The view from my room wonderfull , room was big but a little bit dirty.. but overall good and i recommend this hotel in Bogor.. also thank you Audrey for the nice services

Thank you to Dita who really helped us during our stay at Amaroosa Royal Bogor, i will definitely stay again with my family
• Jason (8/5): - If we had visited this hotel in 1976, we would have been impressed with its style and decor. That said, it was clean and it was on a great location next to the Botanical gardens. There is a shopping mall nearby, too, but getting to it involves a perilous crossing of a busy road where vehicles are out to kill. Not bad, overall, just a bit dated.

• Shaf (8/5): - The staff were great, the location is fairly decent and next to a KFC and a major bus / coach terminal. The bed sheets were not clean and after a request, they were changed. Once again the new sheets were also not clean, so they were changed again, and this time they were fine. As an apology from the hotel management, we got a complimentary plate of fruit and a note apologising for the inconvenience. We really liked and appreciated this. The staff were great and very helpful and the room was clean as was the bathroom.

• Nenny (6/5): Semalam di amarossa - Untuk reservasi dari hotelcoms sangat memuaskan,service pelayanan hotel ok makanan kurang patiatif kebersihan kamar lumayan, bantalnya sdh tidak layak pakai untuk hotel sekelas amarossa,karpet juga sdh keliatan kusam..,kimono mandi tdkbtersedia,conditioner n bodylotionpunbganga tersedia semuanya terobatilah dg airnya yg deras waterheaternya cepat panas..n area sekitarnya cukup menyenankan..
• Aladwani (2/5): - I don’t normally complain and I am tolarent of minor problems. This hotel FYI deserve my comments. To start. The chain on on door lock was broken, toilet paper holder ripped off the wall, bed sheets and pillows had visible stain marks, slow water drain, old towels, exercise room equipment broken and appear to be broken for a living Mgr time. The bed light had a wire taped with black electrical tape, but the worst was shower curtain made of cloth and had mildew spots.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Perfect location in Bogor. But unsure whether the property needs cleaning or whether it was opened with second hand furnishings? Everything like carpets, drapery, linen, wallpaper has a distinctively 80s feel. But I'm told it's a relatively new property which is confusing. Wifi is fine during the day or late of night but during peak usage - quite slow.

• Yves (8/5): Comfortable Stay - The room was comfortable, and you could see the mountains around the city from the window. The breakfast consisted of a high variety of dishes, and the laundry is a same-day service. There is a big mall called Botani Square across the road, and if you enjoy walking, you can cross the road and walk around and in the Bogor Botanical Garden. You can't enter the presidential palace, but you can see a lot of deer from the fences.
• Ismet (10/5): Great stay and great outing - Overall it was an amazing stay. The staffs are very helpful especially at the front office where they are very friendly and always ready to assist. Mdm Fatima Ratnasari the FOM, very charming and always there whenever you are in needs. The hotel location is great, accessible and near to everything. If I have to comment about the hotel, I would say that probably the management need to improve your early morning staffs at the restaurant during breakfast. Otherwise.....thumbs up
• Rushdi (10/5): Best hotel in Bogor - Excellence, very nice stay, food is good, near to city center and shopping mall. definitley will be back to this hotel on my next trip to bogor. Staff is helpfull and freindly. but the sound of exhaust fan in the bathroom is iritating. basically english theme for interior design is good. but that will make the room look old and faded.

• jeanice (6/5): Convenient and pleasant - First of all, I think all of the staffs are very friendly, helpful and attentive. However, the property itself may need a little freshen up. Decor is a bit dated. Some of the things are a bit worn out, e.g. shower head. As my room is near the elevator, it makes quite a bit of sound all day long. It can get a bit annoying in the middle of the night. But I am not sure how they can improve on that. Personally, I think breakfast is good. It is of buffet style and with good choices and taste good, too. There is actually a shopping centre opposite the road. However, it is a rather busy and huge intersection. Perhaps it might be better to take a tuk tuk or some other transportation to get there. FYI, there is supermarket, all sorts of shops and a lot of eateries in the shopping centre. In conclusion, i think it was a pleasant stay.

Lokasi yang strategis di area wisata Kebun Raya Bogor , akses yang mudah dengan berbagai moda transportasi. Mudah mendapatkan rumah makan dan toko-toko oleh-oleh. Servis yang baik.

• Carl (8/5): - A good hotel in the centre of Bogor. The rooms are very nice and with a very comfy bed. We had issues with the hot water in the shower being lukewarm. Breakfast was typical Asian style.
• SUNGJOON (8/5): 가격대비 훌륭한 호텔 - 느린 Wi-fi, 화질이 좋지 않은 TV 등은 아쉬운 점이었지만 보타니 스퀘어 바로 건너편에 있어 쇼핑몰, 버스터미널에 가까운 위치, 뷔페식인 조식의 맛과 다양성이 아주 마음에 들었습니다.
• ビジネス利用 (8/5): 便利なロケーション - 何度か利用しています。バス乗り場とショッピングモールに近く、食事も困らないので非常に便利。ホテルスタッフの対応 も教育されているのでしょう、心地よいです。さてトイレです。TOTOに入れ替えられていたので、紙を流せます。唯一の難点は、朝４時にマスリム礼拝の放送が外から聞こえてくることです。お国柄なのでホテルに責任はないですね。

• A (8/5): - 高速出口からすぐ、ボゴール植物園がすぐそば。モールは道路を渡った向かいにあり、夜は行きにくいが、隣にKFCあり。すぐ前の道路を走るミニバスで駅までもラクに行け、立地はよいと思う。部屋はこじんまりとしているが、アメニティも一通り揃っている。NHKは映らない。朝食ビュッフェもおいしかった。スタッフの対応も丁寧で早い。

• Verified traveler (8/5): 鉄道旅行好きの一人旅 - 悪い印象は何もなかった。しいて挙げるとすれば、宿泊費が多少割高ということか。 今回は一人で宿泊したが、奥方と一緒でも、充分満足してくれる広さと清潔さがあり、掃除も行き届いていた。 インドネシアに入って初の２泊と、帰り際の１泊の計３泊をしたが、帰り際の１泊では、ウエルカムアゲインのフルーツプレートが用意されていて、気持ちがよかった。 ジャカルタのスカルノ・ハッタ国際空港からは、距離は離れているが、1.5～2時間程度（ダムリ社の空港バス）でホテル向かいのバスターミナルに着くので、夜間に着いても不安は全くない。ジャカルタの渋滞は大変なもので、空港から市の中心部への移動でも、下手をするとこの程度は覚悟が必要である。 当然のことながら、日本語のできるスタッフはいないが、私のプアーイングリッシュでも困ることはなかった。 建設年代が解らなかったので、耐震性能については安心とはいかなかったが、壁の亀裂などは無かった。

• ELE (8/5): Convienent location, good service - Very convienetly located right in the centre of Bogor, opposite the bus station, botanical gardens and shopping mall. Only downside of this is that it is very noisy. Very helpful staff.

Det ligger lite på fel ställe med en stor trafikled nära hotellet, men personal är otrolig vänlig. Det var ett härligt att komma "hem" efter en dag med möten och att bli omhändertagen av personalen. Hotellet ligger nära botaniska trädgården som man måsta se när man besöker Bogor.
