Apartamentul este mare, dispune de tot ce avem nevoie: masă de calcat, fier de calcat, pături, mașină de spălat, TV, internet, microunde, farfurii. Balconul este spațios și dispune de uscător pentru rufe. Totul a fost în regulă.

• MANUEL (10/5): Marbella en Semana Santa - Ya conocía los Apartamentos Mediterraneo, pues nos hemos alojado tanto en algunos que gestionan los mismos Apartamentos como en otros de particulares. Acaban de inaugurar un nuevo ascensor, cosa importante. Vistas magníficas y todo perfecto. Limpio, muy equipado,... y como siempre Juan muy atento. Todo bien

Slight misunderstanding with checking in and surname to get the door code, but messaged the owner through the app to resolve. Free parking is very limited, but large payable underground carpark close by. Great position for getting into the old town, Puerto banus. Would book again , great value for money

Los apartamentos en los que estuve (ya que me cambiaron en tres ocasiones) estaban deteriorados, viejos, y en algunos casos con elementos rotos o estropeados (ducha, barandilla de la terraza, paredes, armario, elementos de la cocina....) Aunque no fui yo quien estuvo en el apartamento sino mi hermana de 82 años, al tercer dia y despues de quedarse todo el dia en el piso 12 sin poder salir por la continua averia del unico ascensor que (no) funcionaba (los otros dos estaban parados), tuvo que cancelar su reserva y buscar otro apartamento.

• Francisco (7/5): Gracias por la estancia pero hay que mejorar - El apartamento muy bien ubicado, la vista perfecta, cómodo y tranquilo, cuenta con aire acondicionado y una terraza. Los artículos de cocina, toallas y limpieza. Vasos sucios, platos sucios y no hay una vajilla en la que puedas compartir una cena de platos iguales, las ollas son viejas y no están en buen estado, los cuchillos no cortan con facilidad, los envases de hacer hielo rotos y no te dejan ni una bayeta para mantener la limpieza de la cocina, toallas viejas con huecos y manchadas.
• Tina (3/5): Location & view perfect but seriously disappointed by the interior of the apartment as the standards & facilitie - The location is perfect The front facing balcony & sea view This ‘Deluxe’ apartment was not up to a deluxe standard & many areas need attention To name a few: Kitchen items lacking, old & chipped when we arrived, but some have been replaced after our complaint Rusty microwave & dish drainer Chipped surfaces, broken knife & scissors In the bedroom there were no mattress protectors & the mattress was badly stained. Under the bed was very dirty The wardrobe doors were very stiff and couldn’t be moved No dressing table or chair & very, very dark as no central light or bedside lamps for reading or applying make up etc Only one pillow per bed In the lounge, the cushions were old & destroyed & eventually replaced There was no Internet for 6 days Light bulb missing from ceiling fixture Not enough plug sockets No instructions for waste disposal or recycling In the bathroom, the towels were very old and threadbare & I asked for them to be replaced which they were There is no safety surface in the bath, safety mat or handrails In the hall, the ceiling light fitting is broken

• erika (3/5): - Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war mehr als überholungsbedürftig. Lose Schranktüren , die man nicht berühren durfte. Im WC lief pausenlos das Wasser. Ein riesiger TV, jedoch waren keine deutschen Programme möglich, ein Mitarbeiter des Hauses, der nur spanisch sprach ist auch daran gescheitert. Das Geschirr und die Gläser waren ein wirres Durcheinander. Das Besteck ging so. Die zerfransten Handtücher hatten auch schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Einige Töpfe mussten erst einmal gereinigt werden. Die Beleuchtung war unter aller Würde. Nur gleissend helles Licht in der gesamten Wohnung, nicht eine Stehlampe oder Nachttischlampe war vorhanden. Das positive war die Dusche, die war gut. Außerdem waren während der gesamten Zeit Handwerker mit dem Fahrstuhl im Gange und die ausgebauten Materialien lagen vor dem Lift. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis für diese Wohnung stimmt in gar keinem Fall. Ich empfehle Ihnen, sie aus Ihrem Angebot zu nehmen, denn für Bookingcom ist das sehr negativ

• Marek (1/5): Jednym zdaniem nie polecam chyba że chcecie zostać pogryzieni i wieść do domu robactwo. - Nic, brud i pluskwy Brud, pluskwy w łóżku i okropna hous keeper, niemiła, agresywna i próbowała mi wmówić że nie ma pluskiew, zrobić ze mnie wariatke gdy pokazałam jej zdjęcia powiedziała że to nie ten materiał pościeli co na łóżku. Nie rozumiem po co miałabym kłamać jedyne czego oczekiwałam to czysty pokój i łóżko bez pluskiew. Znalazłam żywą i udokumentowałam wszystko na wideo z datą. Okropne miejsce, strasznie głośno a pokoje obrzydliwe stare i brudne

• Ron (8/5): Prima naar mijn zin gehad - De lokatie is werkelijk prachtig Geen koffiezetapparaat, het beddengoed moet echt anders , geen losse lakens maar normale hoeslakens , 2 toilet rollen voor een verblijf van 5 dagen vind ik ook wat weinig.

Las toallas estaban muy viejas y mal lavadas y la manta de la cama olía a suciedad. La lavadora no lavaba ni centrifugaba bien.

• John (10/5): Comfortable and in an excellent, central/beach location - Excellent location by the promenade and side view of the sea close by. Very ample and comfortable apartment, with a great balcony. Just one lift was working, out of a possible three.

• Eloísa (5/5): Caro para lo que es - Ubicación Ruido nocturno La pata de la cama estaba rota, reclamamos el primer día,la arreglaron a los 2 días y ahí descubrimos la mierda que tiene el canapé y los colchones que no tienen funda. Están indecentes y huelen mal, de hecho dormí en el sofá. Las toallas asquerosas. Se nota dejadez en la limpieza.

