- Laura (7/5): Good location, spacious room - Great location for the main square and the shops and bars/restaurants. Room was spacious with lots of storage for arranging our cases etc. The taxi they recommended for the airport was good value for money. Bathroom was a bit temperamental with water temp and drainage. Breakfast was a bit basic and didn’t open until 7.00 which was tight for eating and getting to the early Willy’s Jeep to Cocora Valley. Staff weren’t super helpful eg with arranging activities.

El gerente respondió acorde a las críticas constructivas realizadas. No hay donde sentarse a trabajar y el área de desayunos la cierran y no le permiten a uno estar ahí . No hay áreas comunes para disfrutar. El personal del desayuno es un poco hostil y no te permiten sino 1 tajada de queso. Todo era como muy medido al centavo. Y por el precio que uno paga pues le gustaría que fueran más amplios y no se enfrascaran con una tajada de queso.

Rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fairly simple. Our room was noisy as it faced the main road, and the balcony was tiny with a view that wasn’t worth opening the windows for.

- Ronald (10/5): Great stay in a wonderful town in Colombia. - Nice hotel with great staff. Location is great. Close to the central plaza but far enough away from the crowds to enjoy a great nights sleep. One of the best showers I’ve ever had. Great breakfast. Laundry service as well.

We stayed in one of the suites and it had everything you would need. Great restaurants nearby from traditional to Italian. Nothing to dislike unless you have mobility issues. Very hilly but Uber is available and cheap.

- Carolina (8/5): Clean and great hotel in the beautiful coffee region of Colombia - Beautiful hotel, very clean, friendly staff and good breakfast. The hotel is beautifully decorated and rooms are comfortable. The cleaning staff is very efficient. It is quite noisy on the first floor, at least. People get up early like 6 am and if they are in the main area you will hear everything from your room, such as people’s voices and rolling wheels from their luggage. The big staircase (although beautiful) is extremely squeaky, which also contributes to the noise.

- Leidy (10/5): Estancia súper recomendada - Súper satisfechos con la atención del personal, sobretodo en recepción y la atención y disposición de Rusbel. El hotel es muy bonito, por fuera no ha perdido la estética del pueblo pero por dentro es moderno y cómodo. Super recomendado. Lo único que no nos gustó, fue el desayuno. Pensábamos que era tipo buffet. Y en realidad había que pedirlo como si fuera a la carta y adicional a eso era un desayuno muy básico. Nuestra estancia venía incluido el desayuno y de los 4 días que estuvimos solo desayunamos un día por este motivo.

- sébastien (7/5): - La proximité du centre du village Le petit déjeuner à la carte est peu diversifié, le café ressemble à de l’eau. On commande un taxi pour 14h00 pour aller à l’aéroport à Pereira et on nous fais partir à 12h00 sans raison valable. C’est un hôtel de passage c’est tout.

- Carlos Marino (8/5): Extremely pleasant, clean and comfortable, definitely worth every penny! - My stay was pleasant, however, the breakfast was a little simple compared to the hotel itself. All of the elements for a great breakfast were there, however the ingredients and execution were not the best. I did not like the breakfast, nor the fact that there is no golf card or car service to go up the hills to the main roads. I was traveling with my elderly parents, and it was very hard for them to walk up the hills. We could have drove our car, but then there would’ve been no place to park it. If the hotel had some sort of shuttle service or maybe even a golf cart that could facilitate this type of service the location and set up would be amazing.

El desayuno es bueno, completo y el personal del desayuno es muy amable. Las camas son cómodas. Volvería sin dudarlo depronto a otra habitación. Falta que le den más amor al aseo de los baños. Las toallas huelen raro y la habitación que me tocó olía a húmedo, creo que un deshumidificador y algo para absorber olores sería muy positivo
