- estherb278 (2/5): Do not recommend - No way this is a 4 star Yes it was very clean, 3 of us stayed in a room with 2 double beds, fridge not working, tv not working, disgusting view (see photos), zero space for clothes (half a small cupboard) space only for 1 suitcase, no room for other suitcases (there is a sign to place them under the bed, but lacking the storage you had to pull the suitcase out to change clothing) other guests in and out all night until 7am noisy, tv’s on loud, spoke to reception they weren’t interested, no desk in room (as stated) no chairs to sit in in room, all in all we did not enjoy our stay, we would not recommend this hotel, there are lots of nicer hotels to stay in

- elizabeth (10/5): - Cute little property in the heart of Taksim Square. Easily walkable to public transit to take you anywhere you want to go in the city. Plenty of places to eat very close. Staff is courteous and gracious. Would definitely stay here again when in Istanbul.

Although a short walk from a busy square, as a solo female guest may feel a bit unnerved after dark. The hotel and its staff are excellent; very friendly, helpful and clean. The close proximity to Taksim Square was excellent ( I didn’t investigate this) turned out to be very handy from a public transport point of view and street vendors. Highly recommend and would book again if visiting Istanbul again.

The WiFi was good. The toilet/ shower room was modern with lots of hot water & great water pressure in the large shower. The whole hotel is clean, modern & very well maintained. There is a lift. The reception was open 24hrs and everyone was very helpful & spoke English. The hotel is in a quaint pedestrian street a couple of minutes slow walk from Taksim Square. Lots & varied eating options around, from pavement cafes to sit down restaurants. The small bakery near the hotel is a must. The area is safe to walk by day or evening with lots of people around. The staff was very kind and polite. Another important thing for me was hygiene, Bathroom, sheets, room all of them was already cleaned when I checked in and they kept it clean with daily maid service.

- sunny (8/5): - My 1st trip to Turkey 🇹🇷, was looking for a reasonable priced hotel which had great locations to nearby attractions and amenities, I am glad 😌 I have chosen a nice hotel 👍. We had a family room with an additional balcony ( balcony at the end was not much use, as the view was not great) personally I think the hotel was in a great location for our purposes of my trip, walking distance to alot of things nearby. My only concern was that it was very close to Taksim square, and we had the early morning wake up call from the mosque from dawn prayer 🙏, which can be heard from the megaphone loudly unfortunately 😭. It is shown as a 4🌟hotel, I would personally give it a strong 3.5, not quite 4. Apart from that, I would still recommend the hotel for its location alone

- Chibbrain (1/5): Bad experience . Price was lower if done on cash instead of booking.com - Not very good staff. Mostly rude and arrogant. Location.
- Imane (7/5): Good - The hotel appears to be newly renovated and clean. The staff are friendly. Unfortunately, we encountered a problem beyond the hotel's control. There was a breakdown in the street. The water was cut off until the next day. Even electricity to the elevator and air conditioning were cut off.
- Lee (6/5): Pleasant - Nice location, great staff Windows was blocked by a wall. Ig it is Istanbul after all.

- Emilia (8/5): Very good - The location is extremely close to Taksim square, the staff is kind and respectful. The room was nice, but small. For the price paid I recommend the location. There was a smell of cigarettes in the bathroom. I recommend paying more attention to the cleaning of the bathroom.

- Kia (6/5): - Our room had a door to a very tiny balcony and there was a big gap between the guardrails and glasses and our baby could fall down from the third floor so it’s Not safe for toddlers and little kids. Very small rooms

The location is great as it’s walking distance from a lot of things. I would highly recommend the hotel and staff for their warm hospitality during my stay.
