- sarah (10/5): - Nice staff, comfortable room for the price and great location to and from center. Easy to park a moto, order rides, and the receptionist is super helpful! The staff do a nice job on the room, giving fresh drinking water and tea/coffee refills. They include breakfast as well.

Also a little far from the city centre - The room was large and had three separate beds, which turned out to be comfortable.The breakfast spread changes as per the number of guests. So in our case since it was just three of us, they freshly prepared the breakfast. The breakfast was average, not awesome. The staff was pleasant and ready to help anytime. Cambodians are very helpful and pleasant people. It was a nice resort, lots of rooms in a small area but nice. The location was far from the city centre. Although, I had a idea, but when you actually tour the city, it becomes a little cumbersome to travel everytime from the city centre to the hotel. Plus, I found there were much better hotels in the city centre. The room was large, but the bathroom was comparatively small. On the whole, the room seemed a little congested. The complimentary water bottles they provide are small in size and hence not enough. There are no hooks or stand to hang towels inside the bathroom, neither any space to keep your toiletries. The hotel seemed a little old based on the room ambience.

One of the evening there was a karaoke when I planned to rest and it was way too loud, felt like everyone was singing in my room. I wish I was told beforehand thos is happening or was given a quieter room.

We were collected from the airport, there is a driver on hand whenever you need him and Teng, the owner is so helpful with booking trips or helping with anything you need. her English is good too which makes things a lot easier. We booked Angkor Wat and it was all arranged through this venue at no extra cost. a packed lunch was made for us and transport provided all day (for a small fee) to Get around. To get to some nice restaurants is about a 10 min walk down the quaint back streets which are all perfectly safe. n/a

The booking site I used did not include breakfast but the hotel added it when we arrived. The laundry and room service was very efficient. They offer a cooking class on site. The staff was friendly and helpful.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - This place is amazing! The staff is so sweet and caring. The food is delicious. We had breakfast and two dinners there and it was all very tasty. The salt water pool was my favorite. It was beautiful and refreshing. The whole facility is extremely clean. The only thing I didn't like was that it was a bit isolated. We had to hire a tuk tuk driver to go anywhere. There's nothing walkable nearby, so we treated the hotel like a resort oasis and just thoroughly enjoyed the peace and relaxation there. I would highly recommend it!
- 680MichaelD (6/5): Better than Average but not quite Very Good - Make sure your Tuk Tuk driver knows where this place is (or at least have the hotel no. to hand for him to ring.) Ours didn't and took us to the wrong hotel initially and then subsequently struggled to find the Reveal Courtyard. It is tucked away down an uninviting track off the main road. The flip side to its unusual location is that the place is quiet. Pay cash for your room if you can as they/their bank add a 4% charge to any card transactions. The two front of house staff (one male / one female) were very friendly and helpful in booking tickets/making reservations for us as was the owner/manager who made the effort to chat to us every day. The resident Tuk Tuk driver Mr Jam was a nice chap with reasonable English although his bike and Tuk Tuk appeared to be on its last legs. The room we were in was average with a poor bathroom. It had a nice solid table and chairs outside for you to relax. The swimming pool was excellent as was the general exterior look of the place with lots of established greenery giving it a tropical feel. Breakfast was a limited set menu choice and average. We ate once in the hotel of an evening and that was quite nice. I thought drinks were a little pricey in comparison to elsewhere in Siem Reap - $2.75 for a small bottle of local beer. Overall pretty good but room for improvement in certain areas........

