Guest Reviews

- David (10/5): Great inexpensive location and accommodation - Great location for Paris if you want to stay out of the expensive central Paris.
- Isabela (10/5): - Great staff, nearly grocery store, 2 minutes walk to train station
- Gaurav (10/5): - Amazing property. Clean one and had all the necessary essentials.
- Karen (10/5): - Perfect location for Tennis.
We had a laugh each day with Staff.
Fabulous
- Crystal (10/5): - This was a great hotel to stay at. It was just like an apartment and the staff was great. There was a grocery store right next door as well as a train!
- David (10/5): Great stay - Our stay really good, very quite and clean room. The location is great really close from the centre of Paris. Well be back for sure
- Monika (10/5): - Nice property. Easy access to trains. Clean.
- Fadel (10/5): - I love staying at this hotel. Itâs a combination of comfort, cleanliness and convenience.
- Menaan (2/5): - When entering the room, the AC was leaking to the point where even towels would not be sufficient to keep the floor dry. The management stated the cannot change the room as the hotel was fully booked which was a blatant lie as many rooms were clearly empty.
- Hermione (10/5): - We had an excellent stay. DieuDonnee has provided an outstanding customer service. She is an asset for that hotel and need to be taken care of.
- Galen (10/5): - stayed for 3 nights, enjoyed the apartment and all the free drinks and snacks! the breakfast buffet was very good and the staff was super responsive and friendly. very nice place to stay, would highly recommend.
- Kimberlin (10/5): - Very nice room. Clean. Walkable residential area. Friendly helpful people
- oswaldo (10/5): - I highly recommend it
- Elie (10/5): - ds
- INGRID (10/5): - Excellent property! Love that they always have fresh water by the reception, there is a supermarket close by, we felt very safe and comfortable walking everyday. The staff always courteous and avaible for every need. I will recommend this place to my family and friends everytime they go to pairis
- Tony (10/5): - Restaurants nearby. Transit nearby. Right next to the Seine River.
- Rajesh (10/5): Perfect stay location for families - We had a pleasant stay with my family. The location also good with amenities like supermarket and tram station was pretty close to the property. Value for money and perfect stay for families.
- Daniella (10/5): - Quiet and safe neighborhood. Quick walk to the nearest metro. Friendly staff. Everything was clean. Will definitely be returning
- Olga (10/5): - I liked the welcome and it was easy to communicate with the employees the day when I came in and out. Thank you!
- maolin (10/5): - great place to stay in Paris
- Sean (10/5): - Great value.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Staff was incredibly helpful! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Room service competed daily but tasks not consistent.
- Kate (10/5): - The location was quiet and had leafy areas to walk and relax in nearby, but was very convenient for getting in and out of the city either by tram or train. It was also easy to find places to eat and buy groceries. The room was clean and well-equipped, and given how hot it was, we were very glad of the efficient air con! The staff were helpful and there was always someone on hand to answer questions.
- Jake (10/5): - Lovely property - great to have essentials like a pharmacy and a grocery store just over the road.
Just out of the way enough that the area seemed quite quiet during the Olympics, with only a short 10-15 minute walk to Issy val de Seine train station which can get you to the heart of Paris very quickly.
Would love to stay here again!
- george (10/5): - Noce place close to roland garros walkablw dostance
- Sharyn (8/5): - Loved the room and area. Convenient to have a grocery store right across the street to save on food costs we cooked breakfast and dinner at the apartment. Only issue is the lack of cooking pots. The most annoying thing was the communication with the front desk and house keeping. We had to keep asking them to provide us with fresh towels ,sugar and coffee for our room when that should be standard during the house keeping process. The staff wasnât friendly the first two nights of our stay but the third day the front desk had more pleasant people. Getting an Uber to come to the hotel was very inconvenient and they kept cancelling the ride that ended up costing more in Uber fees. The apartment itself was nice but the balcony needed some TLC. It was green and slimy so we never used it.
- Janise (10/5): - Excelente
- Christina (10/5): Comfortable room - The hotel was totally fine for me. I was rarely in the room on this trip but it was clean and had what I needed. The staff was nice-when I arrived they were having to deal with an unhappy trio and even through the language barriers they were really great dealing with that.
- Sharla (10/5): - Nice hotel , kitchenette had everything you needed. Check the list before you stay. We didnât see this inside the cupboard and realised we had no pots no pans , only few cutlery. They brought pans to us immediately. Really nice place to stay , nice hallway separating bathroom from bedroom, spacious apartment. Will book again
- Kirsten (10/5): - Great location!
