- David (6/5): -
- Helm (8/5): Hotel met leuke pub. - Vriendelijke personeel, leuke pub met royale maaltijden.
Nette schone kamer.
Prima prijs kwaliteit. Dichtbij bij de ferry naar Dublin. -
- Gillian (8/5): - Very close to ferry port as we were getting the boat to Ireland. Dog friendly Nothing
- Awen (6/5): Ok for one night - Location Rooms need to be refurbished, black out curtains needed. Matress not comfortable
- Chris (8/5): Great value for money - functional and practical - Breakfast excellent and early served pleasantly by staff
- jocelyn (8/5): Over night stay on way to Holyhead ferry - We needed a stay close to the ferry for an early morning departure. The bull ticked that box- twin, single and double needed. The rooms had all we needed to the quick overnight stop. As we were staying a Sunday night there was no food after 4pm.
We could have used a take away and had it the bar.
- THERESA (4/5): Good location to visit my daughter - There was a disco on Saturday night directly below my room vibrating through the floor boards.
- Jack (7/5): -
- Peter (7/5): - The price was good, but you get what you pay for. The bed was awful, lumpy and noisy. The bath was barely attached to the wall, black mold on the ceiling. The kitchen was closed so no food which was one of the reasons for staying there. Very good breakfast however so work that out.
- stewart (7/5): Very adequate - Room clean
Very good breakfast Basic but fine for one night
- Helena (8/5): - The room was clean and a fair size. The walls are very thin, could hear conversations from next door as if they were in the room with us, and they weren't talking loudly.
The exterior of the property is quite off putting, nothing that a new paint job and nice planting couldn't improve though.
- Amy (10/5): We had a last minute get away, the rooms were perfect and the staff were lovely, would definitely recommend. The breakfa - Everything, it was a friendly atmosphere staff were lovely and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Can’t say there was any problems at all everything was perfect.

- Stephen (8/5): Rooms very functional . Safe space - Plenty of parking . Food good in the bar . Heating needs fixed as it broke down on my visit . Staff friendly Rooms ok bathrooms need upgraded . Rooms cold when the heating was broken.
- Lisa (1/5): Do not stay here, not cheap and not clean - One staff member was helpful and apologetic when she saw my reaction in arrival! So shocked, the place was filthy especially the accommodation communal areas, at first we thought it may be down to the owners/brewery not renovating but sadly it was just not clean enough! Dusty furniture, absolutely manky shower curtain , filthy carpets and it was not cheap, in fact it was one of the more expensive rates from the number of places we booked for our Anglesey walk!
- Janet (8/5): Old but comfy - Slept well! All in need of update
- malcolm (8/5): -
- Robert (7/5): -
- Andrew (6/5): - The staff were brilliant The bathroom grouting and dusting in the room was terrible
- Stephen (8/5): Functional for work . - Plenty of parking . Food was good . Staff very friendly and helpfull. Heating in the rooms kept breaking down . Rooms were cold when no heating . Bathrooms need upgrading . No wardrobe space to hang your clothes.
- Symone (10/5): - The breakfast was amazing and excellent value you got plenty...

- Martin (9/5): - Comfortable easy going friendly staff A bit of noise from beer coolers
- David (9/5): Great place to stay with great food and staff. - Great local pub vibes and dog friendly. Great food and staff. Rooms a bit dated, but not a problem.

