• Tracey (10/5): This was such a lovely hotel, I wished we'd stayed for two weeks! - Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Sofia and Christina on reception are wonderful. The whole property was spotlessly clean and the included breakfast was delicious. Location was perfect and Sofia explained how we could walk into Skiathos town through the well lit back streets to avoid the busy main road as it has no pavement. The pool loungers are the most comfortable ones we have ever had at a hotel. No negative comments to make. It was a lovely hotel and the staff are a credit to the hotel owner.

Right on the beach where there are sun loungers ( have to pay ) however hotel staff services and nice cafe. Location was brilliant as it’s on the beach and 10 min walk into town so don’t need to rely on taxis / bus at night. Opposite a supermarket and bus stop 5 on your door step. Bathrooms in original part of hotel could do with an upgrade.

Parte originale dell’hotel ben rimodernata ma non ancora all’altezza del resto dell’hotel. Uscita dal parcheggio rocambolesca.

• Jack (5/5): The hotel’s pool, beach access, and location were excellent, with modern breakfast facilities and easy access to town. H - The pool area was great and the breakfast area, newly renovated, some of the bed sun-beds we’ve had on holiday. Direct access to the beach so can nip for a sea dip and go back to your pool lounger. Can pre book sunbed on the beach on nice loungers. The location was very handy, right at the bus stop and only a 15min walk into town either along the beach or on the road. Shop directly opposite. We stayed in the older area of the hotel. The air-con was terrible, took hours to cool the room and made loud nosies throughout the night, often waking us up. The toilet seat wasn’t attached properly, our bathroom lotion/soap wasn’t filled (not once in 5 days, luckily we had our own). Things like just putting toilet roll on the top of the toilet and not on the toilet roll holder, strange from a hotel. The bedsheet didn’t fit the bed and came off every night. The fridge wasn’t very cold and took a while to cool items. I always dislike when there is 1 plug next to a bed and you then can’t use the lamp the whole trip to charge your devices. Basic things like a corroded bathroom door handle, surely can’t be that expensive to quickly replace? Usually has to tell the staff at breakfast the coffee/hotwater/cutlery was empty. Only hotel out of the 3 during our stay the famous “Freddo” coffees weren’t induced and were €5.50. Someone we presumed was the manager as dressed differently was always walking around and never smiled or said hello to us/other people staying there, must of thought they were above customer service.

• Pasquale1979 (1/5): NON PRENOTATE IN QUESTO HOTEL DATATO, SPORCO CON CAMERE INAGIBILI - Personale reception e bar disponibili Siamo arrivati il 15 agosto e purtroppo siamo restati fino al 28. La struttura ci ha assegnato una camera assolutamente impraticabile: l’altezza interna e’ inferiore agli standard minimi di abitabilità, rendendo lo spazio scomodo e poco vivibile. Non e’ assolutamente conforme alle fotografie e alla descrizione presenti su Booking. Abbiamo avuto la netta impressione di aver pagato per un servizio diverso da quello promesso. È inaccettabile che una camera di questo tipo venga proposta come alloggio regolare. Abbiamo subito segnalato la situazione alla reception, ma con estrema superficialità ci è stato risposto che quella è la camera che ci è stata assegnata e che non ci sono alternative. Un atteggiamento inaccettabile, che dimostra scarsa attenzione verso il cliente. La struttura non corrisponde alle foto e alla descrizione su Booking. Si parla di Loft, ma in posizione eretta non possono camminarci nemmeno i sette nani. Tra l’altro porta del balcone rotta, cabina doccia rotta, pulizie quasi inesistenti. Abbiamo chiesto di parlare con il manager ma non ci ha mai chiamato e non si è fatto mai trovare! Rimaniamo delusi anche dall'assistenza clienti di Booking a cui abbiamo segnalato più volte la cosa ma non ci ha mai risposto! UNA VERGOGNA CI AVETE ROVINATO LE VAZANZE. Non prenoterò mai più con Booking. Un incubo!!!

