Staff were relatively friendly. Lot of steps in some areas. People blocking sun loungers with towels even when not in use. Outdoor entertainment area grubby at times.

The staff were very helpful and the 3 ladies on the desk that helped when my daughter hurt her arm, really went above and beyond! Special thank you to the tall lady with blonde hair and black waistcoat, you really did help us so much! We will definitely be back!

Will return - Apartment was nice clean and spacious Sun terrace well equipped Beds comfortable Pool area was clean and plenty beds Storage area for baggage available free of charge if you flight is later and you are still able to use the facilities Room cleaned 5 days out of 7 with fresh linen and towels each day Perfect location close to beach, shops etc Had to pay for a safe €21 No kitchen cleaning equipment or towels for drying Drinks were expensive unless you were all inclusive After paying for all inclusive food was ok not much of variation over 3 days and had to pay for 3 days minimum if booking all inclusive. One staff member was quite abrupt at times

- Alessandro (6/5): Hotel da poche pretese - Le cose apprezzabili sono la posizione strategica della struttura e il fatto che lo staff è disponibile. Buono che ci sia un piccolo supermarket interno. E' presente uno stendino e la nostra camera aveva anche a disposizione un piccolo cucinino e un terrazzino dove abbiamo cenato quando non siamo riusciti a tornare per tempo. La pulizia della stanza consiste solo in cambio lenzuola e asciugamani. Noi siamo rimasti una settimana e non è mai stato pulito il bagno. Il letto, nonostante la camera fosse matrimoniale, consisteva in due materassi singoli vicini (e non sono mai stati uniti, nonostante avessimo fatto presente la problematica; a quanto pare solo una tipologia particolare di camera matrimoniale ne ha diritto). La cena è disponibile solo fino alle 21.30 (orario adatto solo per austriaci e tedeschi probabilmente), quindi o uno fa le corse per tornare dalle esplorazioni nell'altra parte dell'isola o va a cena senza lavarsi. L'offerta del buffet e dell'animazione sono decisamente da rivedere.

Thought maybe it would have bread or even toast. Was 9€ so wasn't happy about that.

- Leanne (7/5): Having stayed here previously in the past I returned and I would return again. - The property was clean, family friendly and close to the beach. The staff were also very helpful. There could have been an iron and ironing board provided and also the way the bathroom flooded with water each time the shower was used and that was not because of a faulty shower but the flooring itself so numerous towels where required to be put on the floor.

- Pastoressa (8/5): Broncemar 🥰 - Posizione ottima,vicina a tanti servizi...La spiaggia dista pochi minuti a piedi,una bella passeggiata...Personale alla reception eccezionale...Valentina e Sonia top...cibo ottimo,tanta scelta e piatti diversi ogni giorno,complimenti allo staff di cucina...Camerieri gentilissimi e professionali...carinissimi anche i ragazzi dell'animazione...Ci torneremo sicuramente Unica pecca e mi dispiace tanto dirlo è la pulizia delle camere...un servizio che sicuramente va rivisto e riorganizzazato

Great central location rooms clean and cleaned 5 times in our weeks stay. I think that its false advertising to say the pool is heated when it is not and this was a massive disappointment this is the reason I booked it. When we arrived we should also have been informed it was not heated an offered some upgrade or discount. I could have stayed 5 mins down the road in a private apartment with a heated pool but I choose this hotel . The Only other thing would be basic washing up items i dont want to have to buy washing up liquid and cloths on holiday.

La limpieza en general en todo el establecimiento se hace muy por encima. El último día desayunamos en el buffet. Muy caro, 18€ los adultos y 9€ los niños. Muy baja calidad de los productos.

Nur am Pool Sonnen weil bis zum Strand zu lange laufen. - Die Zimmer Essen Mangel schon nach der 1 Malzeitstunde, es soll noch 2 Stunden offen bleiben! Wurde in Zimmer nicht geputzt, nur die Handtücher umgetauscht, manchmal. Sehr voll. Bei der Menschen Menge nur 2 Kaffee Automaten, lange Wartezeiten zum Kaffee trinken.