- Verified traveler (2/5): Mosquitoes, room hot like sauna - Location is good. Room a/c didn't work and room was hot like sauna. There was standing water outside the room which breed mosquitoes so could not even keep window open.
- Dawn (10/5): - I love staying here because I feel safe and it is very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
- JIBRAN (10/5): - Staff were helpful , The polish lady was so nice she gave an excellent customer service.
- Paul (6/5): - It was not explained that breakfast was included ? so we only ate there once so that was a waste. When checking I tried to get a room change smaller as my daughter's had extended there stay and we did not need a bigger room, not sure the desk clerk understood kept the room anyway.
The place it self is good, quiet area close to T2,
- Abigail (10/5): - Apart from the rude lady in the breakfast room who acted like I killed her puppy when I asked for a coffee to go, it was a wonderful stay. I traveled with my husband and two kids. The kids had their own room. While we didnât cook, we could have. Youâll smell other peoples cooking in the halls, but itâs kinda cool. Like you are in an apartment building. The grocery across the street has everything you could need. We took the train everywhere-2 min walk. This is our second visit to this hotel, and we will always return.
- NICOLAS (10/5): - Hotel was great and staff very friendly and helpful.
- Meena (10/5): - We stayed at Residhome for 13 nights in an executive one bedroom. It was spacious and clean. The staff were great. Our room was cleaned daily and snacks were replenished. At check in Ines went out of her way to ensure we got the room we wanted and was extremely kind throughout our stay. There is a market to get food to cook across the sidewalk. There are many restaurants in the area. It is s 10-15 euro taxi/uber to the Eiffel Tower or you can walk/run along the Siene. Overall this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend staying here if youâd like a place that feels like home in a safe quiet area. The staff were absolutely wonderful.
- Dawn (10/5): - Great staff!!!!
- Dawn (10/5): - The staff are professional and friendly. Nice location near a well stocked supermarket and the T2 tram.
- robbie (2/5): Worst hotel I have ever stayed! - This is the worst hotel Iâve stayed in out of 880 stays on hotels.com. I donât leave many reviews but the current reviews in my opinion are not accurate. The facilities are manned by staff that donât care. There are hairs in the bathroom, grim around plugs and sockets and fhe sink was blocked and filled up when run the water. Whilst it was cheap for Paris I was taken in by the rating given but in my view the place is an absolute dump. I considered it was only 3 star and my taste is high but cleanliness was so bad throughout the whole place it deserved a 0. I can assure you it wasnât one spot or two, if whoever reads this from the hotel how about you go and give the place a good inspection, look at the dirt around the plugs and sockets. Your cleaners donât give a monkeys. Absolutely disgrace to call yourself a hotel.
- Marcel (8/5): - Kitchen in the appartment, nice beds.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent - Close to my customer, i booked it day by day and the staff always kindly kept the same room for me.
- Kuman (10/5): Excellent for my trip ! - Nice and quiet, close to the river with beautiful park nearby. Very close to my customer and also 20 min away from versailles. Rooms are very big...
- Kurtis (10/5): Great stay - Really enjoyed my stay, great area, great access for transport, friendly staff, clean hotel
No complaints
- Cathy (10/5): - Friendly, helpful, safe, and close to the train station, boulangerie, supermarket, and restaurants.
- Paul (10/5): - Good modern accommodation
- Simon (8/5): - Great room with practical facilities
- Andres (2/5): No mask and terrible service ! Donât stay here ! - Horrible experience someone stole a bag out of my hotel room
- Ashu (10/5): Best at the price range - The place is super clean and cheap
- Nicolas (8/5): - Nice and clean hotel. Very quiet. Good room size. he staff was friendly and available
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The property was good but for the price wasnât great.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Location, cleanliness, friendliness were great. We did not love the quality of mattress and bedding.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Amenities was loads better than I thought
Bed was perfect
- Robert (10/5): Great place to stay in the SW of Paris, France - Great location with tram service access / Metro access. Nearby cafes and a local supermarket on the next block. Extremely effective and friendly staff, beautiful and comfortable rooms with kitchenette and small balconies. Perfect.
- Erica (4/5): Service is not the same as before - We stayed 6 days and preciously there was a daily cleaning but now was only once every 3 days. I was ok, but the cleaning day scheduled was changed without our knowledge and when we were back, there was no tower and other things. The kitchen counters were falling apart and the dishwasher only worked in the last day after several requests for maintenance.
- Ciaran (8/5): Good hotel but quiet area. - The rooms were excellent size and well kept. I did have problems with getting bitten by mosquitoes as the cleaners kept opening my windows.
