Ma la cosa più bella del nostro soggiorno sono stati i proprietari – gentilissimi, cordiali e sempre disponibili. Questa è la vera ospitalità siciliana! Ci dispiace che il nostro soggiorno sia stato così breve, ma sicuramente ci motiverà a tornare ancora.

Il comportamento del non (so se chiamarlo proprietario o cos'altro) una cafoneria mai vista in questo paese da cui ci vengo da ben 30 anni. Purtroppo quest'anno però ho dovuto affittare per forza. Addirittura volevo lasciare un ombrellone da spiaggia ancora nuovo alla dipendente del bar e lui ha fatto una faccia quando lei gli ha chiesto se poteva prenderlo. Ma a prescindere che lo do a chi cavolo voglio io (visto che lo pagato io) ma a costui cosa gliene frega? Poi parlavo e manco mi guardava in faccia ,cioè un comportamento non umano che sicuramente chi se ne accorge non verrebbe più solo per lui. Mi spiace per la moglie che è stata più comprensiva ma soprattutto molto simpatica. Merita di meglio sicuramente 😉Prezzo per una notte in più inaccettabile visto che siamo a metà Settembre. Eccc....

Música ambiente excelente, tanto no bar da piscina como no restaurante. Apartamento precisa de ser remodelado para se modernizar. Zona social do apartamento não tinha ar condicionado, tornando difícil a sua utilização ao longo de um dia de muito calor.

- anonimo (9/5): Mare e relax - Staff gentilissimo e disponibile per tutto. Appartamento pulitissimo e confortevole. Dotato di tutto ciò che serve. Apprezzatissima la colazione al bar sottostante. La spiaggia a pochi minuti dalla struttura con trattamento di favore per i clienti dell'apart hotel. Abbiamo cenato lì più volte e anche da loro lo Staff è gentilissimo. Offrono serate a tema dal giovedì al sabato. Peccato non aver potuto usufruirne appieno. La spiaggia molto pulita è bandiera blu e il mare pulitissimo e cristallino uno spettacolo. Consiglio a tutti soprattutto per chi cerca relax perché è una zona tranquilla e se si vuole un po' più di fermento ci si deve spostare qualche paese prima o dopo .
- Narine (9/5): For short stay, it was appropriate place. - The location was perfect for us, very easy to get Taormina and Messina. Breakfast was good for us, plenty of typical Sicilian sweets and snacks. There wasn’t taxi, but the host was very kind and helpful.

- Gabriela (10/5): Exceptional - It is impossible to describe everything I want to say about this location in just a sentence or two, so I will try to be as brief and to the point as possible: Location close to the seashore, cleanliness 10 out of 10! Perfect apartment for families, beautifully furnished and with everything you need, and if you happen to be missing something, the owner will fulfill your request very quickly. Varied breakfast, with several new dishes appearing in the display case every day😉 (own bakery, "Pasticeria"). Superb view from the apartment's terrace-balcony. The aparthotel also has a restaurant with a terrace and sun loungers by the sea. (Delicious, fresh food). I give this place a 10 with congratulations. God bless you and may you have a long life with this business! P.S. If I forgot to mention something, dear tourists, just know that you'll find all the answers above. I didn't like it because our stay was too short (9 nights):🤣

- Punam (10/5): Was a beautiful stay in a beautful location seconds from the beach - Fabio and Nunzia and the team have been so wonderful, the staff and the owners were so amazing for our whole stay. The apartment was so clean and we had everything we needed, the balcony was very big and the rooms were spacious. Nothing was ever too much for Fabio and his wife, they also cooked us dinner every evening, whatever we requested, the food was delicious! We felt at home straight away and extended our stay, felt like home away from home.

