Nic mi się nie podobało, zwłaszcza to że na prześcieradle były czyjeś włosy czyli pościel musiała nie być zmieniana. Stary budynek pomalowany dziwacznie, bardzo wygórowana cena. Stare opadające drzwi które ciężko było domknąć. Jednym słowem masakra!!!

Начнём с того, что запах ужасный в номере, сырости, коротко " потные носки" и там же лежали полотенца, которые нам не дали новые и они провонялись, ими невозможно было вытираться. Пол грязный, в носках походишь будут грязные, только тапочки, маленькая ванна (сидячая) , мыла для рук нет, один какой-то гель, отель позиционирует себя как 2 звезды, но с натяжной тянет на одну, кровать пружины ( кому важно)подушки старые, но самое ужасное это запах, невозможно было спать, постоянно выходили на балкон подышать воздухом, пол ночи блукая, вайфая нет, он по идее платный судя из описания номера, прежде чем заселиться подумайте хорошо. Если кто-то рядом включает воду в ванной, стоит сильный шум по всему этажу. Для отдыха не рекомендую.

- Michaela (1/5): - Der Urlaubsort ist wunderschön gelegen. Sehr schöne Möglichkeiten Essen zu gehen. 2 Supermärkte waren vor Ort. Ein sehr unsauberes Hotel😕, 10 Tage lang ist kein Handtuchwechsel erfolgt, es hat keine Zimmerreinigung stattgefunden, obwohl wir dafür bezahlt haben. Nur 2 Rollen WC Papier für 10 Tage für 3 Personen zur Verfügung gehabt, Müll wurde nur entsorgt, wenn man ihn vor die Tür gestellt hat, .es war extrem laut man konnte keine Nacht durchschlafen. Kein netter Empfang an der Rezeption , man fühlte sich nicht wirklich willkommen. Nach dem 4 Tag, mussten wir in ein anderes Zimmer wechseln,da es benötigt werden würde.

- Guest (5/5): - La ubicación es buena, aunque al principio resulta un poco difícil de encontrar porque está junto a un hotel cerrado. El precio es bastante económico en comparación con otros alojamientos de la zona. Además, tenían disponibilidad de habitación el mismo día en que hicimos la reserva, lo cual fue muy conveniente. Otro punto positivo es que tanto la habitación como el baño eran de buen tamaño, lo que hacía la estancia más cómoda. Las sábanas tenían olor a humedad y la limpieza del suelo dejaba bastante que desear. Además, una tarde que fuimos a la residencia por unos minutos, coincidió con que el personal quiso entrar en nuestra habitación para abrir una llave de paso de agua que estaba en el armario; todavía no entiendo por qué necesitan acceder a esta desde la habitación. " y el ventilador resulta ser un ventilador de techo algo básico y poco eficiente.
- Kaidy (1/5): Ein absolut traumatisches Erlebnis – die Unterkunft war wegen Bettwanzen unbewohnbar, alles Katastrophe . - Katastrophe !!! Ehrlich gesagt gar nichts – die Unterkunft war aufgrund des Zustands absolut unzumutbar. Bis heute konnte ich das nicht verarbeiten, es war nicht in Worte zu fassen ! So unzumutbar ist es. Ich habe in meinem Zimmer eindeutige Spuren eines Bettwanzenbefalls gefunden: dunkle Flecken auf der Matratze, weiße Spuren auf der Bettdecke und ein unangenehmer Geruch im ganzen Raum. Die Unterkunft war dadurch gesundheitlich nicht bewohnbar. Es war so katastrophal, dass ich den Schock meines Lebens hatte und es bis jetzt kaum realisieren kann.
- Chivite (1/5): Condiciones inhumanas, una vergüenza de lugar. - Nada CONDICIONES INHUMANAS Estaba sucio muy sucio, las sábanas parecía que no las habían cambiado. Cuando llegamos, nos dijo vuestra habitación estará lista en 5 minutos, subió y sacó la basura de los anteriores inquilinos. Hacía una calor insoportable, nos quejamos y nos trajo otro radiador, el cual se caía a trozos. No nos fuimos a otro hotel porque era ya tarde y solo teníamos una noche allí. Pero mi amiga acabó durmiendo en el suelo de la terraza, al igual de los inquilinos de al lado, no se podía estar. Además, te cobran 10€ por electricidad. UNA VERGÜENZA Nos gustaría solicitar una compensación o parte del reembolso del importe pagado.