- 568tessah (10/5): Amazing relaxing stay! - Reveal Angkor is a very relaxing place to stay, the staff are absolutely lovely, ensuring you are always taken care of and feel right at home. Breakfast is delicious and there’s is a coffee shop across the road. While it is a bit out of town, the hotel will organise a tuk tuk, definitely ask for Mr Sat, he is a lovely driver and was also happy to pick us up to and from wherever we were. Will be back for sure!!
- gregcC2132DF (10/5): Reveal Courtyard - The small things that make a difference - Our first time in Cambodia. This hotel is tucked away in a quiet area only a short Tuk Tuk ride to the city centre. The staff are wonderful caring and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Mr Sat our resident Tuk Tuk driver was great. Madam Teng her husband who manage the hotel with their team who were amazing. Our trip was somewhat interrupted when my partner incurred a serious leg injury as a result of a fall whilst in the city necessitating a hospital stay. The staff were incredibly caring and compassionate during this time. Their assistance in ensuring we were able to make our way home to Australia was not only appreciated but something we will never forget. The Manager drove us to the airport private vehicle to ensure we were both ok and my partner was comfortable. He stayed with us and helped communicate with the airport staff until we had checked in which certainly helped. Their support was amazing. The Reveal Courtyard staff accept you like family. We had Cambodian people are amazingly friendly and generous. The mishap has in no way dampened our desire to return to Siem Reip and we will definitely stay at this hotel again.
- 310andrewj (10/5): Family Holiday - The staff are simply excellent. The customer service we received was exceptional, some of the best I’ve ever received. Facilities are very good, rooms are very clean and pool very relaxing after a hot day exploring the temples. The hotel is great value for money and I would definitely stay here again. I didn’t have any issues with the location as it meant the hotel remained peaceful and quiet, which is what we wanted. A place to escape after a day of exploring. The centre of town and Pub St is about 10 mins away in a Tuk Tuk, and the hotel have very helpful and reliable drivers to assist all guests for a small fee ($3 to town one way). Food at the hotel, local dishes, are very good. And the hotel even host cooking classes. The affiliated spa again excellent and would highly recommend. During our stay it was my partners birthday and the staff went above and beyond to help me make the day extra special.

I can't actually recall all their names but from the driver Sat, the Manager, Sinan and the other waiters to the woman that's receptionist, every single one has been there for whatever we needed. That plus the comfy rooms make this place a must to stay when visiting the amazing Angkor Temples ❤️

- Rangaihah (10/5): Perfect - The location is very good. In the neighbourhood there is a small supermarket, a coffee corner and some places where you can eat. A pick up service by tuktuk to get you from the airport and vice versa is available. Check the conditions when you book. You can arrange a tour to see the temples by tuktuk in the hotel. I you need a driver then 'Jam' is your man. He is is calm, very reliable and will wait for you when you are exploring the temples. The hotel provided me everything what i needed during my stay and the staff is very friendly.

- IvesThuwis (8/5): Not bad at all - If you’re not keen on the tourist circus in downtown Siem Reap, this might be a good alternative. Clean spacious rooms wit a great bathroom and a swimming pool worthy of that name. The dining area could use a freshing up and breakfast isn’t the greatest, but good enough anyway. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nice detail for larger people, from all the places we stayed at, the complementary slippers here were the only ones to fit my feet.

A short ramorak ride from the airport, the temples or Pub street, we were able to get anywhere quickly. The team did a great job taking care of us from making restaurant recommendations, making sure we had enough beer, and ensuring we had a great stay.

- cabble (10/5): The Room is very nice!! - I love this place when I got here! The room is nice and clean also the staffs are friendly. The pool and environment is relaxing. Would recommend to anyone who like peaceful environment. The entrance of the hotel is a bit small and it’s a bit harder for big car to fit but it’s best for tuk tuk and motorbike.

- jeffwG2288KY (10/5): An Incredible Visit - Right from the start Mr. Soun(manager) and Mr. John(tuk tuk driver), as well as the other members of staff were kind and very helpful with helping me around the city with sites and restaurants as well as incredible service at the hotel itself with pool, room service, very skilled chefs, an outside view, and easy (little walk) access to the Old Market. All in all I had a blast and have nothing but good things to say about this place. On a side note, Mr. John is a great man and will do anything and everything to make sure you have a great time.

In fact my son, enjoyed listening to the birds from our balcony. The rooms are clean and nicely appointed, but the excellence of the property is the staff. They are truly service oriented and love discussing activities and giving advice. I would certainly stay here again. Was a comfortable, happy stay.
- Barb (8/5): Accomo review -Reveal Courtyard Hotel in Siem Reap - Our stay was very nice at Reveal. The staff were very nice and helpful in answering our questions related to getting around and things to see. The breakfast was extremely basic and we would suggest the hotel look at making some improvements in this regard. When we arrived we were being taken to a room we did not book. We booked a pool access, ground level room so I had to remind the hotel staff of this. We were taken to the proper room without a problem. The pool was lovely however, it was definitely in need of a cleaning. We felt safe and would definitely recommend this property.