- Sheykina (10/5): Family run hotel with comfortable accommodation, friendly service and delicious food - This is my third time in Sicily and it was the best and most wonderful vacation. We ordered a transfer from the hotel - they met us, helped with the luggage. The location is not bad: Taormina is nearby, you can take a bus or a train. It's about an hour's drive to Catania. There is a large promenade next to the hotel. The Despar supermarket is 150 meters away. The room is very spacious, with a kitchen, living room, two bathrooms and a bedroom. The living room has an exit to a gorgeous terrace overlooking the sea. If you leave the door slightly open, you can hear the sound of the sea, which brings a little romance to your vacation. For breakfast, there was a wonderful omelette and sweet pastries with coffee. The hotel has its own pastry shop. The croissants and brioche are excellent! I noticed that many locals go to the pastry shop to buy their products. Having dined once in the hotel restaurant, we no longer looked for options. It was very tasty, fresh products! Special thanks to the chef! Grilled fish and vegetables, Sicilian pasta👍🏻 High-quality wine that the owner brings from the vineyards of Etna. At the end of the dinner, small compliments from the hotel in the form of sweets and limoncello are a must! At a separate request, they organized a transfer to Taormina and the village of Savoca, where the Godfather movie was filmed, for a reasonable fee. Everything was great. But the main advantage of this family hotel is its owners, the most charming man in Sicily, Fabio, and his beautiful mother! And also the hotel staff. The girls at the reception and in the restaurant work with a smile and professionally. It seemed that you were with close relatives and they were ready to fulfill any of your wishes! I vacationed with my mother, but I definitely want to go back there with my husband! I will recommend this hotel to all my friends! there are no disadvantages
- Šindelářová (8/5): Very good - Large apartment with beautiful terrace, helpful hosts, possibility to choose breakfast. At the end of the town, we didn't find any restaurant in the area.
- Veronika (9/5): Superb - Riviera Ionica is a family-run aparthotel, where we stayed quite outside of the season in late October. We felt like we were the most VIP guests, as the personnel treated us exceptionally warm. We were able to check-in earlier, and check-out really quite late, all free of charge. We were also served a wonderful dinner on our first night, at a beautiful inner patio. I would especially like to mention our waitress from Argentina, who was the most lovely person and beyond welcoming. The apartment was quite spacious and had a nice view of the see, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you so much!

- Marko (8/5): Good hosts, excellent location, a nice place for a holiday. - The location was excellent, as the beach is literally just around the corner. Also, our hostess, Nunzia was wonderful, very warmhearted and she gave us lots of tips on what to see and where to go. Unfortunately we had a medical emergency, so tips from a local came in quite handy. Generally the breakfasts, Italian style, are some pastry with coffee, so nothing too lavish. Getting used to the Italian pace of doing things takes a while, but that's just something that comes with the island. For example, it took quite a while to get our fridge repaired but we managed by using it in the other apartment that we had booked. Also, apart from our hostess, people spoke very little to none English, even at the hotel reception. But with a few simple Italian phrases you get by just fine.

- Pam (9/5): We really enjoyed our short stay. Good old fashioned hospitality from the family run property. - Fabbio and Frederica were fabulous hosts. Very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Property was very close to the Lime Lido, which was where we spent most of our time, so that was convenient. Also near market. Location and service both ideal. The single bed was a bit hard.

- Pawel (1/5): Unprofessional customer service - the rooms were clean I have traveled to numerous places, but the customer service at this hotel is virtually nonexistent. The reception does not adhere to the operational hours listed in their description. The owners do not converse in English and their attitude is far from friendly. The actual experience at the hotel does not align with what's advertised online. We were so dissatisfied that after just one day, we chose to check out, having negotiated a refund for the remaining days. Regrettably, the management failed to uphold this agreement. Despite my attempts to contact the hotel to request the promised refund, I received no response. It's worth mentioning that one of the restaurant workers tried to assist us, but she seemed overwhelmed and slightly frightened, likely due to the owners' presence.

So people ask for more breakfast! But pastries are amazing too Sometimes neighbors from upstairs was making too much noise. Unfortunately stuff have poor English so if you need to find out something it’s difficult with explanations. We had an apartment with sea view and our friends had with garden view. Sea view very poor but garden view is much beautiful. I don’t recommend to pay more for sea view apartment

Location is nice, opposite the Carabinieri headquarters - so you feel very safe. We are a family +2 children, the beds were made for 1 child and the owner who doesn't speak a word of English tried to explain how to open yhe sofa bed, and left us to make it in our own... For breakfast we got to pick one pastry... which is hardly breakfast. Breakfast...

- Sara (9/5): Very pleasant - Breakfast was at bar of the facility. It is a typical Italian breakfast - good coffee or any other drink and some fresh pastries. The location was perfect for us as we did not want to be in a super touristic place. The hotel has also a lido, servicing nice food, drinks etc. Prices were reasonable considering we were there at the peak of the season. Staff was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating, and made us feel at home. We would go back. Wi-Fi signal not very strong in the room.