Ich buche nie wieder bei Booking.com! 40° im Zimmer, nicht funktionierende Ventilator. Auf den Matratzen liegt man durch und direkt auf den Federn und Metallrahmen ohne Polsterung. Ich habe für sechs Nächte über 800€ bezahlen sollen, maximal sind die Zimmer aber 10€ pro Nacht Wert - ich habe nach einer Nacht den Aufenthalt storniert und warte auf mein Geld. Für mich gehört das Gebäude abgerissen.
- MAHOLI MICHELLE (1/5): Lo peor de lo peor - Nadaaa Es un gran estafa la verdad no es para nada lo que pone en las fotos, nos dieron una habitación sucia que no habían limpiado y que se notaba he se habían ido los huéspedes recién. Con decir que tuvimos que limpiar nosotros mismo la habitación le pedimos que nos dieran productos para limpiarla por que eso es un asco total y me parece una barbaridad pagar 40€ por un ventilador que se nos iba a caer en cualquier momento. Fatal pero Fatal… no se como no ha ido sanidad…//

- Ana (1/5): Lugar HORRIBLE, SUCIO Y APESTOSO - Nada, nada y nada el alojamiento es horrible. Una auténtica pesadilla. El alojamiento es un sitio, sucio muy sucio, la limpieza deja mucho que desear, nos tuvimos que poner a limpiar nada más entrar, el olor era horroroso. Las sábanas olían a tigre, tuvimos que ir a una lavandería. La gente que entraba allí se quejaba en la puerta y todos se iban y no era para menos.Un control de sanidad es lo que tiene que ir allí. Además de que los cables estaba por ahí suelto y el ventilador estaba que se caía del techo, además de no hacer nada, hacía un calor insoportable. Ese lugar está para cerrarlo.
- Guest (3/5): Trop cher pour ce que c’est, chercher autre chose - À part l’emplacement dans cette petite ville très jolie, et encore loin de tout, 1h de trajet pour aller n’importe où. Chambre à la déco douteuse, ne parlons pas de la salle de bain qui est atroce et de l’eau qui est calvaire (calcaire). Le réceptionniste bien que gentil ne sert à rien, on a essayé de contacter le gérant pour se faire rembourser une nuit, il ne répond pas et le receptionnise ne fait RIEN. Attention, l’électricité (oui oui l’électricité) et le ventilateur sont payant et OBLIGATOIRE.

- belkacem (1/5): - Rien aimé Dès mon arrivée, avant même de récupérer la clé, on me réclame une "taxe pour l'électricité" planquée dans les petites lignes de l'annonce. Rien de clair ou transparent, juste une belle surprise pour vous soutirer plus d'argent. L'accueil est froid et expéditif, on sent qu'on dérange. La chambre est sale : odeur d'humidité, poussière, draps tachés, oreillers jaunis. La salle de bain est une horreur : moisissures, joints noirs, cheveux dans la douche, serviettes rêches et tachées. Un établissement malhonnête que Booking devrait retirer de toute urgence.

