O quarto estava bem arrumado e confortável. Para pedir o transfer, um amigo que mora na Itália ligou para o hotel e buscaram a gente no horário combinado. Enfim, gostamos muito, valeu a pena o custo benefício

- Aliona (7/5): Just know that the shuttle is not really for free - I choose the property just because it had airport shuttle and was not far from the airport, the hotel is very average The stuff was quite unpleasant, in the description is written “free airport shuttle” then once I arrived the checkin personnel asked me for 10euro, which is surely much cheaper than taxi, but there’s nowhere info that the shuttle is actually 10euro, i just said “hey on the description is written for free, why do you charge” and the stuff instead of giving some reasons why they said “what do you want, do you see what is going on with the prices for fuel now? Moreover is only 10euro, why do you complain?”

Около 10 вечера с рецепции нам заказали пиццы, предложили чай. Завтрак неплохой. Отель очень простой, в глухой деревне. Но на "переночевать" можно брать) Далековато, было бы сложно самим уехать

La decisione di mettere a pagamento i trasferimenti per l'aumento dei prezzi della benzina.

- Raquel (10/5): Cosy 1 night stay - Beautiful authentic Italian hotel. We arrived at 9pm after being picked up from the airport by the shuttle and had dinner which was delicious and home cooked. The hotel is clean is meets the needs for a short stay. 5€ per room each way to the airport and takes about 15/20mins. I would definitely stay again if I was flying from Malpensa.

- perrin (8/5): it was exactly what I needed - I really liked the staff, the shuttle service and the hotel itself. We had trouble getting to the hotel but once i contacted the staff, they came and picked us up immediately. My only wish is that I called them sooner instead of trying to get there myself. The bus system to there was not reliable and very difficult to figure out despite being in the "correct" spot buss 22 just never came and it comes once an hour. So needless to say after going to multiple areas in the airport, I just called AER. Very affordable 5 euro for the ride and the coffee in the morning was just the thing I needed. Oleggio the town itself is cute and fun to walk around with multiple grocery store and food options. In the center of the village there is a main square where you can have coffee or drinks and it was one of our favourite spots and theres even a little bakery the has great pastries, Getting to the main town is a 10-15 minute walk. there are not any sidewalks until you get there so you will be on the side of the road or grass but once there everything is fine !

- Llot (7/5): Pratique - Très bon emplacement, parfait pour une nuit. Chambre spacieuse, lits plutôt confortables. Télévision, prise murales. Sdb assez petite pour 3 personnes. La douche n'a pas été nettoyée avant notre arrivée, et manque de grandes serviettes pour tout le monde. Lumière qui ne s'éteint pas dans le couloir en dehors de la chambre et qui traversait le seuil de la porte.

- Matias (6/5): NORMAL - El hecho de que esté "cerca" del aeropuerto malpensa La poca conectividad con la ciudad (MILAN) y que no disponen de taxis o transfer para por ultimo tener acercamiento al aeropuerto y desde ahí a la ciudad. ¡OJO!, Si tienen cuando debes ir a tomar tu vuelo y cuando llegas al aeropuerto, pero si quieres visitar la ciudad desde el hotel, no tienen como ayudarte.

- Carson (5/5): Fair place to stay if you just need to sleep before/after airport travel - After shuttle was delayed to come pick us up from airport man at check-in waived our shuttle fee which was much appreciated. Proximity to airport with shuttle made it convenient. Based on booking listing, the shuttle was previously free but recently changed to 10 euro per way. Experience with shuttle was very odd with driver arriving very late - he had what appeared to be his significant other riding with him and they seemed to be arguing with each other much of the ride, although in a language I did not speak. They hardly acknowledged our presence and it was very weird and uncomfortable. If you want breakfast it costs 10 euro. Room was fine. There was a thick metal plate that can be raised up/down over window - not sure if this is a dangerous area? Or else don't know why that was there.

- Alessia (6/5): - Il soggiorno è stato nel complesso nella norma e in linea con le aspettative, considerando i punteggi su Booking. La camera era piuttosto datata, ma era esattamente come ce l’aspettavamo avendo già visto le foto in fase di prenotazione. All’arrivo a Malpensa abbiamo avuto un piccolo inconveniente: la navetta dell’hotel che sarebbe dovuta venirci a prendere non è arrivata perché l’autista non si sentiva bene. Abbiamo quindi dovuto prendere un taxi, ma l’hotel si è fatto carico della spesa, cosa che abbiamo molto apprezzato. L’unica vera grande pecca è stata la doccia: la presenza della tenda ha fatto allagare completamente il bagno, risultando piuttosto scomodo.

- Cristiana (7/5): Mica tanto buono - Old fashion, a me questo piace. La colazione leggera che ho richiesto all'ultimo minuto mi e' stata offerta free of charge. Bagno piccolo ma sufficiente. 1. Uno dei portieri e' diventato MOLTO aggressivo quando io senza alzare il tono ho protestato per quanto descrivo ora: 2. Ho pagato per tutto quanto descritto su booking tra cui "navetta gratuita a/r". Invece una volta arrivata sono stata costretta, sempre con modi aggressivi, a pagare 10 euro in piu' per la navetta a/r. 5 euro a tratta e' poco, e l'avrei accettato di buon grado se fosse ststo dichiarato in fase di acquisto, ma invece si e' scelto di imbrogliare il cliente. Pessimo stile.
