The hotel was about 20 mins walk from the beach. The hotel had no food facilities, but provided a room service menu. The service was outstanding, the team arranged taxis when required.

Great beaches are close enough so save the cost of oceanfront property and enjoy an extensive pool system right out your room doors and patio. Huge modern room with huge bathroom as well as outdoor shower. It is parade.

The room was huge!! outdoor shower and indoor shower high ceilings!! The pool was so beautiful , felt like I was staying in a five-star resort what made it even more special where the two young ladies who greeted us. They are the stars of this property!!🌸

The bed was comfy, the pool was great and I really like the outdoor shower, although my room had an indoor shower as well. The next time I return to the north of Phuket, I will definitely stay at T-Villa again. And when I do, I will visit the elephant sanctuary, which I believe is only 20-minutes away. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

She is always around to help, checks in daily to see if you need anything, arranged shuttle to and from airport and shuttle to the beach. The rooms are very big, clean and the bed is incredible, sooo comfortable and big. Indoor and outdoor shower, very hot water (which is hard to come by in Thailand). Highly recommend

- Wunderlust_Viti (6/5): - The pool looks incredible. The bathroom was incredibly tired looking and hasn't been properly cleaned. Lot's of mould building up in the tile grouting. Could do with a good bleaching. We were told to call the hotel upon arrival for a free shuttle however when we did, the public phones didn't work and we didn't have a sim card to call so ended up paying 400THB for a 4min taxi ride. Breakfast was limited in selection for fruits, pastries and western breakfast options. Mostly offers fried rice dishes, noodle dishes, and other Asian cuisine breakfast options.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Perfect one night stay to end trip in Phuket - We stayed at an incredible Village in Patong the week before arriving at T Villa for our last night, and we stayed at T Villa because of convenience within 1 mile of airport. I highly recommend upgrading to pool access from your deck. Not that much more and and feels like you're swimming in the jungle! Many people choose to stay close to the airport for their final night in Phuket, don't end your trip in a crappy hotel room, stay at T Villa and you will be very happy to end your trip this way.

Pool is very long but not deep. Great for laps. Bathroom facities all good. We left at 4.30 am so dudnt have breakfast. We had dinner in restaurant which was nice but not outstanding. Only real problem was noisy air conditioner and refrigerator in our room so sleep was disturbed.

- Aik (6/5): 5 minute drive to/from airport - Needed an overnight stay for early flight out. T-Villa fills that requirement very well. It is about an hour away from Patong provided you don't get stuck in traffic winding up/down the hilly sections. Got a unit with poolside access which was great.

There were lizards in the bathroom and when I spoke to the staff about it he said he would come back but he didn't. He did not understand what I was saying and just disappeared. Also the towels were not clean and fresh. They had such a bad smell and looked worn out. We were extremely disappointed with other people who were staying there as they made so much noise at around 2am. There so much banging and commotion that it woke us up several times during the night.

Breakfast was cold; run out of bacon, no hot water at wash basin.Although had two showers. No wardrobe.poor wifi. Expensive for low season.

The service was great and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Get comfortable with the idea of gecko friends joining you in and around your room, they're really cute and don't bother you.
- Sandra B. (10/5): We stayed in a room by the u shaped pool - The pool runs in front of a number of rooms. We had a terrace before the pool and 2 lounge chairs. It is a very natural and beautiful setting. We loved it. They offer airport transfer which is very convenient.

It is very nice and clean and the staff are very friendly and kind. Breakfast was included with was very nice. Being a new hotel, the room was spotless and is kept nice and clean.
- D (6/5): Close to airport. - We booked accommodation here as it was close to the airport and our flight arrived in Phuket late at night. Our room was very basic. One bedside table was very inconvenient. There were two electrical powerpoints - one was hanging off the wall and deemed too dangerous to use. The other was used to run the mini bar fridge, kettle and our mobile telephones, laptop etc. We had dinner in the restaurant. The food was average and made worse when a long black hair was discovered. That meal was not eaten and the staff did not seem to care or make a fuss or apologise. We had the privilege of paying for the meal in full. Sitting on a table next to us, what seemed like the owner, was busy making shonkey deals with a few guests. The shower was good. The tv only had a handful of very average tv stations. The hotel wifi/internet speed was capped and therefore slow. The breakfast was good but again we found a long black hair in the rice. Luckily we only booked for 2 nights. We spent half a day at Nai Yang beach which is a 30 minute walk away. There is nothing else to do within walking distance of the hotel.

