Andrius (6/5): Average hotel. Needs more investment to customer care - Big pool, nice property, many beach beds for free. Dinner is at the same place as breakfast. Feels like cheap buffet during dinner. Staff is polite, but they will never bring you something, offer you something or do something you. There is feeling they try to save money whenever they can.

Idanh87 (10/5): Excellent resort - The resort is fantastic, lots of facilities, everything is well maintained and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, particularly with our specific dietary requirements at the meals. The pools are amazing (specifically the kid's pool is great, even for a 1 year old). The room was a bit small, especially considering that we were in a larger (family) room. The all-inclusive food options outside of meal times could improved (no dairy-free ice cream, the same 3 whole fruits every day, popcorn only from 3-5pm). The range of all-inclusive drinks was very good but of low quality.

Irene (9/5): Een fijne vakantie gehad! - Ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Iedereen deed zijn uiterste best om het de gasten comfortabel te maken. Toen het toilet op onze kamer een probleem had, werd dit uitstekend opgelost. Het eten was goed en er was veel keuze. Over het algemeen is alles erg schoon en netjes. #523 de familiekamers (met name het sanitair) zijn aan renovatie toe. Ook vond ik het in de ontbijt- en dinerzaal soms erg druk en zoeken naar een plekje, terwijl het nog niet eens hoogseizoen was. Het is een groot resort waar ca 1500 mensen in terecht kunnen, je moet het dus wel prettig vinden om veel mensen om je heen te hebben.

Lauris (10/5): Brīnišķīgs skats uz jūru; viesnīca ar ļoti labu auru, kur atgriezīšos vēl... - Izcila atpūta, viss tīrs, personāls ļoti uzmanīgs; ēdiens bija ļoti garšīgs un mājīgs, arī vīns (dzirkstošs vīns) labāks kā parasti viesnīcās. Numuriņš bija tīrs katru dienu. Svarīgi ir ņemt numuriņu ar skatu uz jūru, tas ir to vērts.
Christelle (10/5): Un séjour au top - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’Esperides Beach Resort. L’hôtel est très agréable, parfaitement adapté aux familles, avec des installations de qualité et une atmosphère conviviale. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le surclassement de la chambre, qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus confortable. Le kids club est un véritable point fort : l’équipe est bienveillante, dynamique et très attentionnée. Mon fils a adoré et y allait avec plaisir chaque jour. Le spa est également exceptionnel, idéal pour se détendre. Enfin, la présence d’une agence de location de voiture et d’une station essence juste à côté de l’hôtel est très pratique pour visiter l’île. Le personnel est globalement très accueillant et attentif. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement, en particulier pour un séjour en famille. Tout était parfait

Okrem určitého jedla , ako napríklad mäso sme mali pocit , že bolo buď surové alebo tvrdšie , ale nevadilo to keďže ich kuchyňa ako morské plody , ryby a šaláty boli uzasne . Páčila sa nám lokalita boli sme na niekoľko výletov do starého mesta , na výlety lodov . Bolo tam krásne teplé počasie , rezort veľký a príjemný . Určite by sme sa ešte vrátili . Kvalita alkoholu je biedna . Ale to už pozname aj z Turecka 😁

Patricia (8/5): Fijn familiehotel - Goede bedden ( vernieuwde kamer) en super vriendelijk personeel, leensysteem strandlakens van hotel. Strand, beton laag in het water. Loopt niet geleidelijk af. Zwemwater zwembaden in oktober koud. All in drinken. Schoonmaken kamer mocht iets beter. In de rest van het hotel is het wel erg schoon.

Rafaela (9/5): Amazing all inclusive resort for kids - Amazing resort for kids. We got a renovated family room - beautiful and comfortable. They placed us on level 1 and the view was a bit disappointing (grey dirty roof from hotel lobby). They moved us to level 2 after i requested a higher level, and got a bit better. From level 4, the view must be amazing. Great beach. The swimming pool was around 20 -21 degrees, quite cold. The hotel could invest in a solar pool heater. The beach was warmer than the pool. They could create a green roof with some nice plants which would make the view from level 1 much nicer (when staying at main building facing the beach).