- Dominik (5/5): Disappointing - The location was good, near to the centre and beach 1). Upon arrival we found out that to use the safety box in the room, there is an extra charge of €3 per day (never heard of anything like that in any other hotel before). 2). The bed sheets were yellow with a couple of stains and what looked like make-up smears. After reporting it twice to the reception, the house keeper came first after ca. 1,5h since the first report and spoke 0 english and brought with her extra bed sheets that were exactly as bad as the previous ones (wether the bed sheets were washed or not it should under no circumstances look dirty and have stains, other hotels that we’ve been to don’t experience that issues). 3). According to the Information given Houskeeping/Cleaning Service 5/week. Within our 5day stay the room was “cleaned” just twice.

- Elizabeth (10/5): Love the Broncemar, love the staff but feel ignored for nightly entertainment - After 20 years of staying in the Broncemar Beach we have seen changes, some good, some bad. We miss the Tavern bar, no entertainment for adults, we are never all inclusive but returned to the Tavern for the Karaoke, great that the kids have their entertainment, but we are in our 60s so no kids. I keep saying this, bring back Alberto, open an adult bar with karaoke, we would really appreciate this. As above no adult entertainment, karaoke etc, really miss the Tavern bar so we don't stay in the bar and search entertainment elsewhere

- Mark (10/5): - We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in December. The hotel rooms are scattered around a large complex which can be a bit confusing at first. We stayed in a Premium room which cost a bit more but it was worth it as it was a bit high up and had a balcony/terrace. The room was lovely and clean, modern and spacious with all the usual amenities. Big bathroom with a separate bath and shower, the odd thing we fund was the fact that there was no door leading to the bathroom, just an archway where the shower, bath and sink were located, only the toilet had a separate door. The hotel is in a good location, just a 10 minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The hotel has a large pool area with plenty of sun loungers and 3 pools, one of which is heated. The resort where the hotel is situated, Caleta De Fuste is very close to the airport which makes it convenient to getting to and from the airport but it is on the flight path so be warned for plenty of aircraft flying over which can be a good thing if you are a plane spotter!

- Linda (6/5): Could be a lovely hotel with some minor changes. - Size of apartment, decor of whole hotel was good, good sports bar, location. Room wasn’t cleaned properly eg sand on floor tiles, paint coming off walls, after rain on patio. Even after asking for floors/patios to be cleaned, they were still not properly done. Asked for sunny room but room had little direct sun. Towels were of very poor quality which meant, as they were only changed every 2/3 days, they were constantly wet…difficult to even dry on balcony due to little sunshine and the rain. Kitchen was poorly equipped, cutlery, crockery and no cleaning/drying cloths or washing up liquid made available. No tea/coffee sachets available on arrival, which every other accommodation we used on our trip provided to start us off. Disappointing to see smoking areas so close to bar and to sunbathing terrace. We didn’t use main bar much as smokers stood outside the sliding doors and smoke drifted in…so we went elsewhere. Same with pool area….so we went to the beach. Shouldn’t be allowed anywhere near the children’s play area!

The market is on Saturday and Tuesdays within a 5 minute walk, bus stop to the capital is less than 5 minutes walk, bars, restaurants and supermarket within 5 minutes walk aswell. I cannot fault this property

- Declan (9/5): It was very enjoyable and I would recommend it to anyone taking a holiday. - Spacious apartment in quiet area with good facilities. Very modern and comfortable. I didn't know how to work the cooker or the phone but staff-members kindly explained them to me. It would be good to have a brochure or leaflet in English and other main languages to make it easier for people. The water in the pool could have been a little warmer. Otherwise a very enjoable experience.

Staff were friendly and helpful We went room only so can't comment on the food, but it appeared to be good quality Everything about Broncemar was great, if only they could lift it up and put it in Corralejo.