- Crispo (1/5): Se chiudono è meglio! - Niente Hotel pessimo, arrivati lì ci hanno chiesto più di 200 euro di spese addizionali il cui costo non era previsto nel prezzo di Booking (tra cui 60 euro di aria condizionata per un ventilatore), cosa assurda vista solo in quest’ hotel. Inoltre, il mio portafoglio con 600 euro al suo interno è magicamente sparito dalla camera senza mai portarlo al di fuori di quella camera. Ovviamente struttura senza neanche una telecamera di sicurezza. Che dire, ce ne fosse una di cosa positiva da scrivere di questo hotel…
- Francisco Josen (1/5): - Nada una vergüenza el estado de todo para el dineral que costó Nada no lo recomiendo en absoluto todo en un estado lamentable la tv de los años 80 , las sábanas apesteban a jungla y el cuarto de baño una mierda todo en el estado que estaba todo y sin comentarios de las camas parece todo reciclado de la basura una noche para olvidar en en coche se duerme mejor
- Christina (1/5): Würden hier nie wieder hin, Abzocke - Das "Hotel" ist praktisch im Nirgendwo, sieht nicht betrieben und heruntergekommen aus. Auf Booking wird man von dem günstigen Preis gelockt, vor Ort mussten wir nochmal das doppelte bezahlen für Strom, Ventilator (ein Deckenventilator der nicht bring), etc. Für die Reinigung mussten wir auch 20€ extra zahlen, obwohl das Zimmer sehr schmutzig und staubig war. Als uns der Deckenventilator gezeigt wurde sind die Staubfetzen vom Ventilator durch das ganze Zimmer geflogen. Das Hotel hat sehr unangenehm gerochen und wir haben und sehr unwohl gefühlt.

En los términos descritos a la hora de reservar mencionan un cargo adicional por día por el uso de ventilados, lo que no aclaran es que es obligatorio, si hay algo que tengo que pagar obligado, lo normal es que me lo incluyan acá en booking y yo lo pague de una vez. Es una estafa completamente que te hagan entender que el servicio del ventilador es opcional pero cuando llegas tengas que pagarlo y no es poco, son 100€/dia. Teniendo en cuenta esto hay hospedajes que igualan el precio y son mejores. 2. La cama era de estructura metálica y estaba doblada, sonada horrible, tuvimos que poner el colchón en el suelo por miedo a que se cayera mientras dormíamos. 3. La habitación en general con una capa de polvo, el baño con mal olor y se notaba que no lo habían lavado (marcas de orina seca en la taza) 4. Habían boquetes y tuberías expuestas tapadas con un simple vinilo. 5.el personal de recepción tenía mal olor, entró a la habitación con nosotros y tuvimos que dejar abierto todo y limpiar con lejía para poder soportar el mal olor de la habitación. 6. Exigimos se les solicite la licencia de explotación turista con actividad económica de hospedaje de personas, porque la actividad que tienen dada de alta en el contacto es de “bar”. Adicionalmente dudamos que el sitio pase una inspección de dos estrellas en general por las condiciones de insalubridad.

- Gianluca (1/5): They attract you offering a competitive price, but surcharges make the property uncompetitive - Non ho fatto colazione, la posizione era accettabile per la possibilità di raggiungere a piedi la vicina spiaggia di Cala Santany, ma l'albergo era pessimo. Io viaggio per alberghi a poco prezzo, quindi in genere non faccio recensioni perché non ha senso con strutture così basiche, ma questa volta sento il bisogno di mettere in guardia futuri avventori. Don't choose this Hotel. The hotel was very modest and poorly maintained, but that's not the problem. It's just that the price on Booking seemed competitive, around 70 euros; but upon arrival (9:30 PM), I was unkindly faced with a very strict request for an extra 10 euros per night for electricity (= fan, which I didn't use) and a surcharge of 30 euros for arriving after 9:00 PM. I should point out that Cala Figuera is about an hour from Palma with a mandatory change in Campos, from where there is only one bus every 2 hours, so either at 7:30 PM or 8:30 PM: so arriving late at night (if you consider 9:30 PM late night) is very common. They do their best to stay within the legal limits, and there is advance notice on Booking, but you have to look very far down, in the "property rules" section, which no one ever looks at because no one expect to be estorsively scammed. Furthermore, it's interspersed with absurd information (such as requiring a €100 security deposit upon arrival), making one suspect a typo. Finally: I booked "Santiago Mallorca," which at the time (July 7th 2025) was listed as "good" on Booking, while a "Residencia Santiago Mallorca" was listed immediately below it, along with the description "disappointing." In reality, the address is the same, so it's the same hotel, which, having received a very low rating, is trying to reclaim its reputation by advertising itself online under a different name. A real scam.

