• Tuva (7/5): Okej för en natt vid transit - Nära till flygplatsen med flygplatstransfer inkluderat. Härligt med pool att kunna spendera sista dagen vid. Fanns restaurang och spa på hotellet. Rummet var lite gammalt men funkade absolut för en natt vid transit. Poolen var lite grumlig och det fanns inte mycket sol vid den. Duschen gjorde verkligen hela badrummet blött (är medveten om att det ofta är så i Asien men aldrig varit med om det såhär)

Rooms are very outdated, particularly the bathroom. There was no drainage for the shower in the bathroom except for behind the shower so the bathroom was very wet after showering. Air conditioning unit also dripped all over the floor and edge of the bed

• Shar (8/5): A Great Place to Relax Before Your Flight or Stay - I booked one night but used this Hotel for 6hours before going to my flight. Manggar was lovely with pool,Wifi a comfortable bed,Satellite TV, Safe in room the Bathroom was Basic and the property has a Spa also a restaurant. The staff were lovely and the booking came with a one way airport shuttle for free. This was a great find and the price exceptionally low and affordable.

• Carolyn (3/5): The hotel room is cheap but with the condition of the room and facilities, I would be happy to spend a bit more on other - It’s close to the airport. Free hotel to airport transfer. It’s old and needs maintenance. Our shower doesn’t have hot water. Dirty. There’s a red stain on our sheets (which I didn’t want to think it’s blood). They tried to hide the stained part underneath. The towels looked sus and old. We got 2 pillows in the room and it felt like they just stuffed them with cheap foam offcuts (you can feel few foam cuttings/cubes inside the pillows and there’s not much inside making them almost flat). We didn’t use the pool as it looks quite cloudy.

• Nikolay (2/5): Not recommend - Clean shower This stay was a deeply frustrating experience that I feel obligated to share so others don’t fall into the same trap. A small booking glitch, two names were on the reservation but only one displayed, turned into an aggressive upsell. The front desk immediately demanded an extra 30 euros for the second guest. I checked the Booking app right there: the price for two adults was 31 euros, versus 29 for one. A 2-euro difference. I suggested I simply cancel and rebook at the correct rate, but they flat-out refused, claiming it would hurt the hotel. After lengthy negotiation, they settled on 25 euros, still wildly inflated and clearly designed to exploit the situation. To make matters worse, we received zero confirmation that our room was actually updated for two occupants. I have a strong feeling the adjustment was never processed and the extra charge simply disappeared into someone’s pocket. As for the room itself: it was uncomfortably cold with no heating solution offered. We had requested bedding for two in advance, this was ignored. The noise level was surprising for what was supposed to be early season; we barely got any sleep. I dread to think what peak season sounds like. The on-site restaurant was empty for a reason: the food quality was poor. Meanwhile, every restaurant in the surrounding area was full, which tells you everything. We tried to escalate to a manager but were told none was available. What struck me most was how the entire staff demeanor flipped the moment money was involved. Friendly and welcoming on arrival, cold and dismissive the second we questioned the charge. Other guests we spoke with had booked better hotels at similar prices. Given all this, the high ratings here seem questionable at best. I genuinely recommend looking elsewhere. This hotel prioritizes squeezing extra euros out of guests over providing a decent experience.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

• Andrea (10/5): Perfect for late-night flights home to spend the time in comfort. - Always greeted as soon as your car pulls up, a complementary drink offered and a smooth check-in. I always stay here the day I'm flying out. For a very competitive price you get to relax, have a swim, shower and change for your trip home. Their complementary transfer to the airport is the icing on the cake.

There's airport drop off thank God cause you'll wish your flight was sooner once you see this place This place is a sh*thole. Absolutely disgusting. Sheets felt like they were washed in oil, if at all, the room was moldy and falling apart. Breakfast was bad. Literally everything about this place screams *run* 2 stars cause we didn't see a cockroach or rat, even though I fully expected to.

La vue du balcon est bloquée par des toiles. La piscine est trop profonde partout, pour les gens de petite taille. Mon club sandwich n'avait pas de poulet et ils appellent ça le vrai club sandwich. 😅

Water and towels replenished daily. Extremely comfortable bed, mattress was heavenly and the bedding material felt lovely on my skin. Food was decent and staff were friendly. The WiFi was absolutely terrible! Worked ok by the pool but not in my room and I stayed over the Nyepi lockdown period so rubbish WiFi was very noticeable! Room itself also a bit grubby looking and the shower took 5+ minutes to run hot water.

• Jo-Anne (6/5): Cheap and close to airport but.... - Reception lady was delightful. The pool was nice and had shade in the afternoon. Free airport transfer was a boon. There is an on-site restaurant and you can get a very cold Bintang. Rooms were very dated and dark. Only one light worked and it was barely bright enough to read by even in the day time. The bathroom wasn't very clean and the shower sprayed everywhere. We only spent 6 hours there before our nighttime flight so can't say what the beds were like.

• Charona (1/5): - It was close to the airport. The air conditioner barely worked. The room was disgustingly dirty. The towels were dirty (photo of the towel provided). The facilities were of very poor quality. We called repair 3 times to fix the Aircon, it did not work. This may have just been our room but it was almost not worth the 29AUD we paid.

I mentioned the Dirty bed sheets and the dirty Towel in the Bathroom. At least he asked me if I want to change the room. Wifi was really bad..