- Samuel (6/5): 3 star hotel - We stayed overnight in this hotel as we were getting a domestic flight the next day. Hotel airport transfer are good value. The hotel is nice. The room was tidy and clean. Buffet breakfast was good. The unfriendly staff let the hotel down. For a 4 star hotel it was a bit disappointing. It is more like a 3 star hotel. However for our use it was okay.
- katie (8/5): Very nice hotel - We were only there for a very short stay and it rained the whole time. Great place but extra charges for just about everything. We had to pay for airport transfer when the review said it was included. The restaurant was a little expensive.
- Melissa (4/5): Very poor service - We chose this hotel because they offered free airport pickup. After traveling for 30 hours, we wanted an easy pickup so we didn't have to deal with taxis. I emailed our flight information to the hotel (twice, because they were very unresponsive). They replied that they wouldn't arrange pickup ahead of time, but we could call them from the airport bank when we arrived and they would pick us up. When we got to the airport and spoke to the bank in the terminal, they said we had to go to the bank outside the terminal. Except there is no bank outside the terminal. After walking back and forth with our luggage for 45 minutes, getting harassed by every taxi driver and getting the run around about this mysterious bank, an airport employee took pity on us and let us use her cell phone to call the hotel. The hotel said their driver had left for the day, but we could take a taxi and they would reimburse us. So we walked back to the taxi stand, got a receipt, and took a taxi to the hotel. When we checked in, I asked about getting reimbursed for the taxi. The lady said it was our fault, because we called 45 minutes later than we said we would. I explained why that was. She repeated the story, then said "Well, what I'd like to do now is show you to your room." There was no reimbursement. Taxis are cheap, it wasn't the money that upset me, but their service is appalling. Also, that cool bar in the pool is never open, and they are very rude, kicking everyone out by 8:30.
- jose (8/5): nice - This hotel is super cleaned..still I don't think is a 4☆ hotel is more like a 3+.. the hotel needs to have a computer for guests use even if they charge a small fee for the use..there was no city map available in the hotel for the guest and the majority of the staff speaks very little or no English at all..

Bar service was very poor took almost 45min to get served at the pool bar as all the staff were upstairs having a laugh. Comfy rooms but very basic.

- Matthias (10/5): Superb hospitality & importantly, she said, "Yes"! - Big thanks and thumbs up for all the staff, especially Jeffrey the manager who had made almost everything possible. 3 weeks prior to our stay, I have made an arrangement with the villa for a secret birthday celebration and proposal. Of course, I did not expect much in return knowing that it is a short of notice plot. Suprisingly, Jeffrey and the team's intervention turn things around. All the staff's were so into the storyline where rooms are mostly occupied (due to various reasons, maintenance, events etc.) and we would need to wait for the staff to look for other availability. Things went so well that even myself was convinced that the rooms were fully booked, while Jeffrey and the team was trying to explain the dilemma until we were finally checked in to a villa with private pool. We were first suprised by a complimentary birthday cake (as planned) and followed my private proposal. Things does not end there when we were approached by Jeffrey and the team next day with congratulatory message and explanation on the place of interest in Nai Yang beach with the shuttle that we can opt for. We have had a great moment in that area until we had finally checked out on the third day to catch our early flight. It may not be the most ideal proposal anyone wished but what else important than me and partner were now in the next stage of our life :-) :-) :-) Once again I am so thankful for all the "behind the stage" effort and service rendered by Jeffrey and the team.