L’établissement m’a demandé d’annuler ma réservation, sans proposer de solution alternative, la veille de mon arrivée. J’ai dû me débrouiller seul pour trouver un autre logement dans l’urgence, avec tout le stress et les frais que cela implique. Booking, contacté immédiatement, n’a répondu que plusieurs heures après l’heure prévue d’arrivée, sans apporter de réelle solution. Résultat : aucun séjour, aucun service rendu, mais une somme encaissée. Je déconseille fortement cet établissement pour son manque de professionnalisme, et je déplore l'inaction de Booking dans ce type de situation.

There are no beaches, the nearest beach is a 40-minute walk away in a neighboring town. The room is tiny without proper ventilation, it is hot to sleep. When we arrived, the room was very dirty, it felt like it had not been cleaned for 2 months. Someone else's hair was everywhere: on the floor, on the bed. The bed linen seemed to be washed, but at the same time it was covered in various incomprehensible stains, blood stains, grease stains. There is a complete absence of even the simplest trash can, no air conditioning, instead there is a fan that creaks and wobbles even on slow mode, not to mention fast mode, when this fan can fall off. A tiny bathroom with a paneled door that does not stay on its fasteners. The bed for 2 people is small, since it is a queen-size bed, the mattresses are hard, my back hurts terribly. The pillows are small, after using them my neck gets stiff. The owner of the hotel speaks Russian, but speaks English without any problems. When booking, it was indicated that check-in is at 17:00, but you can check in earlier, also when booking we refused the offered Wi-Fi, but the owner of this hotel automatically calculated the fee for Wi-Fi, which was not entirely clear, since we refused it. Buses run every 2 hours, which is somewhat inconvenient if you want to go somewhere. A taxi can be a means of transportation, but there are also problems with this, since it is almost impossible to call one using the specified phone number, the phone is either unavailable, or the operators do not speak even minimal English.

- Sultan (1/5): Absolute Katastrophe! - Nichts Betreff:** Dringende Beschwerde über unhygienische Zustände und inakzeptables Verhalten Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, Ich wende mich an Sie, um meine tiefe Empörung und Enttäuschung über die äußerst unangenehme Erfahrung auszudrücken, die ich heute, am 08.08.2024, in der Residenz Santiago Mallorca gemacht habe. Bereits beim Betreten des mir zugewiesenen Zimmers war ich schockiert über den absolut unhygienischen Zustand, in dem sich das Zimmer befand. Zuallererst war das Badezimmer sichtbar schmutzig; die Flecken in der Dusche waren braun, was mich ernsthaft an der Sauberkeit des gesamten Ortes zweifeln ließ. Das Waschbecken war nicht gereinigt, und der Spiegel, bedeckt mit Wasserflecken und Fingerabdrücken, ließ den Eindruck entstehen, dass er seit Tagen nicht desinfiziert worden war. Was mich am meisten beunruhigte, war das fast vollständig benutzte Toilettenpapier, das kaum noch auf der Rolle vorhanden war. Dies zeugt von einer inakzeptablen Vernachlässigung und mangelnder Sorgfalt. Was mich jedoch wirklich entsetzte, war der Zustand des Bettes. Die Bettwäsche war sichtbar schmutzig, als ob sie nach dem letzten Gast nicht gewechselt worden wäre, und das Bett war noch nicht einmal ordentlich gemacht. Allein der Gedanke, in einem solchen Zustand die Nacht verbringen zu müssen, war für mich unerträglich. Als ob das alles nicht schon genug wäre, war das Verhalten eines Ihrer Reinigungskräfte absolut inakzeptabel. Als ich versuchte, meine Bedenken über den Zustand des Zimmers zu äußern, reagierte dieser Mitarbeiter aggressiv und warf uns wütend aus dem Zimmer mit der Aufforderung, ihm keine weiteren Probleme zu bereiten. Er behauptete außerdem, dass wir selbst die Reservierung stornieren müssten, da er dies nicht tun würde. Als ich ihm mitteilte, dass ich nicht in Ihrem Hotel bleiben möchte, verschlimmerte sich die Situation.
