had sand all in it. Needed a good cleaning. We wouldn’t swim in it. Very disappointed. It was however in a great location.

The room smelled like covered up smoke the first night (we think they didnt have the air circulating early enough). It was smaller than most rooms. The carpet was frayed. Each day of our stay, we had some form of interaction with him due fully to his proactive work ethic. From greeting guests near the front desk to doing just about EVERYTHING in the breakfast room, the man ALWAYS has a smile on his face as he seeks to be of assistance in some way. A nice stay made significantly better by an employee who goes the extra mile to make guests feel right at home. Great job Spurgeon!

- markcU8039LI (4/5): My room was subject par - My bed was so soft it broke my back. I take Oxycodone for my back, and with this mattress being so soft Oxycodone didn't help. My TV didn't work the first night, the maintenance man ( who was very nice ) he fixed the remote again. And still, it didn't work the third time was the charm! The door in my bathroom didn't shut properly it kept opening. The continental breakfast was probably the best I have ever had. The staff were all amazing. I am a fairly young man, but I am severely handicapped from multiple strokes. In the breakfast hall, I fell and could not get up several guests, and hotel staff came to my aid to get me on my walker seat and wheel me to my table. And they got me a plate of food. Thank you all! I must recognize Lawren, who was one of the breakfast area staff who helped me and was super nice! The parking lot in front is too small, so when the hotel is full you will need to park in the street. The hotel is within walking distance of some good bars and restaurants. And it's near the river walk if you wish to go on a nice walk at night.

- Lori (10/5): I was there due to a family emergency not leisure - During the last night of my stay, I had gotten food poisoning I believe from a outside restaurant as your establishment doesn't have a restaurant for dinner. The young lady at the desk was really helpful in providing me fruit, tea and water. Without her assistance I'm not sure what I would have done. I didn't like the fact that the room did not have a mini fridge. I was unable to bring my medication (not life-threatening) because I had no way to keep it cool.

The staff is AMAZING from the #1 boss Spurgeon Nisbett to Lauren in the breakfast room to the front desk morning person and her beautiful Christmas earrings. I will return. The entire property has a lovely vibe about it and I have only praise for this location. Many thanks for the hard work done by all.

- 333alv (10/5): Great place to stay. - The entire staff were very friendly, courteous, helpful, professional, and accommodating. Check in and check out was easy. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel itself was very nice and is located conveniently to restaurants and other points of interest. A family member was having surgery and the front desk extended our check out time.

I especially want to recognize Lauren, the breakfast attendant, who truly set the standard for excellence and hospitality. Every morning, she greeted guests with a genuine smile and a positive attitude. Even when guests were demanding or impolite, she remained patient, professional, and kind. She interacted warmly with everyone — especially the children — and created a welcoming environment that made breakfast feel enjoyable instead of rushed. One moment that really stood out was when she offered to bring me coffee while I was waiting. It was such a simple gesture, but it showed how she consistently goes above and beyond in her role. Lauren’s dedication, attentiveness, and upbeat personality made my stay even more memorable. She is a great example of what true hospitality looks like, and the hotel is lucky to have her.

- 986sheilat (10/5): Bradenton Hampton Exceptional - My husband and I travel to the Bradenton area about once a month on business. I will always stay at the Hampton Inn downtown. I get a great room, and a great breakfast. It is within walking distance of top restaurants and attractions. The staff- Rebecca and Summer and others are friendly and helpful.

- Dale (5/5): Room 414 Bradenton - Location was good, Staff was helpful Supposed to have a mini fridge when booked room didn't have one Couldn't even keep bottled water cold. My window only had sheer window covering. No black out drapes. Street light shining in made it difficult for a good night sleep. Only parking available was over flow p.lot. Not a big deal but inconvenient. I don't travel alot but when I do I try to stay at a Hampton Inn because I'm usually very pleased. This time I can say was disappointing and not what I was expecting

- Joseph (10/5): The best HI that we have ever stay in! - As I mentioned to the Desk Manager on a couple of occasions that this is the nicest HI that my wife and I have ever stayed in. I realize that this HI was renovated and the footprint enabled it to be renovated the way that it was, but it would be nice if all HI were this nice. I realize that is not possible, but this one should be the "example" for the HI of the future. To clarify, we enjoy all HI that we stay but this one was "nice."

- MICHELLE (10/5): We will stay here the next time we visit family in the area. - Beautiful property. Clean located in an interesting neighborhood and great eateries within walking distance. The staff were professional, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and best of all kind. Beds were comfortable and our room was spacious. The water pressure was the best we had on this trip with multiple stays at different Hampton Inn’s. My entire family with multiple rooms ages 65-1 yr old all loved it. They even were friendly when my crawling 1 yr old grand daughter got into everything and under their feet. Due to the close buildings that surround the property and the echo/amplification factor, the lower floors can hear road noise and revelers on the street.

- Connector17811924678 (10/5): Hampton Inn with character - The hotel is interesting, as it is in a historic hotel from the 1920's. Some of the original features are there. Great breakfast, friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable.
