• Christine (2/5): Schlimm. Sollte mal ernsthaft überprüft und saniert oder geschlossen werden. - Zentrale Lage. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und Flughafen in der Nähe. Stadt auch fußläufig erreichbar. Saubere Handtücher, tägliche Reinigung. Kleiner Supermarkt um die Ecke, viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Von außen unscheinbar. Vom Aussehen wie im Horrorfilm - extrem schlecht. Null investiert in einfachste/günstige Dinge. Wände schlecht gestrichen. Uralte Klobürste, die für paar Cent gekauft werden kann. Klobrille war durchgebrochen. Wasser der Duschbrause schoss in alle Richtungen. Lampenschirme in der Wand keine vorhanden. Wenig Ablagefläche im Bad (Klopapier, Handttücher, Glätteisen,…); Spiegel fast runter gefallen. Unnötiges Bidet. Balkontür nicht abschließbar (Schließvorrichtung abgebrochen, lag in Schublade), daher Zugang aus anderem Zimmer möglich. Keine Sicherheit für mögliche Wertsachen. Möbel uralt und kaputt. Türrahmen abgefressen, aus der Wand gebrochen. Löcher in den Wänden im Bad (Rohre). Alle Armaturen, Lampen verrostet. Fugen sollte man nicht näher anschauen. Tägliche Reinigung wäre nicht nötig gewesen; auch die Handtücher hätte man 2-3 Tage nutzen können. Ganz schlimmes Frühstück, was man so nicht nennen kann. Tee-Wasser nur lauwarm. Frühstück: Cappuccino/Espresso oder Tee und abgepackter Zwieback und 3 Croissants zur Auswahl sowie süße abgepackte Kekse, Marmelade und Nutella. Blastikgeschirr und Besteck. Rezeption im UG. Gebäude nicht für gehbehinderte Menschen geeignet. Viele Stufen und Stolperfallen. Aufzug sehr langsam, uralt und ohne Zwischentür. Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Kleiner TV, nur Ital. Sender. Abends auch sehr laut, entweder wegen der Hauptstraße, Autos oder Gäste im Hotel. Hotel kann man das eigentlich nicht nennen… in Deutschland würde man sowas umgehend schließen und sanieren müssen. Durch das Wasser auch Magen-/Darmprobleme - nichts für empfindliche Mägen. Nichtmal 1 Stern; nichtmal als Hostel in dem Zustand geeignet. Wenig Infos und eingehen/Service auf Gäste (W-LAN). Aufenthalt musste direkt voll bezahlt werden bei einchecken. Parkplätze vor der Tür gegen Bezahlung möglich. Klima kostet auch extra, die Info kam erst nach Buchung. War zum Glück nicht nötig im April. Generell wenig gute Kommunikation mit Gästen.
• danny (10/5): A perfect hotel for a good price - Mina.. a very friendy and funny receptionist, and very helpful, and for this price it was by far the best hotel u could find in de city of milan. Absolutely a hotel that i would reccomend Everything was perfect. (And yes there where a few spots on the wall but you cant expect them to paint the walls after every visitor and the light button that was a little broken, but it still worked and again.. for this price range… it didnt bother my at all)

• adam (10/5): Highly recommended place to stay in Milan! - The hotel was superb! The bed was extremely comfy, clean and the room was nice and clean. We had a private bathroom, with the toiletries as per any hotel standards. The towels were really fluffy, and in a protective wrap. The location of the hotel was superb, we could access all points via bus or metro. The gentleman on the reception was really helpful 👏 and we had a chat, he gave us few tips. Thank you, can highly recommend this place and we will definitely come back again to the lovely hotel Poma!
• Tirssa (4/5): - I was able to check-in earlier than the standard hotel's check-in time. They accomodated me in one of the rooms quickly. The wi-fi didn't work on the top floor. I had to get downstairs to the reception use the wi-fi to solve an last minute issue on my trip.
• Larissa (10/5): Great hotel, especially for backpackers like us! - Affordable hotel with a good location. Public transport is nearby. The receptionist was very kind and welcoming, left us in a good mood! We were really gratefull for the small breakfast as well. The shower door was broken, which led to some flooding in the bathroom, but other than that we have no complaints! :)

