Daniel (10/5): - We were impressed by the modern design of this hotel. We stayed here during the F1 Montreal weekend, when most hotels jack up their prices to absurd levels. After comparing options, this property offered the best price-to-quality ratio by far – and we’re so glad we chose it. The gourmet French fine dining on-site was a revelation. Service was polished but warm – a true fine-dining experience without the usual stuffiness. Another huge plus: Flo electric vehicle chargers available and working great. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and but. It so quiet since it is close to major highway. If you’re heading to Montreal during a major event and want luxury without getting ripped off – plus amazing French food and EV charging – book here. We’ll be back. Richard (5/5): Rely's too much on position rather than offering quality accommodation - The location is good with ample parking Staff very helpful As English speaking travellers but with a small understanding of French we still found the restaurant menu difficult to understand so were put off from using it. The rooms are looking worn and tired and unusually comparred to most others, offer no in room safe. We had three occasions where our room was not automatically serviced and had to ask personally for this to be done. We seemed to have a room underneath a conference room so were disturbed very early morning, most mornings, by excessive noise from people arranging and setting up the room for day. The state of the bathrobes were bad enough that we had to contact reception to get them replaced

Joanne (9/5): I absolutely love the area; it is very quiet and convenient to stores. - The stay was okay overall, and the hotel is in a beautiful location. The restaurant and event spaces are especially well done and reflect a high standard. However, the cleanliness of the rooms was very concerning. It appears there may be a lack of communication and oversight regarding housekeeping standards. The bathrooms, in particular, need much more attention—there was visible red mold present in the tile and shower curtain, which is unacceptable. I bought spray bleach and all of the red mold disappeared. It also seems that rooms are not being properly inspected by management or supervisors before guests arrive. Areas such as closets, between and under beds, and behind furniture need to be thoroughly vacuumed and cleaned. If the hotel wants its guest rooms to reflect the same quality as its restaurant and event spaces, there needs to be clearer communication with housekeeping staff and more consistent quality checks by management. housekeeping, obviously overworked and underpaid or just lazy.

Machine à café Nespresso et frigidaire. Petite mention aux personnels d'entretient ménager, la dame de ménage présente très gentille. Notre chambre était très propre. Le point fort de l'hôtel est la propreté et gentillesse des employés. Rien a dire de négatif.

There was a blood stain on a pillow, the fridge makes the loudest noise in the room, no remote to use the smart tv so only regular cable was accessible.

Carole Loranger (10/5): Perfect location and it was our third time there. - We enjoyed the king suiite, quietness and nice staff Breakfast. Empty bread basket when we arrived and some tables were not clean.

The room price is reasonable. Shower pressure was way too low (took twice as long to rinse...). The "gym" was underequiped, even for a hotel gym, and the ventilation was not working (smelled rancid, probably partly because a toilet was right inside the gym).
