• Billy (7/5): - A pretty good deal for the price you pay. Room was clean but pictures were a bit miss leading. Facilities said there was kitchenwares but there was not. You’re not allowed to take towels out of the hotel either for beach ect. We were only allowed 1 small free bottle of water a day which is poor.

• Rameez Kamaloodien (8/5): - Value for money and room size is big, neat and clean. Easy to access as well which helped travelling with a baby and pram. The pool area was very nice considering the price point. Shower was downstairs while the sleeping area was on a mezzanine level, this is not ideal when having a baby and walking up and down to bath and get dressed etc. Bathroom downstairs had a leaking toilet which flooded the floor slightly when flushing.

• Charmane (10/5): We love our stay in pandawa and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. We have tours everyday at 6:30am and they - We love everything in the executive suite. The beds are comfortable, it has a bath tub and 2 balcony. Also the living room is big. It has 2 aircons and we already lowered the temperature to 16* but still its hot inside.

• Luuca (10/5): Great Staff and Very relaxing vibe - The hotel offered very nice facilities like a gym, spa, pool and nice restaurant and the staff were extremely nice. There were a couple bugs here and there but it’s in a tropical scene what else do you expect
• SeaFly2016 (6/5): Spacious Room Not Well Outfitted - This property is off the road and that's nice in that respect however our Garden View Room has a view of the construction of a new hotel. The work had not reached near our room so it was not disturbing. The suite has a sitting room, kitchen and bath+shower with a small balcony on the lower level. The kitchen is completely devoid of any utensils, crockery, cutlery or the like. Makes one wonder what was the purpose of providing the kitchen! Tea and coffee with a kettle is available. We did not opt for breakfast but there is a small counter where one can purchase croissant. Overall I would consider the stay acceptable but would choose a different property should I visit this area of Bali again.

The staff is amazing, and the location is perfect for people who would like to experience the Bali NightLife. Rooms are huge, amazing for family trips too. 1. The staff informed us that the room service for restaurant, asking for kitchen set is 24x7, but when we requested kitchen set, we were told it was between 9.00 and 18.00 during the day. Might help if the schedule is also provided in the guest guide,Menu. and next to the phone. 2. The couch had a little bed bug, overall, skin isn't sensitive, but it did end up getting red spots

During check-in, we were informed that we would receive two additional bottles of water on the next day morning, but when we requested one at check-out, we were told it couldn’t be provided as we had already checked out. The property itself was a little old but overall a pleasant stay. The property felt a bit dated. Also, it was disappointing that we couldn’t get the water bottles that were promised at check-in.

The staff are incredibly helpful and always go out of their way to accommodate any request, including food preferences. The rooms are spotless — cleaned daily with fresh towels, neatly made beds, and everything tidied up perfectly. The facilities are fantastic, with a beautiful pool and a well-equipped gym. On top of that, the location is great, making it super convenient. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service.

Достаточно парковочных мест для мотобайков и авто. Цена для размещения адевактная, место расположения удобное. Из-за второго этажа недостаточно освещенности в номере. Неудобно перемещаться между этажами. В санузле на втором этаже недостаточно полотенец, чтобы вытереть руки. Кухня есть, но посуды нет, нужно просить.

After paying so high. the room too dark and scary - good i took only for 2 nights , and checked out imdtly after staying 2 nights .

• Kristian (7/5): Nice room but downstairs not up to much. Construction was happening at the hotel. - Overall I liked this place. Most the staff were friendly although abit pricey for what it is. A few things to point out. 1) The kitchen is very dark and only for show the fridge works but there are no items atall in any cupboard or draw no mugs, cutlery or cooking items of any description. The ensuite is just a sink and toilet with the shower being all the way downstairs in quite an unusual design. The door to the ensuite does not close fully. The bed room is the best part although the backlight on the bed was slightly damaged. On arrival I got a free drink voucher and a shoulder massage voucher. The massage lady gave a very lazy 2 min shoulder / neck massage and tried to convince me to have a full body before we even started. Suggestion why not give a really good 15 minutes Shoulder and neck massage that impresses and then politely ask it they want a full later in the customers holiday. Also unfortunately there was construction at the hotel the whole two weeks of my stay.

We arrived late at night and they checked us in immediatel - The food and amenities Staff is polite and helpful The dark room , ac is only 1 that covering the whole duplex room and not that cooling .. toilet is not that clean No small towels and not even providing tissue boxes Only 2 pillows

Met zo een temperatuur is het vermoeiend. Hygiëne is echt 2/10 de kamers worden niet goed schoongemaakt we hadden kalk overal en onze douche was verstopt 1 keer naar gekeken en vervolgens was het weer het zelfde voor 7 dagen lang..