I was also concerned that on my last day the hotel tried to take a payment of âŹ930 from my account even though Iâd paid in full. When I questioned it at reception nobody knew anything about it and suggested I speak to my bank!!
- Olivier (8/5): Apartments but with a hotel feel - Honestly the place was better than expected. The room has all the standards of an hotel with its little kitchenette. Not cheap though. The area is ok but the proximity of restaurants, pharmacy and a nice supermarket right across is very useful. So, if you need to stay in that specific area of Paris then yes, it's a good choice. Note that it's a 15min walk to the RER
- Hugh (8/5): - Walking distance to train station.
Supermarket across the street. Property looked new and the rooms were clean.
- Maye (10/5): Great place - Clean, close to station, very spacious for family, helpful staff
- Antonina (6/5): Ok hotel, wouldn't stay here again. - Stayed here for 9 nights on our first trip to Paris.
The pros:
Safe location
Friendly staff
Clean
Close to trains
Market across the street
Great Wi-Fi
Close to restaurants
The cons:
NO air conditioning just a portable fan
NO screens on Windows. If you open them up to get fresh air you are eaten alive by mosquitos.
It gets really hot and muggy in the rooms.
NO daily housekeeping.
- Bruce (6/5): Plus & Minus - Not in Paris, closer to Versailles, No drawers for clothes, small closet, no A/C
- Helen (8/5): City tax far more than on booking info - So the city tax was about 10 times the amount on booking which is a shame because it's the only thing that let this stay down. Great location, lovely staff, clean apartment and handy supermarket (with great, cheap local wine!).
- Nina (8/5): - We stayed at this hotel for two weeks. It has a very convenient location, short walking distance to metro and also walking distance to Seine river. Space was small but it offered all the conveniences needed. It is also on a very safe neighborhood. The breakfast buffet is very nice and reasonable for Paris. We really enjoed pur stay and the fact that it was easy to get to attractions. The only thong I didn't like was the fact that they sent housekeeping pn e every 3/4 days and we had to ask for fresh towels and paper products. It is also right in fromt of a grocery market and a pharmacy that make it very convenient.
- Saja (8/5): - Very nice hotel. Close to the tram and the RER (suburban train). Also if you're traveling with children this hotel is a 20 minute walk from Aquaboulevard, a very cool water park. This is perfect if you plan to cook and not eat out as they offer amenities for that. Thankfully there is a supermarket right across the street. There is a fitness facility for anyone that works out on vacay. Only one treadmill, and two bikes, lots of weights but of course not too many people are in there anyway. The staff are nice and helpful. The area itself is a bit quiet but it's very close to Paris.
- Moses (10/5): Great studio, very modern - we stayed here for a birthday weekend and from the moment we arrived, we liked what we saw. Very clean area, shops and a restaurant next door. the river and a nice park across the road.
Very friendly staff at reception allowed us to check in a earlier than advertised.
Our first impression of the studio was WOW. Very spacious, clean, modern, and almost like home.
Overall very happy with our stay.
Highly recommended.
- Andy (8/5): Nice, but could have been better - Location was great, except the RER C and Tram 2 line are under construction, so travel to downtown was awkward. Market across the street was great! We did have a problem with a reaction to something, possible from cleaning the room. We were itching after a few days and for the remainder of the stay, which has since gone away now that we are home. And we were told they would only clean the room 1 day out of 7, but they cleaned it everyday, which at sometimes was a pain because we were not expecting them knocking everyday.
- Eleanor (10/5): - Arrived to check in and was told we had been upgraded to an executive suite- very nice surprise for my friends birthday.
Very helpful staff and pleasant stay.
- Steven (8/5): Nice hotel. - Nice hotel. Very clean. AC does not keep room cool enough. Needed another fan for the second room. Ran out of eggs with an hour to go for breakfast one day. Would still recommend.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The hotel is average. A bit far from the city. The breakfast was terrible. The staff is average.
- Maria (8/5): Lovely stay - We booked two suite rooms for our family and everything was exceptional, the staffs are lovely though some doesn't speak english, on the day we arrived nobody helped us to bring our luggages to our room. The room is clean has enough space which we really fancy not typical for a parisian hotel. Kitchen amenities were almost complete though we didnt get the chance to use it.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Privacy issue - Be aware this hotel doesn't respect your privacy. At the second day of my stay, my room was cleaned even though I put "DO NOT DISTURB" tag on the door, which means they entered my room without my permission when I was not at room. I opened my luggages in the room. If I knew they will come inside, I will lock my luggages for privacy and safe.
