• Sandra (8/5): A Rare and Reasonable Option in Expensive Belgravia - This property is located in the lovely Belgravia neighborhood, and within easy walking distance to Victoria Station. There are many restaurants nearby. I had to change rooms on the first day, due to a radiator that wouldn't turn off, making the room unpleasantly warm. But the situation was handled gracefully and I was immediately given a different room. Both had large windows which could be opened, kitchenettes, and comfortable beds. Like many European hotels, especially those in older buildings, outlets are awkward; the bathroom only contain one of those goofy "shavers only" plugs, and there was no way to plug in a hair appliance within view of a mirror. My room was several doors down from the main location, which contained the office and breakfast room (my reservation did not include breakfast, so no comment on that). For the neighborhood, this was a solid value in pricey London, and I would stay there again. The first room had a couple of steps down to the bathroom, which can be awkward in the night. And be aware, there will always be stairs to access these older buildings. A minor point, but travelers should be aware.

No kettle in the room, shower extremely hot even at the lowest temperature. No chair or table in the room. Very simple room without some basic stuff for £300 is overpriced

Durchschnitt. - -das freundliche Personal -die Lage -das full-english Frühstück -das täglich gereinigte Zimmer (wenn gewünscht) -Kommunikation zur Anreise/check-in. Meine Anfrage betreffend spätem check-in wurde am Tag der Anreise nicht beantwortet. Ich musste anrufen, damit ich wusste wie wir einchecken können. Unverständlich und sehr mühsam. -Die Zimmerausstattung ist dürftig. Die Betten sind klein und unbequem. Der Föhn war kaum brauchbar, da nur Kaltluft. Der Abstelltisch sollte ersetzt werden. Das Badezimmer ist zwar neu, aber sehr klein. Das Fenster liess sich öffnen, aber nicht offen halten ohne Hilfsmittel (Decke dazwischen gelegt, dass ein Spalt offen bleibt). Es hat keinen Wasserkocher im Zimmer. Sollte Standard sein - gerade in London. -Frühstücksraum sehr klein für Anzahl Zimmer. Man musste teilweise auf einen Tisch warten. Alle diese Punkte wären nicht so schlimm für eine als "durchschnittlich/normale" beschriebene Unterkunft für London. Aber wenn man sich als 4Sterne Betrieb anpreist und der zu bezahlende Preis auch dem 4Sterne Niveau entspricht, erwarte ich eine tadellose Unterkunft und professionelle Kommunikation. Das ist bei dieser Unterkunft nicht gegeben. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt für mich absolut nicht, die Unterkunft hat mich enttäuscht und meine Erwartungen nicht erfüllt.

Monolocale con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno di pochi giorni. Camere con finestre non insonorizzate ma soprattutto dotate di tende che facevano filtrare tutta la luce. Già alle 7 del mattino la camera era inondata di luce.

• Hugo Ricardo (8/5): This was a great balance of price and good accomodations, near the station and key attractions. - Team is courteous and tried to help us every time we've asked. Rooms are just right in size, well lit and clean. Breakfast was very good, fresh eggs prepared to order. Location is very nice, near Victoria Station and some nice restaurants around. It's walking distance of Buckingham Palace, and if you like to walk, can be your starting point to check important London attractions by foot. Given the old house, bathroom is in an awkward place, with less privacy than expected. Beds are narrow for a single person, but it seems that's the local standard size. The breakfast smell goes all the way to the room, something to help you to jump out of bed. Just a reminder (not complaining): there is no lift available, bringing heavy suitcases by stairs might not be a fun thing to do after 12 hours flight.

• Lori (10/5): Exceeded Expectation for mom & son travelers - This facility is so cute! The location is Excellent! Very close to Victoria station in a side street so you are in a quaint neighborhood & not in the noise of the station block. Also super close to the 24-hour #36 bus stop which takes you right to Paddington station to catch the Heathrow Express to the airport. Thd breakfast was personally made for you! The staff amazing. The shower HOT! Best shower we had in all of Uk. We had twin beds which were up 1 slight flight of stairs & the beds were comfy. We slept great there! Nothing that we can think of. We will stay there again if we return to London

• Rocio (8/5): Es un hotel con mucho encanto, no confundir con un 4* - La ubicación era excelente, a tan solo 5 minutos del metro Victoria a escasos metros de parada del bus y a un paseo del palacio de Buckingham. Barrio muy tranquilo y seguro para llegar por la noche. Las camas 10/10 cómodisimas, el personal super amable todos , y desayuno recién hecho, podías pedir bacon, huevos… Además tienen agua de cortesía y y té ,que puedes tomar en cualquier momento. Si bien es cierto que estaba genial y la ubicación es estupenda, no es un 4* al uso, es mas un hotel tipo boutique guardando su encanto, no tiene ascensor por lo que debes subir tu maleta, el desayuno está muy rico pero escueto, no es el desayuno de un 4*, de hecho no hay cafetera de cápsulas u otro tipo, tienen un termo de agua caliente para hacerte café soluble, y el ruido se escuchaban las pisadas del piso de arriba todo el rato, y por último comentar que el baño es muy muy pequeño.

