There wasn't enough Indonesian food options should consider more authentic Indonesian food and culture . Please put something to put you suitcase on when looking through it.

Dort tropft es von der Decke und es wir immer nur übergestrichen.

- Katherine (1/5): would not recommend - health hazard - The rooftop pool and location are nice. On first glance this hotel looks nice, however after my first night I woke up sick, and quickly noticed the mould all through the pillows, mattress, and mattress topper. The smell of mould in the room gave me a headache, in was unbearable. I spoke with reception and was told a 2 hour wait for a new room (no issues with that), however that wasn’t accompanied by an apology or any kind of decent customer service. I then moved into the second room, no mould in the bed from what I could see (lots in the bathroom, but to be expected), but ants everywhere. Also found a few cockroaches. I took my chances and purchased insect killer from the minimart as I was concerned moving into a 3rd room would result in more mould. The hotel is extremely loud - Sleeping past 7am is impossible and good luck sleeping straight through the night. The rooftop pool is nice and location is great, but the state of the rooms and some of the customer service (not all - most of the staff are lovely) lets it down. I will say that the property have now apologised following a review that was left, however unfortunately that doesn’t do much now.

Sengetøj og håndklæder var beskidt, selv efter det var blevet vasket. Sengen og væge kunne også bruge en ordentlig vask. Selv efter jeg fortalte det i receptionen, skiftede de kun sengetøjet.

- Steph (3/5): Very disappointed. Was not what it was advertised to be when we got there. 2.5 stars - Only had breakfast once and for a buffet breakfast there was not much at all. Did not eat breakfast there again. Beds were very uncomfortable. Bed linen was stained badly and then mattress and protector had blood stains. Mattress was thin and hard as a rock. The tv had basically no reception. Air conditioning didn’t work properly. When it rained the water ran straight into our room under the bed. Didn’t refill toilet paper or body wash. Had to request it on numerous occasions. Staff were beautiful but hard to find someone that understood English as it seemed there was only one person on desk that did. Was moved room twice and nearly a third Occassion.
- Taranty (8/5): Nice hotel, shame about the location - The room was lovely, the bed was comfortable. The staff were always very friendly and happy. The rooftop bar was lovely. I was moved to another room due to a leaking pipe in the bathroom. The room I was moved to was at the end of the building and the noise from the street and nearby bars was very loud at night. Oh and I struggled to find suitable protein choices from the breakfast buffet. The area surrounding the hotel is quite dirty and the constant harassment of people selling their wares whether it be a bike ride, tattoo, massage, timeshare or shop items was just too much.

- Alexis (7/5): - All just mediocre. Wifi terrible! Choppy constantly. So frustrating. Been to 4 hotels on this trip and SEVN had the worst wifi. Granddaughter had to work laptop each morning. Meetings were impossible. Could not stay again under these circumstances. Pool lacked enough shade. Staff happy & friendly. Reminds me of a 5 or so story motel. Not what I want in Bali.
- Roz (5/5): Sevn - disappointing all round - The rooftop bar and staff were nice and the room had good airconditioning. Bed was supee hard. Hallway walls were dirty. Room service was almost non-existant, after 3 days we had to ask to get our room cleaned! The breakfast cost Rp10,000 which was an absolute waste pf money! Stale donuts and pasteries, watered down sauces, juice and maple syrup and the pancakes were like hockey pucks. The water temperature in the shower fluctuated, the lifts were consistently out of order. Overall it was a very very disappointing stay. Please review your 4 star rating as it does not reflect accurately the accommodation or service. A rating of 1.5 is more truthful

- Michael (8/5): Holiday with friends and the hotel ticked nearly all our boxes. - Good & good No complaints really. I don’t sunbathe much so a few dips in the pool, but didn’t use the sunbed much. Maybe a shaded lounge area up top would have suited me, but probably difficult with limited space. Having said that, my friends used the sunbeds a lot, and there were plenty.
- Barbara (7/5): Relaxing stay with great access to everything you need for a lovely holiday - Breakfast was OK. Only problem was that only had one person on egg cooking counter every day of my stay so often with lengthy wait time. Sometimes when commented on needing a second person they would get someone to assist. Room service was great both in food and service. Pool drinks & food service was great. My floor in my room was quite dirty which you only noticed when walking bare foot or if you spilt some water and then dried it up. Room needed to be mopped. After checkout time there is no facility at hotel to have a quick shower & area to get changed before heading off for late night flight.

Nice pool area view. There was no service in the pool area & little encouragement from the staff to spend money in the hotel. The pool area we eventually used the phone on the wall but only know about this as another person staying told us we could do that. No music in the pool area and need to go to the reception for a towel for the rooftop bar. The area was full & no service - an easy way to make money in the hotel. So loud at night I could not sleep. The bar across the road is more than normal loudness for Legian area. I expect noise but not so loud it may as well be in the room with you.
- Dulce Amor (9/5): It was relaxing. - From the moment we checked in, everything just felt easy and comfortable. Our room was cozy and clean, nothing fancy, but exactly what we needed to feel settled and relaxed. The breakfast? Beautifully laid out and genuinely delicious. It was such a treat to start the day with good food and good vibes. And the rooftop pool? Total relaxation. Whether we were taking a dip or just lounging with a quiet moment to ourselves, it was the perfect little escape. No fancy views, just a peaceful vibe that made us feel recharged. Overall, it was a simple, satisfying stay with no stress and no complaints just good memories and good energy.