- Man Man (6/5): Convenient Stopover Villa - The stay at T- Villa was alright as a stopover place. I stayed at T-Villa on the night of 15th Sept and checked out on 16th Sept mid day. According to their website, their check-in deck opens till 11:00pm. Therefore, I wrote them an e-mail in advance if they could allow me to do late check-in after mid-night. They did not reply to my e-mail until my second e-mail after about 7-10 days. Frankly speaking, the staff was quite helpful as they asked if I had arranged any transportation and asked where I was going to stay.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. It is a very clean and beautiful place with everything you need. Shuttle to the beach and airport. My room had a private pool and on arrival I received a welcome drink in the bar and a lovely fruit platter with complimentary drinks daily in the room. The staff spoke many languages which made my stay easier

We ended up waiting about an hour for our food to arrive, even though there were only two other tables with people on. Our room was clean and comfortable, and perfect for the one night stay. We had to call reception to ask about the safe, which was locked on arrival, and they were going to send someone up to unlock it for us, but they never turned up. It's not a far walk from Nah Trang beach (or a cheap taxi ride) which is a nice area for drinks and some food, but there are plenty of beautiful resorts closer to that area. This was perfect for an overnight stay before catching a flight the next day - super close to the airport and had everything we needed.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, helped us to book an airport transfer and offered a wake up call. We ordered room service which was really nice. Our room was "pool access" which meant that a swimming pool, which seemed to snake through the whole resort, was right at the edge of our balcony. Seems nice but didn't really have time to take advantage.

T-Villa exceeded my expectations & I found myself wanting to just stay at the hotel enjoying the pool & room rather than going out to explore the area. Having a shuttle to the beautiful beach near-by was great!

Was great that the room had been prepared with air-con on etc. room large & clean. Bed & pillows extremely soft & comfortable. American breaki would feed the most hungry of men. Will definitely stay here again.

Venturing away from the resort is nice. The beach is about 10 minutes away, and local businesses 5min. The owner even came out and wished me well on my send off.

The villas are very much worth the price. Breakfast is well done with a nice spread. I will be staying here again next time I am in the area.

- Chit Lai (10/5): Will come back - Amazing service. Modern, comfy, pretty view...of course with the upgrade, it for sure gets the bonus point. The pool side restaurant is fantastic!!! (also the same menu you can find in your room) So many choices and really yummy!! I can just stick to this restaurant and dine here all day. Thank you for giving us a wonderful time!

- Annie (8/5): Nice little oasis close to Phuket - We stayed for 2 nights before going onto another place further away and really enjoyed it. The rooms were nice and clean and we got a super deal. The pool was lovely and the room staff were delightful. Will stay there again next year when we come back to Phuket.
- e (8/5): A gem on the quieter north of island - Stayed longer than most guests (seems a popular pre-flight hotel) and enjoyed it. Good base for the quieter part of the island. Pool is good,rooms are good,shower good,food good and staff are very good. Bikes,motorbikes and drivers available if you want to explore far or wide. Reception staff particularly helpful. Would happily stay again.
- Robb (10/5): Great airport hotel for coming or going - Nice, comfortable, clean rooms. Very nice free breakfast. Close to the airport, about five minutes, so highly recommended if you're getting in late or leaving early to avoid an hour+ commute to your main hotel. Good price!
- worldtravellers (10/5): Amazing experience! - We were greeted at the airport by a lovely driver and quickly taken to the hotel, which was no more than a five minute drive. Upon arrival we were told that the pool view room we had booked was overbooked and that they had upgraded us to a deluxe private pool villa.... No complaints here! The room was like a little house with our very own large pool. The place was spotless, bar fridge was inexpensive, toiletries were top shelf, and the bed was spectacular. All of the staff were extremely helpful, polite and kind. The food was good too. I would book here again in a heartbeat and will refer anyone I know who is going to Phuket to stay here.

- Ronburgundy (10/5): Outstanding guest care - From the second you arrive it is immediately obvious just how much they care about their guests. You're greeted by friendly smiles, a delicious fruity beverage and a nice lobby. I had to wait about 2 minutes before I could check in which they apologised for about 20 times! thats how much they care. If you like cocktails there is a bar girl (whos name escapes me) that makes an excellent long island ice tea. (she's cute and has braces if that helps!?) The pool is open until 10pm but no one seemed to mind that we were poolside and in the pool having some social drinks until 1am or so. Very relaxed atmosphere :)