Loved the food on offer from all the restaurants Had a few instances where the water wasn't hot in the bathroom (warm but not hot). The entertainment schedule could have been clearer rather than a note on the desk. Not enough seating in the blue cafe bar when the entertainment was on, a few occasions where we weren't able to find a seat.
Gregor (6/5): Would not repet it. - Nice pool for the kids. Located on the beach so you can go direct to the “not so nice beach” Overcrowded. Outdated. Rooms barely have any insulation. You can hear everything from the hallway to your room. Balcony doors and windows do not hold nor the wind out nor the super loud music which goes on until 23:00 at least and the music is unreasonably to loud for some reason. The food is mild at best
Udo (6/5): Hotel Außen und Essen gut. Zimmer und Getränke schlecht. - Die Lage ist Super, das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Essen war gut. Die Minibar war gut gefüllt, kostenlos. Wasser wurde täglich neu ausgeteilt. Die Barkeeper haben ihr bestes gegeben. Man musste kaum anstehen Die Außenanlage, die Pools und der Strand waren schön. Die Zimmer waren sehr verschlissen. Die Duschvorhänge waren sehr billig. Es gab zu wenig Steckdosen. Teilweise hingen sie halb aus der Wand. Neben den Betten gab es gar keine Steckdosen. Auf dem Schreibtisch steckte der Kühlschrank drin. Ich musste mein Mobiltelefon auf der Toilette laden. Eine Hotel - Zimmertür ging des öfteren von allein auf. Da konnte jeder rein. Eine Zimmertür quietschte so laut, dass bestimmt alle anderen Gäste wach geworden sind. Der Hotelcard - Schalter funktionierte mal, und mal nicht. Die Zimmer im halben Hotel wurden schon komplett saniert uns sahen schön aus - wie auf der Homepage.. Wir hatten leider die anderen Zimmer, diese waren nicht abgebildet. Viele der All-Inclusive Getränke waren nur mit Süßstoff erhältlich - ob mit oder ohne Alkohol. Um die 200€ pro Nacht waren die Zimmer definitiv nicht Wert.
Josef (8/5): Trotz Kindergeschrei ein sehr erholsamer Badeurlaub 😎 - Sauberkeit der Anlage. Hervorragendes und vielfältiges Essen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Toller Meerblick inklusive Sonnenaufgang. Sauberes Meer. Die Doppelzimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig. Das sehr kleine Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Plastikduschvorhang sind nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Im großen Hauptrestaurant ist es durch das Kindergeschrei sehr laut (es hallt)

Benjamin (8/5): - Am ersten Tag ein falsches Zimmer (Familienzimmer mit Meerblick) bekommen, am zweiten Tag konnten wir aber wechseln (in das von uns gebuchte Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick. Das Doppelzimmer war top-modern und echt schön, das Familienzimmer hingegen etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Essen hat uns (abgesehen vom Dessert) nicht sonderlich überzeugt. Insbesondere die vegetarischen Optionen waren sehr begrenzt und nicht gut ausgeschildert. Man merkt, dass das Hotel sehr auf Familienfreundlichkeit spezialisiert ist. Als Familie könnte ich mir vorstellen, erneut herzukommen. Als Paar eher nicht.
Michaela (8/5): - We enjoyed our stay, the hotel and entertainment was absolutely brilliant, the all inclusive food was really good at lunch and dinner times. The drinks were lovely. Only a few issues for example we first recieved a 'family room with partial sea view' when we booked a sea view room and wasnt informed of this when checking in, it took two days for the room to become avaliable, why i dont know because we had booked it so they clearly over booked! Eventually we got the room we had booked! The second issue we had was laundry, we sent a hoodie off for cleaning in the bag with the paper inside, we had to stop house keeping from throwing it with the rubbish, the next day recieved a note to see reception, they told us we hadnt given the paper with the laundry, which we did, the next day after that, the laundry came back with the same piece of paper we sent with it stapled to it, so we had sent it!!! And with the same stains on the jumper it was sent with so it had not even been washed! Apart from these issues we had a lovely stay and these issues would not stop us returning in the future!
Nemanja (2/5): - Ich habe ein Doppelzimmer gebucht, das laut Beschreibung modern sein sollte. Was ich erhielt, erinnerte von außen eher an ein Motel und von innen an ein Studentenheim aus den 70ern. Das Zimmer war bei Ankunft nicht in dem Zustand, den man von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwarten würde: Der Boden war mit Sand bedeckt, das Bad wies Haare und Flecken auf. Eine Reinigung wurde zwar nach meiner Nachfrage teilweise durchgeführt, allerdings beschränkte sich das Ergebnis auf den Boden – das Badezimmer blieb unverändert. Auch Duschgel war zunächst nicht vorhanden und wurde erst am dritten Tag nachgefüllt. Der Blick aus dem Fenster führte direkt auf den Parkplatz. Das gesamte Hotel wirkt deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Zerkratzte Tische, Sofas, die entweder schmutzig, klebrig oder komplett abgenutzt wirken, bestätigen diesen Eindruck. Der Hauptspeisesaal ist groß, aber die Atmosphäre erinnert eher an eine Kantine oder ein Seniorenheim. Die Auswahl an Speisen ist zwar reichhaltig, jedoch war der Großteil eher kalt als warm. Im zweiten, moderneren Speisesaal ist die Auswahl zwar kleiner, aber dafür ansprechender. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die gepflegten Außenanlagen mit viel Platz sowie die regelmäßig überprüfte Wasserqualität der Pools. Zum Service: An der Rezeption hatte ich leider den Eindruck, dass die Kommunikation erschwert ist – sowohl sprachlich als auch in Bezug auf Freundlichkeit und Problemlösung. Teilweise fühlte man sich nicht ernst genommen.