- Martina (8/5): Tutto sommato è andata bene! - Dopo aver prenotato tramite questo sito, siamo arrivati alla strutta e ci è stato detto che purtroppo le camere erano tutte occupate, ed erroneamente avevo prenotato una stanza che in realtà non era disponibile. In ogni caso il proprietario è stato subito pronto a cercare rimedio, dandoci un appartamento un po’ più distante ma comunque fronte mare. Inoltre ci è stato offerto il lido per un giorno e la colazione il giorno dopo!

- Verified traveler (4/5): Not at all what the picture suggests - We booked a room with an ocean view but our view was of the highway and the back neighbours apartment block. The hot water ran out half way through our first shower and the bathroom sink was blocked, full of water with phlegm floating in it and the dishes had put away dirty. Loud noises all night from the internal piping kept us awake. We left after one night. Very bad experience.

- Emiliano (8/5): un residence molto ospitale - consigliatissino, all'arrivo c hanno offerto il drink, in verità non si tratta di albergo ma di residence, belli gli appartamenti, ingenuamente pensavamo che ci fossero i servizi di un hotel d pari categoria, ma a quel prezzaccio nn si poteva chiedere di più, bisogna arrangiarsi x colazione, carta igienica e pulizie se no si possono richiedere ma a pagamento 25€, noi non lo sapevamo ne ci è stato detto quando abbiamo richiesto alla reception di pulire la stanza a metà settimana, ma il titolare comprensivo ce l'ha abbuonato. comunque ci è piaciuto, dalla colazione in terrazzo a quella in giardino ben tenuto, struttura nuova e accogliente, unica pecca il palazzo si trova tra un meccanico e un capannone, se si guarda in basso non è proprio idilliaco ma se si osserva il panorama in lontananza si é circondati dalle colline e questo ripaga.. tutti i servizi a portata di mano in citta, e la struttura fornisce anche la bicicletta in prestito gratuitamente. ci torneremo
- Игорь (10/5): отличный отель для семейнного отдыха - отель расположен в небольшом городке....со всеми вытекающими...само расположение отличное...напротив здание полиции и карабинеров....в районе все спокойно )))) пляж каменистый...при заходе в море уже в трех метрах мужчине по грудь....у отеля с этого года есть свой бар прямо на пляже....!!!!!!!.....персонал не просто доброжелателен, он вас любит!!!! Два брата владельцы отеля, готовы сделать все возможное что бы вы вернулись еще....правда они говорят только по итальянски, но через пару дней вам это уже не мешает )))) впрочем есть сотрудники которые свободно говорят по русски...общее впечатление от отеля очень хорошее....если не смущает сама сицилия, очень рекомендуем!!!!!

- Rosana Barbera (10/5): Excelente!!!! - Realmente para nosotros fue una estadía inolvidable! La atención es para destacar, nos han hecho sentir en familia en la tierra de mi padre! Lo recomiendo 100%! Los apartamentos son muy confortables, bien equipados y muy nuevos. Ubicados a una cuadra del mar resulta muy cómodo para ir a la playa, y el bar es muy lindo y la atención del personal impecable! Volveremos!
- Caglayan (10/5): Good choice for the families with kids. - In general everything was quite good. We were very happy with the assistance of the hotel staff, its location was quite close to railway station and the high way but you should rent a car to have freedom to visit sites nearby.
- bunny (10/5): Lovely hotel with amazing staff - The hotel is NOT in Taormina as we'd expected but a €40 taxi away from the Taormina train station in Santa Teresa. This was our only disappointment though. We were greeted by the staff on arrival and shown to our room. The room was great and everything worked well. The staff had limited English but went above and beyond to help us in any way. The owners mother is the cook and made the most amazing and HUGE meals. We felt like we were part of their extended family! We needed to get to the airport early in the morning when there were no shuttles so they arranged to take us themselves. Nothing was too much trouble and they were a wealth of knowledge on the local area. They were prepared to book tours to anywhere we'd like to go and see. Getting to Taormina is a 30 minute taxi ride or about 40 minutes and €4 on the bus. We're glad we got to see some real Sicily and meet lovely people.
