• dylia (5/5): Il y a mieux je pense - Hôtel qui a l’air au bord de l’abandons pour moi. Les photos sont belles mais ne reflète pas la réalité du terrain Équipement vétuste , piscine sale , transats mal entretenue et déchiré pour la majorité. Aucun nettoyage des chambres , ni de recharge de papier toilette , aucun changement de serviette . Il faut tout demander or nous étions que 4 dans tout le complexe.

• Harsha (1/5): There are cockroaches on the bed and bees in the room - Nothing Horrible experience and booking.com is not even refunding my money. I booked for 2 nights but i did not stay for even one night, in short i left after an hour when i realize there are cockroaches and bees i immediately contacted booking.com and they told me they were not able to contact the property at the moment so i did not get any solution from booking.com at that time so i left the property and booked other property to stay for 2 nights during my trip to langkawi

• HEARD BOWEN (6/5): If you like to be amongst nature and in a very quiet resort this is it. Don’t expect anything too flashy but it’s reason - quiet location with sounds of nature bed was comfortable , clean . aircon quiet and efficient. small fridge, tv and sitting area plus covered outside area. large pool with toddler pool. There’s free hot /cold water for drinking and botted water with toiletries provided. Shower had pressure with hot- cold water. Kettle , cups in room. staff very friendly A huge complex with numerous rooms that are empty or unused. A resort that’s seen better times but still has so much potential if refurbished. Heaps of insects ( non biting) sneaking into room if doors or windows are open. Got to close doors quickly!! It’s a fair distance from beach and ferry. You need transport.

• Diane (10/5): - Little gem of a place, in the middle of Langkawi, close to everything but lovely and quiet. Sue and her staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. Would certainly be coming back 😁 things are a little dated but look past that , it's not a problem

I actually didnt stay the night as there was only 2 other guests that I saw all day. I sisnt feel safe there being a lone female. But other people migjt enjoy the isolation. There was no cafe, restless bar of facilities on site so I think calling it a resort is a bit if a stretch

Please add more plug socket near the bed in the room. One more thing please add exhaust fan in the toilet to deodorize the toilet.

• martine (6/5): Ca a du etre un bel endroit.. - L immense piscine, cest pour cela que jai choisi l établissement par contre, je ne pensais pas qu un hôtel recevait des centres ou colonies de vacances, je voulais m offrir le calme du jardin et profiter de la piscine, c'était raté! Je ne raconte pas la réaction que jai eu voyant une colonie de vacances débarquer et sauter ,pratiquement tout habillé, différence culturelle dans la piscine. Adieu calme, repos paisible, adieu les raisons pour lesquelles j'avais réservé a cet endroit !!! Ne pas savoir qu un hôtel ,pouvait etre partagé avec une activité centre de vacances pour pré ado...le savoir a l avancé éviterait une déconvenue ! Et que les photos ne correspondent pl’us a la réalité,cela a du etre un bel hôtel...mais le temps a passé et les infrastructures ne sont pas vraiment entretenues....loin des photos proposées... .

• Richard (9/5): Perfect for a getaway from it all back to nature break - I liked the peace, quiet and tranquility of the resort. The tropical birds that visited ( Hornbills etc ) pool was lovely and a great relaxed vibe about the place. Nothing really. We had an issue with a blocked shower drain first day & staff immediately rectified it. It’s far from things so you need transport ( we used Grab ) I knew that when I booked.

• Barbara (10/5): Authentic and beautiful place in the nature - A beautiful and authentic place in nature, where you can meet the typical culture.. The garden with a great swimming pool and facilities gives you the opportunity to relax or also to celebrate an event. Many places with chairs, tables and deckchairs are here for your comfort. Different birds as well as 2 hornbill visiting often. Rooms are nice and simple, with a balcony overlooking the garden. You can sleep with open windows and enjoy nature. Staff is very friendly and helpful. If you need something or something is not, how you expected it, they are doing everything to resolve the problem. If you wish, they clean the rooms every day. To your satisfaction. The place is a bit outside in the centre of the island, but near to all attractions at the island. They rent motorbikes and cars. Dreamforest and other attractions are just a walk away. Rates of rooms are very good in view of all you have for it. I extended several times... Thank you. Nothing. If there is something, you can adress the staff and things will be resolved.

• Ottino23 (10/5): - Fabulous as you get a great ratio for your money. 10th time to Langkawi and this place is a good surprise. It is conveniently situated so all activities on the island are at quick access. Pool is great plus, clean and the visit of hornbills and other birds make it charming. Beds are comfortable. There is wifi in common space and some rooms are in distance. They offer car and scooter rental. A good thing not to have to rely on grab. The staff is always ready to help. Don't get me wrong, I am not describing the Berjaya, or Saint Regis. But look at the price tag, once again you have great value for your money Not my case but those looking for nightlife and getting drunk this is not for you.

The linen is clean. It was not very clean. It appeared run down, in disrepair, definitely not what the photos represented. Pool side furniture was worn out, chairs broken, no pool side beds to relax on or towels. The place generally needs some renovation.

Party and moslim events, just close to the pool. This combination is crazy. And terible .!!!! Never come back there again.

The shower had only cold water. Also dirty water. The coffee mok ( cup) . With old coffee from guest before . Never cleaned in weeks. But the most terible thing was the gardenman with hits grasstrimmer (cutter). And fires just close at the poolside. So we can not swim. And we wait long times to the moment hé was reddy. We feel very unhappy there. Also the island, nothing Nice ,for a holiday.. DIRTY,DIRTY DIRTY. !!!

The room was very durty, the douche wall and Floor,to dirty to take a shower The soap from the guest before, was there. Also nearly cold water. No hot water. Dirty water. And the old coffee ,was in the mok ( cup ) also not cleaned. But the big problem for us was, the garden man ,with hits grasstrimmer (cutter). One time the chainsaw, And after that they make fires. Just on the sunny days , when we like to swim. But all of the island looks bat and dirty !!! Everywhere rabbish, plastic . And the only Nice clean beach is for the rich people.

Also the view from the room was so refreshing that it made our stay wonderful. The staff was very friendly and kind. They offered us fresh coconut water from the resort's coconut tree. I would definitely recommend this place to stay in langkawi. The room was great and had a kettle. It would have been a cherry on top if we would have received complimentary tea and coffee packets.

• Khairul (10/5): Very comfortable and relaxing - Friendly staffs. Very comfortable stay, easy to find location, free parking. Beautiful scenery when sitting at balcony. Clean and large swimming pool available anytime. Located in the centre of Langkawi, so we could reach all local attractions very easily. No public transport nearby, luckily we rent a car. Highly recommend people who stay here to rent a car.

During the daytime random people come to swim in a pool. Swimming pool filtration is broken, and it seems to get cleaned once in a while..