• Tommaso (8/5): Buon soggiorno - Ottima posizione, staff cordiale, camera in ordine anche se minimale. Bella la piscina e ottima la colazione. Da booking la struttura sembra nuovissima e per quanto le camere siano ristrutturate la struttura delle camere normali è piuttosto datata. Nella struttura nuova ci sono sole le suite. Un po' fuorviante.
• ROBERTA (6/5): Sconsigliato nella parte vecchia dell'hotel - Innanzitutto c'è da considerare che l'hotel ha una parte vecchia, sulla strada, e una parte completamente nuova. Questa recensione riguarda una suite della parte vecchia, quindi sul resto non posso dire nulla. Ci siamo fermati solo una notte perché eravamo di passaggio tra un'isola e l'altra e abbiamo prenotato una "suite". La suite di bello ha solo un grande terrazzo che affaccia sulla piscina e con una splendida vista sul mare, ma per il resto non si può certo qualificarla suite solo perché ha una stanza a parte con un divanetto, un armadio e una scrivania... Infatti nella camera principale bisogna tenere conto che, essendo sotto tetto, praticamente si cammina solo in una piccola parte, ed anche alzandosi dal letto si batte la testa per quanto è basso. Inoltre la stanza è molto calda proprio per questo motivo. Il bagno poi è inqualificabile... vecchio, con servizi che andrebbero sostituiti, scrostato in più punti e con una doccia completamente aperta che ovviamente comporta allagare letteralmente il bagno ogni volta che ci si lava.... non capisco perché non fare una doccia chiusa con una paretina... Capitolo a parte il problema rumore di notte... non so se dipenda dagli infissi, anche quelli molto vecchi, o dal tetto non isolato, ma in ogni caso non si dorme per il rumore del traffico continuo; siamo infatti sulla strada principale dell'isola, che ovviamente durante il periodo estivo è trafficata di giorno e di notte. Infine e' da tenere conto che non c'è ascensore in questa parte vecchia e la suite è all'ultimo piano. Colazione sufficiente e ristorante sulla spiaggia buono. Personale cortese che ci ha consentito un check out alle 14 visto che avevamo l'aereo nel tardo pomeriggio. Occorre sostituire i servizi del bagno e chiudere la doccia. A causa di questi problemi il rapporto qualità prezzo è assolutamente negativo. Non consigliabile nella parte vecchia dell'hotel
• Tatiana (6/5): Da migliorare - staff sempre disponibile e molto gentile, la piscina è davvero bella e la posizione, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, è ottima. Il soggiorno non è stato soddisfacente. Prezzo decisamente troppo alto per ciò che viene offerto: quasi 200€ a notte per una camera con odore di fogna e una doccia completamente inutilizzabile. L’hotel è stato ristrutturato di recente, ma presenta ancora molte imperfezioni. Altro punto negativo: la colazione, inclusa nella tariffa. Al mattino abbiamo chiesto un caffè e un cappuccino, come normalmente avviene in qualsiasi struttura. Non ci è stato detto nulla al momento dell’ordine e solo quando ci hanno portato le bevande ci siamo visti consegnare anche uno scontrino da 8,00€, perché inclusi risultavano soltanto acqua calda per il tè e caffè americano in caraffa. Un comportamento scorretto e poco trasparente.

• Roisin (10/5): - The staff at the hotel were amazing- Anna went above and beyond during our stay. I had an infected insect bite, and she reassured me and booked me a taxi to the local GP. She checked in on me throughout the rest of my stay, which was reassuring that the staff cared. The room itself was huge, with an extra room for sitting in. The view was stunning of the bay and the pool was exceptional. We shall be coming back.

• Valentina (3/5): Posto assolutamente da evitare! - L'hotel che su Booking sembra quasi una struttura di lusso è un luogo assolutamente mediocre. Mobilio anni ottanta in legno nero, "suite" con finestra che dà su una scala da cui scendono gli ospiti e ti guardano dentro e quella del bagno (piccolissima) direttamente sulla strada da cui passano pedoni e macchine. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo assolutamente allucinante: è carissimo per quello che offre. Inoltre è situato in una brutta periferia, con obbligo di percorrere una strada a piedi pericolosa per raggiungere il centro (in alternativa c'è il bus). Per andare in spiaggia (orribile, mare che sembra l'Adriatico nei punti più sporchi...), bisogna anche pagare i lettini! Niente!

We wouldn’t stay again ! - Location and pool area was great with great views and direct access to the beach We were put in a room in the old part of the hotel on the lower ground floor with a distinct smell of drains . No balcony but doors opened onto the pool but we had to keep the curtains drawn as no blinds or net on the French doors so everyone at the pool could see us in the room . The air con was very noisy and kept us awake . No kettle to make a coffee even .