At the last morning of my stay, they knock the door asking if I need room service at 9:30 AM even though I put "DO NOT DISTURB" sign on the door. It seems they don't understand what "DO NOT DISTURB" means in French, English, and Spanish. I can assume that it is possible that they will open your room door and go inside while you are sleeping.
Also, the "Do NOT Disturb" was missing after first night of my stay so I went down to the lobby for another one.
Other than this, the hotel is convenient, clean, and close to a local supermarket where you can buy food, drinks. Being a gold member of Hotels.com, I stayed in many hotels, this hotel is the only one I wrote review.
- Verified traveler (4/5): No AC in rooms - The rooms did not have AC and it was very hot!
- Daniela (8/5): Very close to Train - Room is very spacious! It really is your own little apartment. The location it's in is very vice. A little far from main attractions but with the transportation being within a few feet you could be in Paris within minutes! And conveniently there is a grocery store right in front of the hotel!
- Francis (6/5): Clean room in a nice residential area - Quite new. Nice room. Clean. Only stand alone fan, no air conditioning. Breakfast service is not good. Too many people, too few service staff. Very chaotic. Overall a good value for new and clean room in nice neighborhood.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great stay in Issy - Evening front desk is very accommodating. We checked in around 11pm. Neighborhood is perfect for family travel. Grocery, pharmacy, train stop, park and playground in immediate vicinity.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Comfortable, clean and quiet - Went for Roland Garros and with Uber it was an âŹ8 ride. The tube connection to the tennis courts isn't brilliant so Uber is best. Hotel is brilliant, quiet, comfortable and near quite a few restaurants and a decent supermarket just across the road.
- Iwan Surya (10/5): Nice Stay at Superb Location - This aparhotel is located at superb location, close to tram shelter.
Room condition is considered new and well maintained.
Strongly recommended. Value for money
- Francis (10/5): Not in the Centre but handy for the Tram and RER - I choose to stay at this hotel because:
1) The rooms have small kitchens with everything you need
2) There is a good supermarket opposite
3) Good connections to the centre of Paris using the RER C (Issy)
4) Some local restaurants if you want to eat locally
5) It's quiet, clean and comfortable
- Verified traveler (8/5): Location is awesome, close the the river seine. - Hotel is not overly welcoming. Breakfast seemed overpriced for what you get. Room was good but not great.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Great rooms, clean and quiet. Area seems very safe. Supermarket directly over the road. We had a problem checking in - our room wasn't ready for an hour or so, and when we got in, the wardrobe was broken and maintenance were in there fixing it, changed to another room.
- Itachi (10/5): Perfect for the money - It has a kitchen. If your want to save money on restaurants, Yvette is a supermarket directly across the street. Room has everything you need. Stove, dishwasher, sink.
- Kimberly (8/5): - Nice hotel very clean and friendly staff. Only thin is it a little further out from Paris and city area but, The train is literally 2 min from the hotel.
- Willem (10/5): Very good hotel. Great value for money. - Great hotel. Very friendly and helpfull staff.
Very close to railway station.
Breakfast worth including.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice hotel, quite neighborhood - Greatly satisfied. I would recommend this hotel especially for family who intends to have a longer stay. Close to Paris City landmarks. Tram stop is just a block away and RER stop is nine minutes walk. You have everything in the kitchen plus there is a supermarket at the front where you can buy fresh or cooked food. The hotels breakfast is a bit pricey. All in all, we had a great stay.
- Jana (6/5): best for longer stays - This place is more a place to go if you want to have an extended stay and you want to have a place to cook your own meals.
There are a few restaurants in the area, and easy access to the train. I wasn't really given an option of a bed, so I was given a room with two twin beds. The beds were not that comfortable.
The cleaning people made my bed and cleaned the bathroom but they won't replace your coffee cup or provide you with more coffee supplies, you have to buy your own. There is a good sized grocery store directly across from the hotel so if you plan to stay for a bit that's quite convenient.
- Kristen (10/5): Redidhomes are a great value - This place is great! Nice little suites with a kitchenette and it's right across the street from a grocery store! The neighborhood is nice and there is a park and nature trails very close. Main tourist areas are only about 15 min by Uber!
- David (10/5): David from Cayman - Excellent apartment hotel. Very clean and modern. Great area with a walking / running park. Safe and convenient location very close to metro and train and bus stations.
Good safe parking for the car as well.
Awesome gym and laundry facilities.
I would stay again, in fact I have done so a few times over the last 3 weeks.
- Voy from London (10/5): Nice hotel, close to public transport - Nice place, close to the Centre of Paris,
Just 2 min to tramway and 1 min to supermarket
- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice Hotel - We had a great time staying in this hotel.Christopher and Alexrandra at front desk were really nice and helpful. Hotel was much nicer than what we were expecting.