- libby (8/5): Quiet, clean, comfortable, nice pool - Was looking for a mid price, comfortable, quiet hotel not far from the centre of the city. This one fitted the bill. $2 tuk tuk ride to Pub Street area. Staff helpful with tour advice . Had a lovely pool and plenty of sun. Would recommend.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Very disappointing - This hotel was lovely, with a beautiful courtyard and good sized rooms- yet nonstop problems meant my stay was frustrating, and pretty terrible. The free pickup from the airport is on a tuk-tuk, which is fine but it would have been nice to no in advance, as I had luggage and arrived early which meant it was cold. Then there's no early check-in, despite the fact that I informed them what time I was coming and they had every opportunity to let me know. I finally got my room but for some reason there was no key for the door?? I had to wait an hour and a half while keys were made and tested several times. My shower didn't have any hot water the entire time I was there, despite my reporting the problem to reception. I had two days of cold showers and wasn't able to take advantage of the beautiful bathtub. My comforter had a giant tear that was tucked in, in what looked like an attempt to hide it...and my sheets had a giant and disturbing stain. The restaurant didn't have everything listed, which is fine but kind of annoying. And then when I came down for breakfast I was told to sit and was simply brought out a plate of food...without anyone asking me what I wanted. Everyone who came after me was able to choose. Then my ride back to the airport (another tuk-tuk) was $8!! which is really just outrageous. All in all my stay went from bad to worse. I was super disappointed. It seems others had way better experiences so I'm not sure what the problem was- hopefully it's fixed soon.

- Erv (8/5): A retreat from the Siem Reap buzz - Good value for money. Reasonable and comfortable rooms, nice pool side and friendly staff. If you want to get some realxation and don't fancy the overcrowded and busy hotel bunkers, this is the place to recover from an exhausting siteseeing trip.
- Matt (8/5): Hotel close to the temples - We cycled the temples from our hotel on a three day pass. It was nice and close to make that really easy. And pub street in Siem Reap was only a short tuk tuk ride away.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Comfortable and clean - The staff on salary were kind and honest, but the owner tried to up-sell me when it came to tours, Tuk Tuk rides, everything. The staff would tell me something is $6USD and he’d tell me $8. A visa to Vietnam is $40 and he tried to charge me $65. But if you prefer to pay for convenience then there’s no issue. The hotel was clean, safe, and relatively quiet. It’s very close to Angkor, but at least a 20-30 minute walk from night life.
- Chris (10/5): Great place and super helpful staff - We stayed here for a few days while visiting Angkor Wat and the surrounding area. On arrival we actually got upgraded to their sister hotel Angkor Reveal, so can't say that much about Angkor Courtyard, but assume they are quite similar. Angkor Reveal was an amazing place with great facilities, very clean, and well organised. The staff was super helpful with planning and organising trips, and the management is very helpful (which us the same for Courtyard and Reveal). They organise a tuk tuk driver for both Angkor Wat and also for the floating village, for a good price, and we had a great driver for those days. The management also helped us to organise a visa for Vietnam, which we only realised last minute we would need, and they went out of their way to help get that done and send the visa to our next hotel.

I chose based on exceptional reviews. Service is certainly good but I found better accomodation (for me) at Banyon Boutique for my last 3 nights in Siem.Reap. Enjoyed both.

