• Verified traveler (6/5): - Hissarna var alldeles för få och var väldigt långsamt. Väntetiden på hiss var väldigt lång. Välj inte detta hotel om du vill träna på semestern, gymmet var obefintligt. Endast fyra träningsmaskiner i ett hörn på spaavdelningen, inga fria vikter. Kan knappt kallas gym. I övrigt fanns det mesta, till och med ett Mini market i hotellet

The beachfront location and fantastic pools plus the added bonus of the lazy river all make for a fantastic holiday. The staff go out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We have been coming here for over 20 years and we keep coming back because we know we will always have the most wonderful time!! I can highly recommend this hotel .
• Gigi (6/5): - It is not bad resort and the service was great when I checked in because I was very early and they let me check in and store my luggage and even let me use their staff’s fridge to store my cold food. But after I got my room in the afternoon I use the shower and find that the water is really yellow then I spoke to the receptionist and tell them my concern and she told me that it had nothing to do with them it is the area water supply and should be OK tomorrow. The next day I check again and the hot water still very yellow and I check the cold water but it was very clear therefore I am very sure is not the water supply got problem. So I went to the reception again and reported this and the duty manager went to my room and checked the hot water and even take a video but said they will let me know. And the end I have finished my holiday and still have not received any update why the hot water is yellow. I am very disappointed with the hotel.

• Arty (10/5): Fabulous Resort - Fabulous resort to stay. We got upgraded to a suite which was just luxurious. Stella & Anastasia at reception were extremely courteous, helpful and assisted us with our various needs. Maria at the restaurant was so friendly & welcoming. Her advice as to where to go & what to see in Rhodes was spot on!

• Lynn (10/5): - We have been coming to this hotel for many years but have never been in April. It has been a revelation !! Fantastic weather and the usual brilliant service!! A special thanks to Stavros for always making us feel so welcome and a big thanks to Emelia who has greeted us every morning at breakfast with a smile and nothing is too much trouble for her. We love the pool and the lazy river and the seafront location is briliant! From here it’s easy to access Faliraki or enjoy the wonderful old town! We will always come back here as it makes us happy!!!

The part that made this unacceptable to me was that the island was on fire and they didn’t show hospitality/leniency to those of us who were evacuated by making an “exception”. Also the ac was not working in one of our rooms so my husband and I had to sleep on a separate floor from our children for the first night.

Staff is extremely kind and always welcoming with a smile. Their buffet breakfast is super large. Easy access to Faliraki and Rodos city.

• Andreas (8/5): - Die Lage des Hotels war gut. Direkt vorm Hotel ist eine Bushaltestelle und der Waterpark ist auch direkt gegenüber. Die Zimmer und der Strand waren sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Vorallem hat uns der Lazy River gefallen.

Aber für die vier Tage war es ok und praktisch. Begeistert hat mich insbesondere das überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal des Hotels und die perfekte Organisation.

The only 2 issues are the walking distance to tavernas in the evening especially which means you really need a car, which we had. The second is that the bathrooms really need an update, and while in it you can clearly hear your neighbours which is off putting. Neither of these things would put me off of this hotel as overall it is excellent.

Hotel location was at quiet end of Faliraki so there was limited choice for eating out unless you travelled elsewhere. Biggest disappointment was the lack of drink service or bar on the beach. It was non existent and odd considering there was over 300 people there.

Vše hodnotíme na výbornou - příjemný personál, čistota, úžasné bazény, moře na dosah, v hotelu jsme měly jen snídani, byl zde velký výběr od všeho a vše moc dobré. Určitě tento hotel ještě někdy navštívíme ☺

Spa e gym con orari comodi. Ottima colazione. Location ottima con bus stop accanto l'hotel e Water Park di fronte. 4 stelle più che meritate.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Heel erg fijn, om zo vanuit het hotel het strand o pp te kunnen lopen. Een deel van het strand waarbij de ligbedjes voor de gasten gratis zijn. Er zijn ruim voldoende ligbedden met parasols. Ook bij de zwembaden , het is echt nodig om bijvoorbeeld Smorgens al een bed te claimen. Zeer uitbegreid ontbijtbuffet, ook het diner is zeer goed verzorgd. Het personeel is altijd vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het wordt er goed schoongemaakt , zowel binnen als buiten. Wel jammer dat het strand echt kiezelstrand is, bij het hotel, maar er zijn genoeg bedjes dus, en met slippers is dat geen probleem. Ook kun je er leuk snorkelen. Ik zou graag weer ern keer terug wíllen gaan naar Esperos Palace!

We love the location of the hotel, the facilities, the friendliness of the staff, the amazing breakfasts and we love the fact that there are always sunbeds available at any time. The pools are great and we get great use out of the lazy river!! The hotel is within easy access to the wonderful old town and is literally opposite the water park so something for everyone! I have no doubt that if we get the chance we will be back again!

Breakfast buffet had everything you could possibly want. There’s a water park across the road and a land train to take you up the hill to the entrance. I was so pleased we chose this hotel, we had a fantastic holiday and would definitely recommend it.
• hilary (8/5): Excellent option for couple and families... - Just a one night stay so opted for a basic room. Comfortable bed and excellent shower, no bath. Missed having a kettle to make tea...how English is that...but was presented with bottle of red wine and also bottle of water an unexpected pleasure. Excellent breakfast and lovely pools and beach access. Particularly enjoyed the lazy river. The hotel was full but did not seem crowded. I had been staying in nearby 5* hotels but needed an extra night, this 4* compared favourably. Certainly recommend.

