• Ursa (7/5): - Nice location, within easy walking distance of the beach, nearby restaurants, and Ibiza town. Breakfast and room service are decent. The hotel restaurant and especially the outdoor seating area is well suited for drinks or coffee throughout the day. The staff are very nice and helpful. Request or book a sea view in advance, as the alternative view is rather boring and can be noisy due to nearby construction. Parking is extremely limited and requires considerable skill to navigate the small garage (only a few spaces available, €15 per night), as well as some luck to find an open spot. The pool area is pleasant; however, the rest of the stony beach requires significant repairs.

Вкусные, качественные и разнообразные завтраки, мы наслаждались ими опять же на террасе с видом на море. Номера чистые, персонал очень приветливый. Нам всё понравилось. С радостью остановимся ещё.

• Ragnhild (9/5): - Das Frühstück hatte sehr viel Auswahl. Das Personal war sehr bemüht die Tische gleich wieder sauber zu machen nachdem man mit dem Essen fertig war. Die Lage ist super, etwas abseits vom ganzen Trubel Wir hatten ohne Abendessen gebucht. Wir haben trotzdem 2x im Restaurant gegessen, leider waren nicht alle Menü auf der Karte vorhanden.

• DEFNE (6/5): Sehr schöne Lage aber Preis/-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. - Die Lage ist wirklich toll. Zimmer welche nicht zum Meer ausgerichtet sind, schauen zu einer Baustelle! Was man in der Buchung erwähnt haben sollte! On Top wurde unser Zimmer nicht sehr gut aufgeräumt. Wie zum Beispiel der Abfall im Abfalleimer der nicht weggeräumt wurde.

• Anzelika (6/5): - The hotel was in a good location and it was comfortable I think the staff were quite rude and for a 5 * hotel, I didn't feel like it went 'above and beyond', or even meet basic 5* hotel expectation in customer service. We ordered room service and after 3 times we were no longer allowed to order even though we pay extra and leave tips, room service staff were quite rude. Vegetarian Room Service menu is quite limited. Spa facilities were Just Fine... we had to ask them to turn up the water in Jacuzzi as it was freezing, spa in general are not very well maintained, drinking water jug was empty and no staff around to ask for more.
• Gerhard (9/5): - Tolles Hotel mit echt fantastischer Lage. Licht am Balkon geht gegen 20 Uhr selbstständig an und lässt sich nicht ausschalten. Daher vor 24 Uhr (da geht es wieder aus) kann man nicht ohne wie im Schaufenster auf dem Balkon sitzen. Außerdem ist das Zimmer hell erleuchtet wenn man bei offenen Vorhängen bzw. offener Balkontüre schlafen möchte. Völlige Fehlplanung!!!!

• Daniel (9/5): - Das Personal war ausgesprochen nett und zuvorkommend, man hat sich wirklich willkommen gefühlt. Das Essen (All Inclusive) war abwechslungsreich und geschmacklich sehr gut, es gab für jeden etwas. Die Lage war für uns persönlich nicht ganz ideal, da das Hotel etwas abgelegen liegt, das hing aber eher mit unserer individuellen Reiseplanung zusammen als mit dem Hotel selbst. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt!
• Caroline (9/5): Séjour très, je recommande fortement - La situation, le personnel très agréable et accueillant, la vue mer, la piscine, le bar. Le spa était un peu décevant, il y a tout l’équipement qu’il faut par contre l’eau du jacuzzi et de la piscine était un peu trop froide pour nous.

• Sujata (9/5): A small & convenient location!! - The location of this hotel is convenient to get to Ibiza's town on foot. The team & check-in were helpful with information about the facilities of the hotel and Andrea from guest service was so helpful with our requests and understanding them.....she patiently explained to us where to go & what to see in Ibiza as it was our first time. We received a complimentary Seaview room upgrade for my Birthday & wedding anniversary along with a cards & gifts. As we had an evening flight back home; Andrea arranged for access to the shower & changing rooms before we left for the airport....along with some tea/coffee/water or soft drink. The breakfast was great with so many options to choose from; especially being a vegetarian.... ( who doesn't eat fish) Susan...( the chef) was always happy to make us our omelettes & the team at breakfast were all cheerful!! Just to note there is one small jacuzzi, a small heated indoor pool & medium-sized sauna room. The gym & massage services...we didn't use. The outdoor pool has limited bar service so you have to go back & forth to get your drinks from the main hotel bar.

