- Güneysu (7/5): - Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung und komfortabel. Wird täglich auch aufgeräumt und sauber gemacht. Das Personal ist TOP, man kann wirklich nichts beanstanden. Kundenservice und Gastfreundschaft wird bei allen Mitarbeitern und Chefs dort wirklich groß geschrieben und dafür danke ich persönlich nochmal. Vor allem sind die auch sehr kinderfreundliche Mitarbeiter, die sich gerne mal auch wenig Zeit nehmen um sich mit Kindern auch zu unterhalten um Ihnen den Aufenthalt su versüßen.

Възглавниците бяха страшно ниски , мога да кажа ,че ги нямаше . Липсваше втора възглавница . В банята можеха да се постораят малко повече , на места имаше мухъл. Но това е само мое мнение .

Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets bemüht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das Zimmer war sauber, modern eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel – genau das Richtige zum Entspannen. Our stay was extended due to unexpected ill health and Memet and the staff couldn't have been more kind or accomodating to our needs. Our room was upgraded and we spent 10 days there. The location was ideal for us. It was walkable (although a little hilly in parts) to local shops and restaurants. Taxis were readily available for venturing further afield. The hospitality provided by Memet was A*. Traffic noise was heard when the windows were open but this was expected due to the hotel being located near a road throughway. It did not spoil our stay.

Завтраки вкусные, лучше чем в некоторых отелях по близости в которых я побывал. Хотелось бы попросить у руководства отеля немножко освежить номера в плане ремонта. В остальном всё было отлично и я однозначно рекомендую данный отель.

- Nick Gatt Coleiro (7/5): Pleasant short stay, staff were great and a good budget hotel. - Location was ok, however getting to more central areas involved a lot of uphill walking. Sound proofing between rooms is terrible. As a result, I was woken up late at night by loud talking and even sounds of sexual activity.