- Chris (8/5): A secluded gem - The Angkor Boutique Tropic Hotel is small and charming. It's located down a secluded alleyway, which leads off busy Charles De Gaulle Avenue. It has a lovely pool in landscaped surroundings, which can be very appealing after a long, hot day visiting the temples. My ground floor room was spacious and cool, with adequate air-conditioning. There are no sweeping views - either of Siem Reap or the temples. This didn't bother me at all. The hotel has a small restaurant, which served up generous American / English breakfasts of cereal, bacon and eggs - perfect fuel for a long-day out sightseeing. It was a relaxing place to retreat to and recharge at the end of the day. I chose this hotel because it is an easy walk to the National Museum and was relatively close to the Angkor Archaeological Park. I am very happy with my choice and would stay there again. Although it didn't concern me, the hotel is roughly 1-1.5km from the shops, bars and restaurants of downtown Siem Reap, so a tuk-tuk ride will be necessary.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice Hotel but a little hidden - Nice hotel close to the entrance to Angkor Wat. They will even pack you a small breakfast if you decide to watch the sunrise. Rooms are large and spacious however our safe wasn't bolted down and did not work for us to store our money and passports. Also our fridge was not working. Not a big deal since we didn't need to use it and i'm sure if we mentioned it to the staff they would have fixed it for us.
- Margaret (10/5): A little Oasis - As our taxi driver drove up to the hotel we wondered what sort of place we were going to. It was late at night, the road was very narrow, and did not look safe. However, when we got there we were offered a welcome drink. Then we spotted there was a restaurant and bar. We walked through and saw the swimming pool, which was a decent size surrounded by sun beds and a lot of greenery. It was a little oasis to calm and relax. We very quickly changed our minds from our initial thoughts of what had we let ourselves in for to one of amazement at this little gem. The rooms were very large with two double beds. They were very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was very welcome. The staff were very helpful and arranged for a taxi driver to talk us on a tour of Angkor Wat and other temples at Siem Reap

- Old Blokey (10/5): Super-peaceful comfortable retreat - Hotel provided a tuk-tuk to pick me up from the airport and the same driver was available to takeme on tours around the Wats - very friendly, considerate and flexible. Also very reasonable! Hotel staff wery very friendly and gave me a very late check out for a reasonable charge, which effectively extendedby holiday by a day. Lovely poolto relax on after a hot day's sightseeing. As Arnie would say, 'I'll be back!'

Everyone was pleasant and behaved like they were genuinely happy to see their guests. I had some meals in the restaurant, the food was fresh and nicely prepared. The pool was great after a day out at the ruins. The location is a bit out of the downtown area, but easy enough to get around.

- Lee (10/5): Very Comfortable, Convenient, & Friendly Stay - Great stay at a great value! The Angkor Boutique Tropical is one of those hidden gems. My daughter and I traveled specifically to attend the Angkor Wat International Film Festival in February and the location was right across the street from the Festival venue, but conveniently tucked away about 100 meters down a private road off of the main street. This kept the street noise to an inaudible level. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff of the hotel are cheerful and friendly and always anxious to be helpful and of service. Tropical is a small boutique hotel and the service is genuine and personal. The location makes it very accessible to the Angkor Wat temples and airport. If we are ever back in Siem Reap, we are staying here!

The actual room is very modern and comfortable, its a nice place to return to after a long day of sightseeing and shopping! It has a lovely balcony overlooking a gorgeous pool with tropical gardens. We had a great breakfast every morning. And we sometimes had our evening meal at the hotel all very delicious and reasonably priced. The hotel tuk tuk drivers who also made our stay very enjoyable, they took us around Siem Reap and all the temples, they are all very nice.
- Emily (10/5): Lovely stay at Angkor Boutique Tropic Hotel! - My husband and I visited Siem Reap while on our 2.5 week honeymoon in Asia and stayed at Angkor Boutique Tropic Hotel for 2 nights in January. I would highly recommend this hotel. It is a hidden little gem! Our room was very clean and quiet, even though the hotel is located in the back of a piece of property off a busy street and the staff is very friendly, especially the slender man with the glasses that works there. I should have gotten his name! I'm a picky vegetarian, and their very affordable onsite restaurant had the best food I tasted in Cambodia! You can have a beer or cocktail and relax by the pool when you're not exploring temples and ruins, which is what we did after two exhausting days of temples. They also have free airport transportation which one less thing we had to book ourselves. Their free Wi-Fi works very well too. The beds are a little hard but after traveling around Asia you'll realize that they are pretty standard in most hotels. I'd highly recommend this hotel, great value without having to spend a lot of money!
