- linda (9/5): Convienient for overnight stay to visit family. - Very clean and well equipped, free laundry facility. Close to shops and restaurants. Only drawback, which Cant be helped is its closeness to the main road and railway, so quite noisy, even early hours, unfortunately we were in room 10 which is closed to the road, but have stayed in rooms at the furthest way from the road and not as bad.

There are simply no other options. Noise from disruptive guests talking loudly and running through the hallways. Noise from the air conditioning in neighboring apartments. Wi-Fi limited to 10GB, which is unpleasant for those who work remotely, having to constantly request additional data.

- Nikki (10/5): One of the best! - We stayed in a campervan in this beautiful Top 10 holiday park. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The facilities were some of the best I have experienced, they were spotless. 6 minute showers. Plenty of room for several people preparing food at the same time. The best part it was right in the center of town, so just walk out the side gate and you're in town. Absolutely perfect. I would definitely stay there again. Nothing to not like

Our room was beautiful, extremely clean in all areas, good side comfortable bed and excellent bathroom. The hosts were very helpful and very pleasant. Would highly recommend. Nothing.

Great water pressure & spacious bathroom. 10 minute walk to main Rolleston shopping area. Friendly staff. Close to SH1 & could hear traffic at night. Bring ear plugs if you are sensitive to traffic noise. Wifi availability not compatible with our phones or laptop. Kept saying there was a security risk so we went without & used data instead.

It is within walking distance to downtown Rolleston (15 minutes) and about the same to the main shopping center of Rolleston (New World Market / Woolworth's/ Thai Terrace Restaurant / Warehouse and other shopping and restaurants). The studio had a full kitchen and a comfortable bed with instant coffee, tea and hot chocolate available. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. it is a little off the beaten track, next to a couple of takeaways (which we did not try) and a fire station.