Vi trivs utmärkt på hotellet! - Drömläget högt upp och nära stranden Vi hade otur med varmvattenberedaren som gick sönder, stopp i avloppet och en krånglande toa. Allt åtgärdades men med några dagars olägenhet. Som förbättringsförslag ger vi att ansluta avloppsvattnet från AC till ett gemensamt avlopp i stället för att springa och tömma vattendunkar ideligen.

A few dirty spots, lipstick on a glass, something on the wall by the floor, minor things really easily missed, I can be acutely fussy overall I think it was a great place to go.

The non existing cleaning. Dirty everywhere, bugs in the bathroom. The shower curtain was so dirty that i bought a new as gift for the hotel. No change of sheets or towels in the 15 days i stayed there. Asked for it after 10 days. They said they would call someone, but nothing happened. Tv no had no sound.
• David (5/5): Good situation but substandard apartment. - Very good location overlooking the paseo with 180deg sea view, and it was quiet. The apartment floor was very dirty in all areas. We swept the entire floor but it really needed to be washed. The rooms are not serviced. After the first week we had to request new towels and bedding Lighting was very poor; reading at night was an eye strain. Lighting in the kitchen area was bad, non-existent over the sink and not much better over the dining table. One dining chair had joints that were not glued together. On the terrace there was a large white plastic table but only one chair for two guests.

Wonderful view of the Marina from the apartment The bath screen needs to be replaced immediately. It is disgusting. We were not offered clean towels during our stay, which was the case on all of our previous stays. The apartment was dusty on our arrival. (Clean but dusty)
• Dee (5/5): The good, the bad & the truth - Great location. Receptionist 24 hours. Nice balcony. The apartment was very dated & not the cleanest. Towels & bed linen were very old & definitely had seen they're day. After 7 days I had to contact the owner on 3 occasions, looking for fresh towels & sheets. On the 9th day they were changed & the apartment was cleaned. We were there for 10 days. I'm not sure are these apartments let by individuals or a company but the service is shocking.

It accommodated up to 4 people ( twin beds , sofa bed and free standing foldup bed ) yet there was only 1 outside table balcony chair at a table for 4 . More seated balcony chairs Required Of the two sun Loungers only one had a thin mattress and it was filthy - / I put it straight into the washer but it was still stained . They both should be replaced There was no kettle / I bought one and left it there . I hope it remains for future tenants . There is a coffee machine but no thought given for English tea drinkers Cleanliness was cats lick and a promise - underneath the beds was 2 inches of dust

The location is unbeatable – right on the beachfront with stunning sea views, and just a short walk to the charming old town and all the local restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always available to assist with any questions or needs. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying breakfast on the balcony with the Mediterranean right in front of me was a dream come true. The convenience of having everything so close by made my holiday stress-free and relaxing. I highly recommend Apartamentos Mediterráneo to anyone looking for the perfect combination of location, comfort, and excellent service in Marbella.
• Nikivika (10/5): A place to come back. - Great location and apartment had everything necessary If you travel with a small child make sure you emphasize to have the bed ready and available for them. I had to ask and to insist even though requested through booking, it wasn't there. It was sorted on the next day, so didn't impact overall experience.

Toilette seat broken, shower broken, mould on the wall and receptionist always mentioned the manager and the other way round. On the last day toilette was fixed. They do not keep promises such as appartment on the top floors. Furniture ugly and old. Location and view ist stunning though

• Suzanne (3/5): Never again - The location The concierge was rude and would not help with any information. I had no idea which unit I rented. The concierge was complaining in Spanish to a friend of his when I arrived. He gave no information on parking and there were no spots available close by when I picked up the keys so I had to hold up Traffic just to get the keys which he reluctantly gave me. Then the apartment had no electricity on. There was not any information on WiFi how to turn on the electricity etc. there was no soap of any kind not even toilet paper and it was hot and the refrigerator took a long time to get cool once I figured out how to turn the breakers on. I could not reach anyone other than the booking.com people. The building maintenance team did bring 2 rolls of toilet paper but would not provide anything else. It really seemed like the apartment had been abandoned and the shower door fell apart and there was a dead roach inside n the floor
• St (8/5): Wonderful location and apartment - I liked pretty much everything - the view, the location, facilities, kitchen well equipped for cooking, size of the apt and the balcony! Parking - the tiny street in front of the building is free to park on. Otherwise you go to the paid parking nearby. We were lucky to get a free spot every day during our stay. Kitchen was convenient for cooking and there's an extra bed. WiFi was good. AC working but was not needed since it was quite windy up there. Bathroom - no soap, shampoo or shower gel. NO TOILET PAPER! Hope that it was a genuine miss but it's the first time ever that I had to buy my own toilet paper in an accommodation :( :( :( Communication with the host was so so and the reception guy downstairs was careless,.but also not his job to help with the accommodation since its a residential building. Bed sheets - please have SEPARATE duvet and covers for the bed. Not all people are couples and want to share the same cover.
• Marianne (2/5): Very disappointing - The location is splendid. That’s the main reason why this was our fifth stay. But something has gone completely wrong since our last stay 2 years ago. We arrived to a really dirty apartment. The floor was dusty and dirty and we found hair in the bathroom sink and several cockroaches everywhere some of them still alive. There was no cleaning during our stay and no change of towels for the entire week. The door to the balcony could not be closed tightly and could not be locked. TV didn’t work and the toilet seat was loose. All this can’t be compensated by the location. So unfortunately this was our last stay.