I was under the impression it was new when I booked but arrived to a building next door. It felt like I got catfished. Very disappointed. Too much to mention would rather forget the whole experience.

• Franz (10/5): Top Hotel mit schönem Strand, zentrumsnah sehr gut gelegen. - Wir hatten im Juli 2025 zwei wunderschöne Wochen in Skiathos und können dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen. Das Zimmer, sowie die ganze Anlage sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Angestellten sowie das ganze Team waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonderer Dank an dieser Stelle an George, Anatoli und Sofia. Ihr macht einen sehr guten Job! Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und wir würden immer wieder gerne hier wohnen. Die Frühstückslocation war durch die Strandnähe und Blick aufs Meer ganz toll. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und sicher für jeden Gaumen was dabei. Sowohl mit als auch ohne Auto ist man hier sehr gut aufgehoben, da sich genau am Hotel eine Bushaltestelle befindet. Da wir mit dem Auto unterwegs waren, konnten wir die schönen Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten besichtigen, welche teilweise nur mit einem Auto erreichbar sind. Die steile Ein- und Ausfahrt zum Innenhof Parkplatz ist verbesserungsfähig, aber machbar. Es gibt auch einen Stellplatz an der Straße, den wir glücklicherweise meistens nutzen konnten.

• Stella (5/5): Happy we didn’t do more than two nights. - Beds were comfy and the location was central. It was also clean. The pics don’t do justice to how the rooms look in real life. There was a terrible smell that was in our room and I think that was down to the drain in the toilet. The AC spat water and ice out and was really noisy.

Страхотна тераса със спираща дъха гледка. Тихи стаи. Добър размер на стаята. Чисто и с достатъчно предвидени удобства. Пред хотела е автобусната спирка и се намира на 2 спирки от центъра на града. Точно срещу хотела има добре зареден магазин. Закуската беше доста добра. Можете да ползвате плажни хавлии от хотела.

• Björn (10/5): - Very nice hotel with partly new facilities, under rated. The hotel is only15 minites walk from Skiathos town, it has direct beach access and ts own pool. Directly putside the hotel on the street it is a bus stop where the "beach bus" stops, that will take you to many of the beautiful beaces on the island for some Euros. The breakfast is really good and you can by lunch in the pool/beach bar, really cousy feeling. The only negative we can think of is that the hotel is close to the street but that didn't bother us more than a couple of times in one week!

• Mauro (10/5): Our time here was too short. - All the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, close to many great traditional Greek taverns within 100 metre stroll along the beach and within walking distance to the vibrant town. Bus stop and supermarket across the road.

• Beverley (7/5): Gem of a hotel - Staff were so attentive, couldn’t fault them. Hotel Spotless, bar and breakfast fab too! Too quiet around the pool area with the bar being too far away. We weren’t offered refreshments and wonder if no drinks are allowed?!
• fabio (8/5): - Posizione ottima, direttamente sul mare e a 1,5 km dal centro di Skiathos. Camera con vista mare spettacolare. Il personale dell'hotel è gentilissimo. Soprattutto Anna alla reception. Unica pecca. Doccia che si allaga in un attimo.

• LORNA (9/5): Nice accommodation close to Skiathos town - Lovely friendly staff, good location, short walk into skiathos town. Good range of breakfast items, Room with sea view, very nice. Would definitely return. Only downside was if you wanted to eat breakfast al fresco the dining was on roadside near bus stop. They have a nice garden so maybe they could look to creating a dining area out there...
• Nike Suša (4/5): Not worth the price. Staff is nice. - Staff was delightful. At the arrival, a bottle of wine was waiting for us in the room for my birthday, which was very thoughtful. View from the balcony is pretty nice. The price does not meet the standards. Hotel needs a total renovation. Rooms were not properly clean. The bed was too short for my partner (186cm), even for me and I am 163cm tall. Breakfast was OK, but you could either eat inside on the sun with the sea view or outside in the shade by the busy main road. Lower the prices or renovate whole building, especially the rooms and change the AC (very loud and makes squealing voices, hard to sleep). You can park in front of the hotel by the busy main road.