- philip (10/5): Good base for Paris - We stayed in a two bedroom apartment - basically a converted 1 bedroom, losing the sitting area. Still feels very new and well maintained. Nespresso machine is a nice touch. Kitchen is a small workspace although we didn't use it - great options to eat nearby. Rooms were very warm with little aircon so they came with fans which was ok. Reception staff were excellent and welcoming and that really helps.
Tried the breakfast one day which was disappointing - the hot food warmers weren't plugged in meaning the food was cold. There is no kitchen of note, so most hot food was pre-made and heated.
Supermarket is next door with a little cafe. Discounted parking available underneath in the secure car park.
10 mins drive from the Eiffel Tower, close also to Parc des Prince and Roland Garros venues. Some good eating options. Close to the tram network, but getting into the heart of the city involved a change and took time.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice Business hotel close to work. - I have been here for a Business Trip which I do weekly and this hotel is actually very homely and the location is calm too.
The hotel is really close to work and I will surely use it again and again.
- Amir (8/5): - We had a good experience during staying at the hotel. The clerks are very polite and helpful.however during our stay one of the elevators did not work and the air conditioning system were under repair.
- Monique (8/5): Comfortable Apart Hotel in Paris - This Apart Hotel is in a very good location - easy to get to the centre of Paris but located in a reasonably quiet suburb. We stayed in a double room (2 single beds pushed together). Beds were very comfortable, sheets and pillows clean and fresh. Bathroom had a small bath with overhead shower, wash basin and toilet. A tiled floor - very clean and quite spacious. The main room has a wooden floor - very practical and clean. The kitchenette has a kettle, fridge/ tiny freezer, 2 hot plates, small dishwasher, plates cutlery pots etc. One thing missing is a toaster. Widescreen TV has a good selection of channels and some British ones (BBC 1 &2 and Channel 4). Bath could do with some grab handles around the bath for safety and a safety mat - they polish the bath up and you can slip easily. Air conditioning in room is noisy and can stop you from sleeping. Breakfast is served in a lovely restaurant and has all that you want. The scrambled eggs are very good for a change. Highly recommend this place - we will go back. Parking underground a bonus
- Verified traveler (8/5): close to seine and busy road - we had a 4 day stay at this hotel took a while to find but when we did we got our barings so easier to find next few days, don't get me wrong about this hotel its lovely ,staff are lovely and all the rest i.e. room ,breakfast and gym .
but we were in room close to a busy road and we hardly had any sleep ,air conditioning what air conditioning and myself was bitten all over by mosquitoes which we weren't told about until we saw them on our departure they said we could have been moved to another part of hotel and they could have given us something for the pesky bugs apart from that would highly recommend this hotel
- Helen (8/5): Nice apartment, good value, comfortable & clean. - The staff is generally very helpful especially Moussee. He was very patient in getting information for us for the museum pass and airport transfer. We used the kitchen a lot for fixing quick daily breakfast and dinner for some nights when we don't feel like eating out. The supermarket and pharmacy are just right across the street which is quite convenience. We have been eating mostly french food and pastries so we ventured to dine at a close by (8 minutes walk from hotel) Chinese restaurant and we were presently surprised by the delicious food with very reasonable price. We will definitely consider stay at this hotel again when we return for our next trip to Paris.
- Konstantinos (10/5): Nothing Short of Perfect - I am not a very demanding traveller. I want my stay to tick three boxes: comfort, breakfast, internet. But this stay did more than; it left me feeling highly satisfied and complacent.
The room was more than adequate in size and the bed offered one of the most comfortable mattresses I have ever slept in. Also, you will find the bathroom and kitchenette meet the demands of most travellers. The safe surrounding neighbourhood offers everything ranging from a supermarket, restaurants and shops to a pharmacy, as well as a tram and rail connection, with the former being closer than the latter.
What I really appreciated was the second door separating the room from the hotel corridor. This provides peace and quiet and no distraction from noise coming from cleaning and hoovering adjacent rooms in the morning. The wholesome breakfast offers quality and a sample of familiar French tastes and is replenished continuously until the end of the serving period.
Being a frequent traveller I appreciate how difficult it is to get the recipe right and score high on all aspects surrounding a hotel stay. All and all, one of my best stays in a hotel. Ever.
- hayley (8/5): Nice hotel - The hotel was out of the way which was perfect for me however no oven
- Francis (10/5): Modern Clean Self Catering Apartment Hotel - A quiet hotel, modern, clean with helpful staff. I made my breakfast in the room which was easy with a great little supermarket opposite the hotel. I will stay again