• Sun (10/5): Good sleep in this quiet and comfortable hotel. - The stuff is just kind there. They try to help you instead of just being polite. Our room was small but very quiet and peaceful. No elevators. Our room was top floor.it was okay for us, but can be challenging for people having issues with lots of steps with luggages.

• Georgia (5/5): Disappointing - The location was very good Inside the room it was so hot that we couldn’t breathe and there was no A/C nor a ceiling fence. I had to ask for an electric fence that was so noisy and we couldn’t sleep at night. Moreover I didn’t mind that there was no elevator but the stairs were very steep and dangerous.the breakfast hall was very small and very hot. There was any window open. Some of the forks,spoons and glasses were dirty and we couldn’t use them to eat our breakfast. I’m so sorry for all these.
• David (10/5): Comfortable pleasing stay in lovely location - Luggage looked after . Coffee available at early arrival . Put chocs & roses in room for birthday & glasses for our champagne . Good breakfast , clean simple & modern . Excellent location. Would have appreciated lift with cases on arrival as stairs very steep but no one available ( no one’s fault ) Coffee in public room all day but not going down in nightwear first thing in the morning when I like a hot drink , so have to wait till dressed for breakfast . Perhaps mirror on wall and more sockets .

This is highly recommended. This hotel accomodation would be good for young people but for old ones, stairs could be very difficult.

Les chambres sont super bien chauffé. Café, thé , gâteaux, chocolat chaud a volonté gratuit super sympa est pratique. Dommage que la télé ne fonctionnait pas pour les enfants au niveau de leur chambre mais rien de méchant
• Laurentius (8/5): Kleinschalig hotel op een fijne locatie en vriendelijk personeel - Service vanuit het personeel, zowel in aantallen als ook in snelheid en vriendelijkheid. Toppers! Het ontbijt was ook goed met een chef die op verzoek alles klaarmaakte. Door de kleinschaligheid van het hotel voelde dat als een prive chef ervaring Ook was het baby bed naast ons bed erg fijn voor onze peuter. Dit van tevoren gevraagd en stond helemaal klaar toen we aankwamen. Dat is wel eens anders geweest. De kamer was schoon, maar de kitranden in de badkamer mogen wel eens opnieuw gedaan worden voor een frisser uiterlijk
• Box (10/5): We enjoyed our stay at B&B Belgravia. Convenient location, friendly helpful staff, accommodation good size, clean a - Location was excellent. Studio Accommodation very comfortable clean and good size, well equipped. We have no complaints so nothing not to like.

• Ingrid (7/5): Good location for one night close to Victoria coach station - Location was perfect for us as we needed to take a bus from Victoria Coach station (which is right around the corner) early the next morning. In other circumstances, I would choose another location/area as I prefer to be very close to a tube station. The room was fine for one night. We were leaving before breakfast time and they very considerately prepared a take away breakfast for us. The staff was very helpful. Our room was on the 2nd floor with no elevator. Due to our "advancing" age ;-), we had real trouble getting our suitcases up and down the stairs. There was no real bathroom but rather a sink in the room with a toilet and shower "on the side". We did not like the fact that there was carpet in the "bathroom" area. Some small things made us doubt the overall cleanliness.

• Camibel (7/5): Ubicación perfecta y dejen de cobrar desayunos que no sirven. - Ubicación, limpieza, camas confortables y climatización perfecta. Reservé con desayuno y al hacer el checking y preguntar por los horarios del servicio, me dijeron que hacía 6 meses ya no lo ofrecían, me enfadé bastante porque había una pequeña zona de cafetería y porque en booking si pagué esa opción. Dijeron que era culpa de la página, vamos que alguno me timó. Si no ofrecen desayuno y es un B&B , hay 4 tazas y 0 platos, ni sartenes, ni tostadora, ni una mínima cacerola y eramos cuatro y ahh eso sí, tenía lavadora 🤷🏻‍♂️ Verdaderamente elegí ese B&B porque ofrecía desayuno, en comparación con otros estaban en la zona donde siempre nos quedamos. Si es verdad que ya no lo sirve, que no ofrezcan esa opción en la página, ni la cobren y acondicionen debidamente para poder cocinar 1 huevo. Otro detalle a tener en cuenta es la altura de la ducha, si mides más de 1.80, deberás ducharte sentado y no hay mampara ni cortina. Tampoco vendría mal una butaca en las habitaciones.
