- Verified traveler (8/5): - I booked this hotel because it was near the conference I was attending. When I arrived - they "lost" my booking and moved me to another property belonging to the same management, but that property was not in the walking distance to the conference. Initially I was very disappointed, but - they paid my taxi fare to get to the conference, and were very nice and helpful in general. Overall impression left from the stay was very positive. Thanks for the staff for trying to do their best to make my stay comfortable.

- DARIA (6/5): Budget stay, lower your expectations! - The area was the best part; quiet, hip, good food around, especially the Georgian restaurant Pshaveli right next door! Breakfast is nice as they deliver it to your room. Cons: have to pay extra for towel: $4CAD. There is very poor circulation in the rooms and If you leave the window open the mosquitos come into the room and eat you alive. The carpet is basically sandpaper. The mattress is foam and sinks through. The television is so high up compared to the bed, the frame of which is really low. As it is a Budget stay, everything is to be exepected really. Except for the bloodthirsty mosquitoes.

- Oleg (8/5): Советский отельчик в современной упаковке - Отель занимает этаж бывшего промышленного здания. Рядом Ботсад и куча ресторанов на любой вкус и кошелёк. До метро Петроградская - 10 мин пешком в спокойном темпе. В номерах очень хорошая слышимость, тк перегородки из гипсокартона, а в коридоре/ фанерный фальшпол. Мебель и сантехнику уже успели немножко «убить»- в моем номере душевая кабина не работала. Персонал - молодой, но, чувствуется, что с советской школой...

- Laszlo (8/5): hotel close to subway station - The hotel is located on one floor of an old office building? warehouse? It is not for a picky traveller. Nevertheless it is well located, short walk to subway/bus. Friendly staff. We had a good stay there (8 nights)
- Evgeniy (8/5): Питер 2018 - Отель стоит в минутной доступности от метро - это огромный плюс! Но рядом с дорогой и маленьким рестораном, поэтому ОЧЕНЬ шумно! Кондиционера НЕТ. Приходилось держать окна открытыми и ночью. Повторюсь ОЧЕНЬ ШУМНО! Заселение началось с конфуза - в бронировании на стойке регистрации не отобразилось количество человек и нам предложили номер с одной большой кроватью. Хотя нас было 4 человека! Интересно,что себе представляла девушка, когда давала нам ключ от номера с одной кроватью!!!? Потом нам дали другой номер, но мы ждали 30 минут, когда его сделают, так, как мы бронировали: 2 односпальные кровати (детям) и диван- кровать нам, про который я промолчу... Завтрак в номер, 4 варианта - это хорошо! Но первое впечатление плохое! Я не посоветую этот отель своим друзьям и знакомым!
- Helen (8/5): Convenient location - Hotel's location was very convenient for the purpose of my trip. It is close to the underground station and in the area where I was looking for the accomodation. The personal is friendly, WiFi quality is good. On the downside I would recall the interior of the room, it requires some renovation (e.g. walls have staines and scratches), and a bit smarter design (for example, despite the curtains being really dark and thick, the light gets easily through because the curtains are quite narrow and way too far from the windows, this makes it difficult to sleep during the short summer nights in SPb
- Timo (8/5): Tilavahuoneiden hotelli - Hotelli 5 min päässä lähimmästä metrosta. Tilavat avarat huoneet. Tosin äänieristys kadulle olematon. Suosittelen korvatulppia. Aamiainen ei kummoinen, mutta tarjoillaan huoneisiin pyydettäessä. Hissi posiivisena asiana (3 kerros). Päivittäinen vuodevaatteiden ja pyyhkeiden vaihto. Palvelu erittäin hyvää. Kesällä ilmastointi olisi ollut hyvä. Vieressä hyviä ruokapaikkoja, esim. Dicmans
- Anastasia (6/5): Никогда не вернемся в эту антисанитарию - Отель так себе. За свою цену возможно не самый плохой вариант, но как минимум вход абсолютно безобразный. Внутри все аккуратно, но номер был к нашему заезду НЕ УБРАН. Везде волосы от предыдущих жильцов, ванна и туалет грязные, средства личной гигиены поставить некуда. С мужем принимали душ в ТАПКАХ, ибо стремно заразиться было чем-либо.За 4 суток нашего пребывания уборку нам не сделали ни разу. Цены в мини-баре (вода/сок) просто запредельные, холодильника в номере нет, так что и выбора у вас нет,если захотелось холодной воды. В общем, если есть возможность, лучше доплатить и заселиться в нормальный отель. Этот не дотягивает даже до 2-х звезд.

- Stanislav (10/5): командировка - Вкусные завтраки которые приносят в номер в любое удобное время, когда сам скажешь. Все документы по командировке дают с печатями. Номер просто класс, жил до этого в другом отеле за эти деньги но с этим не сравнить как говорится небо и земля. Огромная плазменная панель и холодильник тоже есть, для человека который в командировке он оказался очень кстати, чайник, сейф.
- Olga (10/5): - Семейный отель, во дворе есть детская площадка, дети до 12 лет проживают бесплатно и если нужно так же бесплатно дают детский манеж. Завтраки приносят в номер из четырех видов больше всех нам понравились сырники. В номере чисто и ковролин в идеальном состоянии
- Victor (8/5): Идеальный вариант в этом районе - Всё соответствует фото. Мебель в отличном состоянии, огромный телевизор, стереосистема, сейф, современный душ, идеальная чистота, огромное зеркало у кровати. Удобно добираться от метро, куча мест для отдыха рядом. Минусы: 1. В ванной не хватает если уж не принадлежностей, то хотя бы стаканчика для своей зубной щетки - не на раковину же её класть. 2. Было бы круто, если бы в номере была бутылочка воды. Это стоит 10 р. (добавьте их в стоимость, если нужно). Потому что посреди ночи идти в тапочках к кулеру - не айс. 3. Больше указателей на отель на самом здании. Потому что если не догадаться, что дом надо обойти, то сначала картина открывается грустная - какой то заброшенный полусгоревший холл бывшего клуба... А вот если бы была стрелочка, что отель дальше, в другую дверь, было бы спокойнее.

- V (6/5): new hotel, ok to sleep over - new hotel, fresh rooms, location is ok for some, i had to move out of it (after 3 days of stay) because of quality of breakfast served, or something - what they call a breakfast. i have being offered just a plain thin cold sandwich and a cup of tea , when i kindly asked for a cup off coffee instead of tea - waiter told me to pay extra two euro for each cup, - i have founded this offensive . will not recommend to my friends to stay there, please note - cost of my room was far above average)
