The location is excellent—right in the heart of downtown and within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the Capitol. It made getting around the city incredibly convenient. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a cozy bed and modern amenities. Everything felt well-maintained, and the quiet atmosphere made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff was friendly and professional from check-in to check-out, always willing to help with directions or recommendations. Breakfast was a nice bonus, with a good variety of fresh options to start the day. Overall, this hotel offers great value, comfort, and an unbeatable location. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Madison.

The hot cocoa bar was a great addition, with peppermint candies, chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, marshmallows, and flavored syrups. This hotel understands that little things make a big difference. Great stay!
