A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours: 25 EUR from 21:00 to 22:30, 50 EUR from 22:30 to 23:30. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

First I paid 25€ then i read carefully their so-called rules - they charge 25€ on top for checking before 10:30pm and another 25€ if you come 10:30-2. So imagine you booked hostel for 25 like me and on arrival it’s actually 75€. Moreover there is no blankets and towels and probably no hot water. So, I am happy I used a disposable revolut card to secure booking cause they made me sure they want charge - and right now after 4 days, they ofc trying to charge me. A funny thing that I didn’t pay but thnx to system of booking I am now able to write a comment. Don’t recommend this cave. Even for 25 or free.

Séjour horrible du début à la fin, et je ne comprends pas comment cet établissement peut avoir une note supérieure à 1 sur Booking Chambre sale et dégueulasse, forte odeur de tabac, très peu de lumière naturelle, aucune lampe fonctionnelle. Impossible de poser nos affaires, même par terre, car c’était sale. Literie tachée avec odeur de transpiration. Nous avons été réveillés toutes les nuits par du bruit, notamment une fuite bruyante dans les WC. La porte de la salle de bain était cassée et ne pouvait pas se fermer sans risque de rester bloqué à l’intérieur. Supplément de 20€ imposé pour obtenir la chambre avec lits jumeaux pourtant réservée, plus 2€ pour paiement par carte. Aucune facture détaillée fournie malgré la demande.

First that I had to pay 50€ more for the late check in, I got it but at least they can manage the price, it was like “if you don’t like it, get out from here”. Then, once I made the check out, the person in the reception told me just to be half of an hour in the common areas, zero hostel vibe. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO STAY HERE,FOR 130€ THERE ARE OTHER PLACES. What a shame to have stayed in this place :(

- Zuniga Acosta (7/5): - La cercanía con la estación de metro, ya que salía muy temprano al día siguiente. El poder dejar la maleta grande en recepción, tiene un cuarto para ello bajo llave. La atención en recepción es joven es muy atento. Los locker son grandes. Habian 2 baños en la habitación y era amplia. Había que hacer la cama, después de horas de vuelo no es lo que se espera ya que llegas cansada. Luego que hubo una discusión entre 2 chicas por la bulla que una hacia de madrugada, fueron momentos tensos.

- Wittreich (9/5): - Abseits der Hauptrouten in Lambrate, in einem echt mailändischen Viertel befindet sich das Hostel in der Nähe des Platzes und Parks zu Ehren Pierro Gobetti., eines jungen, antifaschistischen Zeitungsverleger von 1920. Das Hostel ist mit einer kleinen Küche ausgestattet, was sehr angenehm ist.

- Lashon (2/5): Enter at your own risk - Good as a last minute option for few hours. Price not worth it for private room. Checked in around 8:30, took around 30 minutes to get someone to the reception. Place is dirty, once entered the room even worse, hair everywhere and in the bathroom was some yellow substances all on the floor, please not every single thing they charge for too, air conditioning, towels, keys, tax says included but you have to pay commission once arrived again, then don’t get me started on the €25 charge for check in after 9pm??

- Narcisz (5/5): - Délután 3 után lehetett a szobába menni és 10 órakor már távozni kellett. A tiszta ágyneműt a kezünkbe nyomták, hogy mi húzzuk fel. Törölközőt nem adtak. Az ágyakon nincs függöny. A hátizsákomat szerettem volna otthagyni 2 óra hosszára, de ezért plusz pénzt akartak volna. A hangulat hűvös, nem az a kellemes hostelhangulat, ami a világ más részein jellemző.

- Estelle (1/5): A FUIR ABSOLUMENT - L'emplacement proche de 3 stations de métro et trains régionaux (LAMBRATE FS) À fuir absolument !! Je n’ai jamais vu une auberge de jeunesse aussi sale. L’ambiance est extrêmement triste, ce qui contraste totalement avec le nom qui se veut pourtant coloré et accueillant. On ressent très clairement un sentiment d’insécurité dans les lieux, ce qui n’est vraiment pas rassurant lorsqu’on voyage dans un pays étranger. À mon arrivée, le personnel a été mal aimable et ne parle qu'Italien. On m' a demandé de payer davantage si le règlement n’était pas effectué en espèces. Dans mon cas, le prix était de 15 € en cash ou 20 € par carte bancaire. Ceci n'est pas spécifié sur le site de réservation : message de l'hôtel Veuillez noter que l'enregistrement s'effectue de 15h30 à 21h00. Si vous prévoyez d'arriver en dehors de ces horaires, veuillez nous en informer car l'enregistrement tardif est soumis à disponibilité pour toutes les réservations. - Andrea (1/5): Colours? Nel senso che ne vedi di tutti i colori! - Nulla! Questo posto non rispetta le condizioni minime di privacy e pulizia. I bagni sporchi e senza possibilità di chiudersi a chiave, le camere ANCHE! La struttura si chiama "colours" ma sembra un campo di concentramento pittato male. Avevo prenotato per 5 notti ma sono scappato via dopo appena due notti.