Marijana (10/5): Would come again - It was very spacious, clean and organized. Rooms were cleaned regularly, plenty of food choices and two dining locations at any time. Also, it was impossible to skip any meal because there was always at least place that you can go to. As for the beach and pool area, plenty of sun beds, 4 bars, and great programs for kids. It was delightful to be their guest and not to worry about anything, cause it’s all taken care of. Would definitely recommend !
Michelle (10/5): War Ok. - Die Animation für Kinder und genauso für die Erwachsenen. Die Poolanlagen waren auch sehr sauber. Jeder Cocktail schmeckte gleich Die Zimmer waren in die Jahre gekommen und genauso der Strandabteil am Meer. Das Essen hat immer gleich geschmeckt.

Karina (7/5): - Был хороший пляж,расположение,вкусная богатая кухня,большая территория. Мебель,в номере нужно бы заменить,местами отслоилась краска,в ванной тоже можно было бы освежить ремонт. Карта-ключ от номера постоянно не работала. Проблема была якобы в том,что мы кладём карту рядом с телефоном и она размагничивается🤷‍♀️ Мы бегали с 4 этажа на ресепшен три дня подряд ,чтобы заменить карту. Нам их меняли,но они тут же снова прекращали работать.... Так как мой муж высокий,мы просили поменять номер,наномер с душевой кабиной,вместо ванны,потому что ему было так дискомфортно. Нам пообещали через какое-то время сообщить,есть ли такая возможность,но ответ мы так и не получили. В общем,все эти моменты хорошо подпортили нам отдых.

Ilona (8/5): - The part of the hotel where we got rooms is newly renovated, nice materials, new technology, high category. The food was delicious. The staffs were nice and always helpful. Overall it was a great stay, what we missed is the real espresso not just the vending machines. We are coffee fans, and unfortunately the bar where we could get espresso opens only early evening. The coast is sandy in a short distance, but at the hotel it is covered by pebbles.
Davide (7/5): - Privatstrand, genug Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme, Grosses Buffet und abwechslungsreiches Essen Sehr Ringhörige Zimmer, man hört wenn der Zimmernachbar schnarchelt, Putzleute sind sehr laut am Morgen und nehmen keine Rücksicht. Abendprogramm etwas langweilig, eher nur für Familen mit Kinder zu empfehlen. Lifte sind sehr langsam und man hat lange Wartezeiten.

Shany (9/5): - המלון קרוב לשדה התעופה, גדול ומלא בפעילויות לילדים, האוכל מגוון יחסית וחוף הים מאוד נגיש ונוח. גם החדרים הישנים יותר התאימו לצרכים שלנו. העובדים בקבלה ובכל המלון היו אדיבים ונעימים. לעיתים היה בחצר של המלון בסביבת הבריכה ריח לא נעים של ביוב. בנוסף ההופעות של צוות הבידור התאימו מאוד לילדים אבל אנחנו פחות מצאנו את עצמנו. מעבר לזה הייתה חוויה מצוינת ששווה לחלוטין את המחיר.

Tanto cibo di ogni genere, non si rischia di morire di fame. Alexandra (8/5): De très bonnes vacances en famille - Un séjour agréable dans cet hôtel familial. Nous étions avec deux enfants de 2 et 5 ans, et tout est pensé autour des familles ce qui était ce que nous recherchions. Les plus: - chambre confortable et moderne (familiale premium, dans la partie rénovée) - nourriture variée et bonne - petit déjeuner superbe - personnel aimable et attentif - emplacement intéressant du point de vue des départs de bus et de bateaux pour diverses excursions - hôtel familial avec ce qu’il faut pour amuser les jeunes enfants Les moins: - nous avons vite ressenti la très grosse fréquentation en août - un seul gros restaurant pour le petit déjeuner et le dîner. Ce restaurant ressemblait à une ruche aux heures de repas, ce qui est un peu stressant. Alternative du food hall le soir testée mais moins de choix, et aucun laitage ni fruits pour le dessert. De plus, il y a une télé qui diffuse des dessins animés, ce qui n’est pas génial pour les parents qui souhaitent éviter les écrans (peu nombreux cela dit!). - l’exposition étant ouest, tout est à l’ombre en fin de journée donc quand on a un enfant qui sieste, il ne reste parfois que peu de temps pour profiter de la piscine avant l’ombre. -piscine pour tout petits qui manque un peu d’installations - la vue « jardin » de notre chambre s’est révélée être une vue sur le parking et sur la route très passante. - peu de choix de légumes chauds, souvent un seul par repas.

Mariam (10/5): Over all forventning - virkelig det beste all inclusive hotell i Rhodos - Vi hadde et helt fantastisk opphold på hotellet! Maten var rett og slett utsøkt - både frokost, lunsj og middag imponerte med stort utvalg og høy kvalitet. Buffetene var velsmakende og alltid fristende. Personalet var utrolig imøtekommende, smilende og hjelpsomme – vi følte oss virkelig velkommen fra første stund. De var flinke med matpåfyll og prøvde til enhver tid å tilfredsstille våre ønsker. Servicen deres er helt topp og de ansatte er alltid til stede i tilfelle noe mangler. Fasilitetene holdt topp standard. Vi kunne ikke vært mer fornøyde – dette hotellet overgikk alle forventninger og vi kommer garantert tilbake. Anbefales på det varmeste! Besøkende som ikke overholdt reglene og reserverte sitteplasser ved bassenget før åpningstiden til bassenget.