• Ekaterina (8/5): - Esperos Palace is a 4-star hotel located by the sea. Though not new it is pretty nice and clean. Our room was with a sea view which was quite spectacular. The staff was really friendly and efficient. They also tried to greet us in our native language. Breakfasts were quite plentiful with lots of choices. Dinners were also ok. Overall I would recommend the hotel to everyone who wants enjoy some time by the sea and try local Greek food.

• Beshara (8/5): - Very nice hotel and at the beach. We slept for one night and then the manager asked us if we would like to be upgraded to Esperos Village Blue and Spa and of-course we accepted. I recommend staying at hotel that belongs to the Experia group, very professional people with wonderful staff. Our stay at Esperos Village was a dream. I cannot describe how beautiful this resort village is from its architecture, design, staff, managers, pool bars, infinity pools and others. Thank you Esperia group for making our experience in Rhodes the best ever we had.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Nice weather - Nice weather here, not a lot more. The room was ok, the breakfast was ok. There’s only one place to eat lunch, which has a very limited menu. Felt sorry for the people on all inclusive as the evening meals were also very limited, and they literally turn the lights off in the restaurant around 9pm! There’s nothing else local to the hotel and Faliraki town is also very limited. Rhodes town is nice but €20 each way in a cab. You can get the bus; if you are prepared to wait that long, and don’t mind being squashed into somebody’s armpit for 20 mins. Got the impression the hotel were attempting to squeeze every single last penny they could from us too. Refused us an iron, because they charge €3.5 per shirt to iron them for you. They also charge you €3 just to call a cab! Some of the staff were very good about it though, for example suggesting that having lunch in the main restaurant simply wasn’t worth it and suggesting we went elsewhere (€25 each (+ drinks) for salad buffet).
• Verified traveler (6/5): - The customer service was terrible. The rooms were definitly not 4 star but the outside was very nice especially the lazy river and beachfront. Easy to get to Rhodes city and Lindos but takes at least an hour or more

• Mandy (10/5): - Lovely hotel! perfect location, great restaurants with good food. Lovely staff. The only thing I would say is that we went a bit before the season started in early May so none of the restaurants around or excursions were available. Faliraki was completely dead and if we'd known this we would have paid the extra to go all inclusive, it would of probably saved us as we ended up eating in the hotel anyways. However getting to Lindos and Rhodos is super easy by bus and reasonably priced also the stop is right outside the hotel. So if you're looking for a relaxing holiday by the pool/beach and also some day trips out this is perfect.

Room was nice, however we were given two single beds joined together instead of a double - both single were rock solid too). Other then that nice hotel.

Don't waste your money - We booked this hotel by mistake and it was 2 weeks before our actual stay and the staff refused to reverse the charges for all those 3 days it was booked. We didn't even stay at the hotel, and we're charged over $450 for just booking it by mistake. I tried calling the hotel, there was never a manager to be found. I called Expedia and they were not able to deal with these crooks either. I'm trying to reverse the charges through my bank. Never heard of such a scheme. Don't book with them. I've had the worst experience.
• Irene (10/5): Great hotel!! - My husband and I visited Esperos Palace Hotel, for 4 days and we had a great relaxing time! The resort was beautiful, clean, great service, wonderful staff , awesome pool and lazy river, and a beautiful beach a few steps away! I recommend this hotel!
• Verified traveler (10/5): Beautiful Stay - We stayed at the hotel for our wedding and ended up having events there. The hotel and staff were amazing. It was a picturesque place and a romantic and enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming and everything went almost without a hitch (it is a wedding after all, hiccups are expected). The only problem that arose was with the assistant manager Maria Diakogeorgiou. She ended up singling our wedding party guests (whom had booked months in advance with various travel agencies) and switching their rooms to another resort without asking and claiming that the hotel resort was overbooked and that if she switched other guests from Germany the hotel would be penalized. The story goes on and on but the short version was that every one of our guests called their travel agencies including Hotels.com and they all went to bat for us and we ended up having a beautiful time together in the same original hotel. It was just sad that this one person could possibly tarnish such a wonderful hotel. Overall I would love to go there again with everyone so welcoming and polite.
• Nicholas (8/5): - Very friendly and helpful checkin staff. Well set up to happily change large currency bills into smaller cash and had a post box right at the front counter. Breakfast was fantastic. Great beach and pool facilities. Recommend room with sea view...worth the extra money. Two negatives: 1) concern that someone was looking in my suitcase on 2 days...first day things were obviously re-arranged, second day was clear had been moved although no reason to move since it was in a closet area. Recommend put ALL valuables in room safe. 2) Wifi was extremely slow at all times. Having said this, would stay there again.
• Verified traveler (10/5): very nice hotel close to the beach - The beach has pebbles, which make it a bit difficult walking into the water - a typical problem in Greek islands anyway. The hotel has a very nice decor and rooms, excellent food, very quiet - great for relaxing.