• René og Marlene (8/5): Tæt ved stranden, god morgenmad, men op ad trafikeret vej - Meget tæt ved stranden og rigtig lækker morgenmad Ligger lige op ad ringvejen og derfor er der meget trafik om aftenen og natten og det kunne høres på værelset. Vi synes prisen var lidt for høj i forhold til det vi fik.
• Arnau (8/5): tranquil i aprop de la ciutat - el personal de la recepció molt servicial i amistós. L’habitació bé i les vistes molt bones! L’esmorzar molt complet! no té ascensor i arribar carregat a l’habitació de l’àtic pot ser incòmode.

• Martina (9/5): - Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, das Badezimmer und die Dusche waren super. Am besten war aber der Ausblick vom Bett direkt aufs Meer. Das Frühstücksbuffet war nicht riesig, aber für mich gab es alles was ich mag. Es gab immer einen frischen Obstsalat, frisch zubereitete Eier, einiges an Süßem und der Caffe Frappe war auch kostenlos dabei. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße, da die Zimmer aber Richtung Meer schauen, hat das nicht gestört. Die Bushaltestelle direkt vorm Haus und gleich gegenüber der Minimarkt waren sehr praktisch. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und wir konnten am Abreisetag sogar kostenlos länger im Zimmer bleiben. Hin und wieder roch es unangenehm im Bad aus dem Abfluss.

• Adelina-Violeta (10/5): Un sejur exact așa cum ne-am dorit - Personal foarte amabil și prietenos (thank you, Nikos…for us you are the best), mic dejun diversificat și mereu atenți să nu lipsească ceva, locație super aproape de plajă, un view perfect, la 15-20 de min de mers pe jos de centru, stație de autobuz fix în fața hotelului (de acolo poți merge pe toată insula). -

• Cornelia (1/5): Schade, dass unser dreiwöchiger Griechenlandurlaub so geendet hat. - Das schlechteste Hotel, das wir jemals über booking.com gebucht haben. Das Hotel ist ziemlich heruntergekommen und in einem generell schlechten Zustand. Wir haben eine Suite für mehr als EUR 200,00 pro Nacht gebucht. Diese Suite entpuppte sich als einfaches Zweiraumzimmer. Bei unserer Ankunft hat es durch das geschlossene Fenster hereingeregnet. Der möblierte Balkon, wie es in der Beschreibung hieß, war mit einem verrosteten kleinen, runden Tisch und zwei Holzsessel, die wackelig und schmuddelig waren, ausgestattet. Die Armatur im Badezimmer war nicht festgeschraubt und man konnte nur warmes Wasser aufdrehen- scheinbar war der Kaltwasserhahn eingerostet. Der Abfluss der Dusche war komplett verstopft. Der Ausblick auf die Ägäis wurde durch eine Baustelle verdeckt. Wir haben an der Rezeption unsere Mengel deponiert und verlangt, mit dem Hotelmanager zu sprechen. Dieser war während unseres 4 tägigen Aufenthaltes für uns nicht zu sprechen, obwohl wir die Rezeption täglich darum ersucht haben. Ein Umzug in ein anderes Zimmer, war nicht möglich, da das Hotel ausgebucht und wir ja bereits die beste Kategorie gebucht hatten - so die Auskunft der Rezeption.
• Sabrina (7/5): Nettes kleines Hotel zentral gelegen! - Zentral gelegen, Bushaltestelle und Supermarkt genau gegenüber, schöner Blick aufs Meer. Insgesamt nettes kleines Hotel für kurzen Aufenthalt. Sitzgelegenheiten direkt an der Straße, teilweise sehr laut. Abfluss im Bad stark riechend.
• Cornelia (1/5): Nie wieder Hotel Nimfi - Wir hatten zwar Zimmer mit Blick auf die Ägäis gebucht, schauten aber gegen eine Baustelle, die zwar nicht in Betrieb war, aber häßlich zum Anschauen und den Blick aufs Meer zur Gänze verstellte. Komplett abgewohnte Zimmer mit desolatem Mobiliar. Die Lage ist direkt an der Hauptstraße der Insel. Auf Skiathos sind sehr viele Touristen mit Quads bis spät in die Nacht unterwegs. Das verursacht sehr viel Lärm. Die Fotos, die abgebildet sind, entsprechen nicht dem heutigen Erscheinungsbild