- Karen (4/5): Waitresses, food and bed great. Hotel tired and not cheap either. - The young ladies that were serving on were lovely, a credit to them, and a special mention to how polite and attentive they were. The food was good too. The breakfast was more than ample for a hungry appetite, served quickly and tasted freshly cooked too. Delicious. The bed was super comfortable, I usually struggle to sleep as I have spinal injuries, but it was super. The Bull looked very tired and rundown from the outside. In fact if it wasn’t for the fact I’d have lost my money, I wouldn’t have gone in, if I’d have had the ability to cancel I would have. They were more expensive than other places nearby. I hoped I was getting better by paying more. We went upstairs to find our room and there were no smoking signs everywhere and the place stunk of cigarette smoke. Right near where it said staff only. Our room itself was dated, needed a bathroom refurbishment but the towels were clean and the water hot.
- Karen (10/5): - Our stay was lovely but you need to install air conditioning Rooms to hot
- Paul (4/5): - Mattress was very worn and very uncomfortable
- Stephen (9/5): -
- William (8/5): Room and bathroom were perfectly clean - ideal for a short stay. -
- Carole (7/5): -
- Gary (3/5): - The food is good. The restaurant is clean and pub, but the rooms outside of the pub, I’m not so clean and dated never again
- Graham (2/5): Tired and run down -
- Rowinska (10/5): - Very clean place, nice and helpfull staff, very comfortable beds
- Karen (3/5): We were disappointed the the online advertising was not true to form. - We did not stay for breakfast as the clerk told us it was cereal and the cost would be 10 euro. The room was very dated but clean. The bathroom was small and the shower was a corner shower that was extremely tiny. The beds were not comfortable and they gave us an incorrect password for WIFI>
This hotel is located above a BAR. It was loud, and people sat outside below our room and it was definitely not a restful evening.
- Lee (10/5): Brilliant staff clean tidy - The staff Local man wanted to fight got nocked out
- Barry (10/5): -
- Barry (10/5): -
- Mark (6/5): - Location for Holyhead ferry terminal ideal. Good food options in and out of pub. Warm room. Noisy heating! Radiators gurgled and clanged all night, making sleeping difficult. Especially irritating given the early start the following day
- Tara (7/5): Comfortable - The pub staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. The water pressure was very good and the bath in our family room was a lovely size. The location was ideal for having to get a ferry early in the morning The mattresses on the single bed in the triple room and the twin doubles were soft and springy. The bath in the family room ensuite was grimy. Food was not served the night we stayed and this did not appear to be advertised anywhere. Part of the reason we had stayed was that we would be able to eat easily just downstairs. Though, the staff did direct us to easily accessible takeaways in the area and allowed us to eat in the dining area.
- David (9/5): Really convenient budget hotel that offers great value and service - Really convenient. Great price. Nice good value food
- Jaspreet (9/5): Excellent - Nice room, friendly environment, excellent staff, comfortable sleeping. Nothing everthing is good.

- rahul (10/5): - Room were clean with proper heating. NA
- Stuart (10/5): -
- Tongjun (9/5): - Close to the ferry and could check in early in the morning.
- brookes (10/5): Thank you to the staff for saving me lots of grief not once but twice. - I had my ferry cancelled and just managed to get a room for the night here. It was a god send. Also I left my laptop on the room and they kindly posted it for me, such a nice thing to do: they rung me up to tell me I had left it and arranged everything. The pub looked nice and friendly and a cool pool table room as well. Nothing
- KEVIN (7/5): Very nice breakfast, would stay again - Breakfast was very nice It was very noisy sounded like a extractor fan running all night
- Neil C22 (10/5): - Great stay at the bull hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was fantastic 👌

- Donna (9/5): - The whole place was clean, the staff where helpful and friendly. Lots of smiles. It was very good value. There were issues with lamps one didnt work and the other had the switch trapped being the headboard, so we couldn't use them, and the cleaning staff didn't replenish the coffee or milk so I couldn't enjoy my morning coffee.

- Carol (8/5): -
- Jo (7/5): The breakfast was fantastic. - Bar was good and friendly. The bed wasn’t wildly comfortable but fine for a night.
- Ciara (5/5): Basic hotel. Does what it says on the tin - How close it was to Holyhead port Nothing
- Theo (8/5): -
- Jim (8/5): - Friendly staff and customers
- John (8/5): Handy Hotel - The location All was fine
- Barry (10/5): -
- Louise (8/5): The Bull at Valley - The fact that the manager recognised from our comments that we were a tall couple and made up a superking bed for us. Very comfortable. The toilet was so low and small that it was difficult to use, and the shower wasnt very big so my husband couldn't use it.
Would be fine for an average size couple.
- John (6/5): -
- wayne (10/5): -
- Cataldo (8/5): -
- Andy (4/5): Bull - Shabby decor, inside and out, poor quality food, basic room with a constant overwhelming noise encroaching into the room constantly droning extraction outside the window of my grubby room. Everything
- David (6/5): It was ok and I was only there a night but lots of late night movement in the corridors also numerous baby’s crying thro - Beds were comfortable Noisy doors and crying babies along the corridors