• Fari (7/5): Personal und Ausstattung super, Vorbereitung etwas verbesserungsfähig - Fast alle vom Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zum Teil deutschsprachige Mitarbeitende. Essen war gut, insbesondere an der Bar. Pool und Ausstattung super zu diesem Preis. Bei Zimmerbezug wies das Zimmer ein paar Mängel auf. Telefon funktionierte nicht und Schminkspiegel war defekt. Hoteldirektor bot uns als Gegenleistung ein Entgegenkommen bei der konsumierten Schlussrechnung.

• Tomjo (8/5): Ok at the Simbad if you can get a room deal. - Its a good hotel, staff a little moody but apart from that it does what it says in the tin, would stay there again if could get a good deal on a room. The pillows were really uncomfotable.. like makes yer neck hurt and the staff could be a little moody at times.

• ScotDav (10/5): Still outstanding after all these years - It had been 7 years since we last stayed here, due to other travel arrangements. We were so glad to go back as we had an amazing stay. This must be our 6th or 7th time here and never had one bad stay. The staff are outstanding and we felt very well looked after. Thank you to Daniel who always put a smile on our faces. From reception to the cleaning staff and the bar staff in the new bar, nothing seemed too much trouble. The rooms have been completely re-modernised and were well cleaned every day. Although we were above the new bar, the noise was minimal and did not impact on the enjoyment of our room. Breakfast was a great buffet of hot and cold. My daily omelette was a taste sensation. We will definitely be back!!!!

• truthfulluxurytravel (10/5): Pleasantly surprised and loved this hotel - Really loved this hotel. It was a pleasant surprise and I will definitely be back. Rooms are clean great location and reasonably priced to hotels near by. There is a pool and gym. You can really feel its run well.
• Bruce (8/5): - Simbad is well located - though the beach in front of hte hotel doesn't have the cleanest water. The pool loungers and pool area is very basic. There are some nice and relaxed restaurants a short, beautiful, walk away.

• Mariska (8/5): Het was fantastisch! - Alles was top! Mooie kamer, mooie ligging aan het strand, Talamanca is tip locatie. Het barretje naast het hotel ook erg gezellig. Als ik iets miet beoemen is dat het lastig parkeren is bij het hotel.

• Clinton (9/5): I think this is a great hotel and located in good area. - The water view rooms are perfect. The bed is not the most comfortable because you have to put 2 beds together. If you were to put down a bedding pad before connecting the beds, that would be really helpful. The staff is very, very nice and accommodating. I had a small issue with the night shift worker, because I was in a hurry for a 545 am pick up. I told him I had a CC on file and was in a hurry because the driver was texting me and threatening to leave, so I had to run out. So he was a little upset, but there was a CC on file, and I left my 2 blue towels in my room, which I had a deposit on. I completely underst,ood his frustration, BUT THAT WAS A VERY MINOR interaction, and I understood his concern. I tell everyone how great this hotel is. The sauna area needs to be open later. It closes way too early.

• Svitlan (9/5): - Привітний персонал. Просторі та чисті номери. Номера з балконом. Є басейн. Чудові сніданки та вечері. До нормального пляжу треба пройтись. Пляж біля готелю дуже маленький та не зручний.
• Ana (10/5): Excelente hotel - La ubicación es excelente en frente de la bahía de Talamanca y cerca de Ibiza. Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas aunque pagué una standard sin vistas al mar estaba muy bien.. El personal muy amable y agradable. El desayuno excelente. Un hotel muy recomendable. Que solo tiene un ascensor y viejo. Reformaron todo a simple vista, menos el ascensor y con tantas habitaciones, tienes que esperar mucho o ir por las escaleras.

• LORIS (8/5): Bom hotel, próximo ao centro mas longe do barulho - Hotel renovado, com ótimas condições. Pessoal ativo e super atencioso. Região muito calma e próxima ao centro. Visual lindo, infelizmente a praia em frente, apesar de linda, não é muito convidativa para tomar banho. A piscina é ok. Nosso quarto era de costas pro mar, o que sim foi uma pena, mas foi a tarifa que peguei.

• Alina (7/5): Ok but would not stay again - Good location, clean room but very basic. Nice, polite staff. Not a 4 start hotel experience for sure. Walking distance to good restaurants. Not good value for money. Food options and quality on terrace restaurant very underwhelming. Had to wait an hour to get our room at check in (we arrived exactly at 3pm, and were made to wait an hour). Didn’t use outdoor pool - looked more like a community pool.