No costaba nada poner un plato de ducha...ya que te duchas en el suelo del baño...hay una cortina para separar y ya está

Zona tranquillissima e gestori disponibili. La doccia non proprio il massimo del confort ma ci sta, Lo sciacquone era "rotto fisicamente" ma comunque si riusciva a scaricare. Minifrigo in camera non funzionante. Finestra e scuri difettosi e difficili da aprire. Siamo riusciti ad aprire la finestra per chiudere gli scuri con fatica.. e la mattina non siamo riusciti ad aprirla. Per il resto tutto ok

• Vaboiaia (4/5): le foto su booking sono nettamente diverse dalla realtà... - solo la vicinanza con il posto di lavoro Colazione scarsa, non hanno alternative vegetali al latte rumori tutta la notte dalle stanze vicine il giardino non è come nelle foto aggiungerei qualcosina in più alla colazione ed il latte di soia, avena o di mandorla tv troppo piccina e molto lontana dal letto, se deve stare necessariamente lontana dal letto aumenterei le dimensioni dello schermo oppure in alternativa può essere piccina ma attaccata al muro sopra il letto per maggiore visibilità

• ROMINA (1/5): No lo recomiendo - Nada, parece más hostal que hotel. Me cobraron la estancia por plataforma booking y en el hotel, al día de hoy sin solución. La persona de recepción pésima atención y voluntad, no explica nada. Tiene un montacargas como ascensor que de noche lo desactivan. Las habitaciones sin aislamiento acústico, se escuchaba todo. Higiene deficiente, hongos en las ducha. Lejos del centro. Demasiado caro en relación a lo que ofrecen por la página.

The central heating radiators were to hot and could not be turned lower or off because the rotation plastic thermostate was not present or broken. Shower had a missing door so the water was coming out on the ground when showering. It is more a 2 star hotel than a 3 star.

• Joaquin (4/5): It was ok for a £79 a night hotel, if added the extras not so much - The staff very friendly Well to be honest, when I booked I wasn’t aware I had to pay extra for parking and AA… so at the end I paid around £130 which is the same for a hotel which includes parking and AA but better… But maybe that is more to do with the way hotel.com present the price and costs than with the hotel itself

• Bora (3/5): - Scelto solo basso prezzo, per la posizione abbastanza vicina all'ospedale dove dovevo recarmi e per il fatto di avere la reception H24 (accesso tramite apertura badge). Struttura vecchia da una stella (le 3 stelle le ha prese tanti anni fa, all'apertura): ma questo lo avevo già messo in conto leggendo le altre recensioni. Un'accoglienza fredda che nemmeno nei motel. Un bagno così decadente l'ho visto raramente (senza nemmeno la tavoletta). Strisce gialle ovunque e poche blu e quindi costretto a parcheggiare molto lontano(ma questo è un problema di Milano)

• Abdul (1/5): Absolute Trash – Stay Anywhere Else! - The location was the only decent thing, but honestly, I’d rather sleep on the damn street than stay here again. 😃 This dump is the worst excuse for a hotel I’ve ever suffered through. Two nights cost me 316€, and they had the audacity to charge 10€ per day for so-called ‘air conditioning.’ What air conditioning? The room stayed hot as hell even after 30 minutes. When I complained, the staff didn’t just ignore me, they were downright rude, yelling at me like I was too stupid to know how an AC works. Then they moved us to another crappy room with a cheap air cooler that blew useless air and did nothing. We tried to leave and cancel, since Booking.com clearly states same-day cancellations are possible, but the hotel flat-out refused. Scam artists! Honestly, if the room was 70€ a night, maybe I’d let it go. But at this price, it’s daylight robbery. I hate this pathetic hotel with a passion, it completely ruined our trip.
