- Lisa (8/5): Great little find! - Very central, all staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.
Room was small, perfectly fine for our one night stay. Really clean. The roll top bath was lovely, sadly we had no time to use it. I have never seen a window so big, the decor matches the building traditional but all modern amenities you expect. Breakfast is only continental, which didn't suit our needs but would suit others.

- Dirk (9/5): - Tolle Lage, in 5 Minuten zu Fuß an den Docks, in zehn Minuten im Zentrum. Zimmer hat alles, was man braucht.
- Joan (8/5): Good location, comfortable stay - Good location, comfortable beds, clean room, good wifi. Helpful friendly staff. Easy early check in. Room/ hotel a little jaded, but comfortable and reasonably priced so served the purpose for a one night stay in the city

- .GiuliaG. (9/5): Recommended! - Good value for money and great position! The blonde lady at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly.
The bed and pillows were surprisingly comfortable, slept like a baby. One of the towels had what looked like rust stains, it wasn't a big issue for us as we had plenty in our room and the used ones were also replaced the next morning.

- Fiona (8/5): -
- Amy (1/5): Abysmal never again - Absolutely nothing it was awful Dirty, rude staff only the gent on reception the lady was pleasant. It was lovely listening to the church bells in the morning from our room. The staff were very welcoming. Nothing to dislike at all, the only downside was that we didn't have a view and looked at a wall but this wasn't a problem as we were only booed in for one night.

- Emelia (5/5): Good location but wouldn’t stay here again - Good location Room carpet looked like it needed cleaning or replacing. The place in general looks like it hasn’t been upgraded in a long time. The room next to us a couple were rowing until 3am in the room and the hallways which isn’t the hotels fault but wish they had done something or even asked us how our stay was when we checked out so we could have mentioned it

- Amanda (8/5): Very good -
- David (6/5): Adequate - Staff and location Decor very dated
Wi fi didn’t work
- Stephen (9/5): Excellent - Really different to your normal hotel , comfy too
- Matthew (4/5): Did not live up to expectations set by website/listing - Excellent location and impressive building/property. Felt like rooms were crammed together in the building. The lift was old and creaky, which gave the sense it wasn’t as safe as it should be. The hotel had an event on which meant the rule of having to hand in / collect doors keys all the time was tricky when staff were rarely at reception - although they did arrive promptly when we manually made the front door buzzer go off to get their attention. The biggest issue was the furnishings in the room. One table (with the kettle) was really wobbly/slanted and almost useless and the bed had missing feet and a sunken mattress. We also had to run the shower for almost 10mins before the hot water kicked in.
- Veronica (10/5): Exceptional - Location great . Staff lovely and very helpful
- William (9/5): Superb -
- Kerri (8/5): Very good - Staff were amazing. Very friendly & helpful. Bed a little small as my husband is 6 foot 3.
- Louise (10/5): Exceptional -
