• Andrea (8/5): Personale super - Personale super ed accomodante. Colazione alla carta gratuita. In particolare appena seduto arriva di default, a testa, un croissant vuoto, una fetta di pane fresco, una confezionata integrale e due porzioni di confettura all'albicocca. Per le bevande calde/fredde passa una gentilissima ragazza a prendere l ordine e pure per ulteriori cibi(torte, salumi, formaggi come da menù che troverete al tavolo, Camera purtroppo fredda a causa del clima del periodo ma a richiesta mi è stata data una seconda coperta. Mancanza del bidet in bagno come segnalato da booking e ventola in bagno troppo rumorosa.

• Robin (7/5): Prima als overnachting op doorreis - De ligging is echt top! Beetje weg van het meer en de drukte. Hotel ziet er leuk uit. Verder gewoon simpel maar wel goed. Het ontbijt was geen buffet maar met een kaart om te bestellen. Dat is een drempel die ik niet fijn vind. Het hotel moet wel eens een opknapbeurt hebben, wat frisser en moderner maken.

Het ontbijt spreekt me aan om milieuvriendelijk te zijn mag je aan de serveerster vragen wat je wenst en deze brengt het. Wil je extra altijd mogelijk. Zeer vriendelijke uitbater en Personeel. Super doorreis Hotel. Misschien zijn sommige kamers aan een opfrissing toe, net iets verouderd, maar ruime en propere kamers.

• Orfefs (8/5): Ευχάριστη διαμονή αλλά με κάποιες ατέλειες - Αν και φτάσαμε αργά τα κλειδιά οι οικοδεσπότες μας είχαν δώσει σαφής οδηγίες πως να κατευθυνθούμε προς το δωμάτιο και που βρίσκονται τα κλειδιά . Άνετο δωμάτιο ευρύχωρο και μεγάλο μπάνιο Ήσυχη τοποθεσία Δεν είχε πολλές θέσεις πάρκινγκ . Μπορεί να πληρώσεις για πάρκινγκ αλλά να μην βρεις θέση και να αναγκαστείς αν το αφήσεις έξω! Επίσης το κρεβάτι στο οποίο κοιμηθήκαμε έτριζε Το πρωινό ωραίο αλλά μικρό με σερβιτόρα αντί για να παίρνεις μόνος σου ότι θες ! Προφανώς αυτό γίνεται για να ελέγχουν τις ποσότητες αλλά οι μερίδες ήταν πάρα πολύ μικρές !!!!

• Maikow (5/5): - Good location on the mountains. Very quiet. Switzerland is very close. This hotel has so much potential, but it needs improvements. It was autumn, and heating was off in the building, I've seen guests asking to turn it on with no effect. Pillows are very thin, and sleeping was disconfortable. The breakfast has a system where you call a waiter to serve you. This is very inefficient, and serving takes time on busy days. Why not a self-service system like in all hotels? WC was not in good condition, the glass door in the shower box was wobbly and almost fell on me. The decoration is old and of doubtful taste and needs a refresh.

La mancanza della cura dei dettagli che farebbero diventare ottima la struttura: esempio nella sala da colazione, molto bella con enormi finestre vasistass a una mancava completamente la maniglia; nella stanza: riparazione di buchi sul muro lasciate bianche su un muro tinto di blu, evidente mancanza di tinteggiatura da parecchio tempo, una tenda più corta del vetro della finestra e dell’altra in bagno, tavolo in vetro stile scrivania traballante. Sembra un po’ trascurato. Ma magari è solo la stanza a me assegnata.

Schöne Lokale und eine süße kleine Stadt. Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr hübsch eingerichtet für Leute die Shabby schickt mögen uns hat es gefallen das Frühstück war Italienischund lecker.

Lokalita bola v pohode hľadali sme najlacnejšie ubytovanie v okoli Villa del Balbianello. Izby sú staršie pôsobili studeno, aj vybavenie bolo veľmi staré. Ale to by bolo v poriadku najhoršie bolo že steny prepúšťajú velmi zvuk ráno nás zobudila hádka anglicky hovoriaceho páru.
