They have a lot of indoor and outdoor activities. Food is nice with both ala carte and buffet options. Morning breakfasts are very nice with lots of options available.

• Shipra (5/5): Great property and rooms, but disappointing service, poor food, and inconvenient facilities made the overall experience - The property is huge, beautifully spread out, and perfect for a relaxing vacation. The rooms are very comfortable and well-designed, with the added convenience of an extra sofa bed for kids, which makes it family-friendly (though it comes at an additional cost). We stayed at Club Mahindra, and while the property is huge, beautifully spread out, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable (with an extra sofa bed for kids, though chargeable), the overall experience was disappointing. The services were quite poor. The pool changing room had a strong urine smell, there was no attendant present, and despite that, we were not allowed to take pool towels to the room—leaving us with no good option other than using the unhygienic changing area or walking back in wet swimwear. The food was another major letdown—very limited variety, overly spicy, and lacking even basic items like onions in the salad. The staff also seemed uninterested in improving the dining experience. It felt like the focus was more on selling memberships than on guest comfort. The property being on a hill and quite large makes it tiring to walk, especially after travel, yet requests for a buggy/battery car were refused, stating it was only for elderly guests. Overall, while the infrastructure is good, the service and hospitality need significant improvement.

• Avnee K (8/5): A good pleasant stay, very calming, and good property. - The house keeping staff was exceptionally good. The services provided within the property were good. The breakfast menu was very good. They had every dish required as per taste. The property was very clean and the rooms were very comfortable. Good clean sheets and the pillows were of good quality. The Buggie service and its system was quiet bothering. It is for senior members but even so the system is not good. After call they tell you to wait at the lobby for 20mins.Instead they could rather keep one buggie that is consistent in rounds every ten minutes, there is no need to call reception or wait for anybody to drive the buggie. Food is expensive could reduce the price a bit. The 4KM road leading to the resort needs to be sorted. Also, please do provide drivers stay on pay. Even if it cost 2k-3k its fine but provide a simple stay for drivers with basic facility.

I felt at the Aromas restaurant, You should have had Local Delicacy. Local Cuisines like Akki roti, Pandi curry, Kadambattu , Crab curry is what makes Coorg. I was a little disappointed to see Kolkatta dum biryani, Andhra chicken curry so on and so forth.

• Shubada (5/5): It was ok for a one night stay and that served our purpose of the visit but I would neither recommend this to anyone nor - The property has a very nice lobby with great views. There are many activities for families/ groups. The rooms are spacious and can easily accommodate family with 2 children or 3-4 adults. The rooms were not clean. I found hair in the bathroom. I did not feel like using their soap and got my own. The buffet spread was ok, not much taste and cold too.

• Gupta (10/5): Jungle mein Mangal - It was surrounded by nature and was a very relaxing location. Coffee plantations and bird watching was the highlight for us. Rooms were spacious and clean. Balcony gave us a chancento enjoy mornings and evening nature and bird calls. Poolside snackbar was amazing. Lot if activities were available which we could not participate dur to time constraints.I got sick and there was a nurse to help with that. Food available for breakfast is amazing selection appealing to all. I eapecially enjoyed filter coffee. I am missing it. Once we went there we cancelled our sightseeing and stayed at the resort. A great decision. I wish the road patch to the resort is fixed. It rattled the whole car.😁

No proper hoardings for drivers… but once u enter it it’s Bliss ,wonderful . Planning for rest and peace of mind . Ur are the right place but there is a catch…(Food is very Costly) Property’s location is so remote that even getting a water bottle is tough task. Actually club Mahindra has planned this purposeful. U have to pay hefty amount for food ,for activities , for travel(I didn’t use it but I enquired in travel desk) .
