- Chris (10/5): Highly recommended and plan to return again in the future. - Sandra cooked awesome breakfasts for us! The room/property had many great touches & amenities all the way around. Drinking coffee on our suite's balcony watching the sunrise was super both mornings. I had a little trouble figuring out how to regulate the cold and hot water in the shower but that's not a negative for me.

Owners, Sandy and Keith were great hosts. Sandy make an awesome breakfast, a strawberry puff pancake…was so delicious and the cherry juice was so tasty. Ate breakfast in the formal dining room and met two other couples from Toronto and New Jersey, had great conversations. Very spacious room and bathroom. Bed was very comfortable and plush bedding. Wineries and vineyards just a short drive away. Only stayed one nite on our way home after a week long vacation in cape cod. Can’t wait to come back and stay longer. Will definitely stay at the Red Coat again. Nothing.

The highlight of my visit, however, was the breakfast. It was absolutely incredible! Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, it was clear that a lot of care and thought went into every detail. Whether it was the perfectly brewed coffee, freshly baked pastries, or the hearty, delicious main course, everything exceeded my expectations.

- Jacqueline (10/5): - This was a lovely property and the owners were absolutely amazing. We loved the room (stayed in the upstairs room which had the jacuzzi tub). The room was well appointed and very comfortable.
The property itself was located in a wonderful area that was absolutely beautiful. It was an easy walk to a historic home where you could get the Wego bus that takes you to different areas near Niagara Falls. The actual home and grounds were decorated beautifully and helped add to the charm of the house and rooms.
I cannot say enough amazing things about the breakfast. Beyond amazing. Every dish was absolutely delicious, and the presentation made it even better.
The owners (their names escape me at the moment) were also highlights of the stay. Super helpful with any information needed. They interacted and spoke with all the guests but were not overbearing. It was just the right combination of being interested without feeling like they were making you sit and talk to them. I highly enjoyed my conversations with both of them.
I WILL be back for another visit when if I return to the area. Stay here, you will not be disappointed!

- Anne (8/5): V. good food, attractive room, needs furniture arranged, good bed, fine location for hikes & sites - Three breakfasts--each were different and very fine, with fruit, baked good and a hot-egg-based main dish. Proprietor responded immediately and effectively to our request for proper reading light. Lack of proper light is almost universal in hotels these days, because light-bulbs now sold are usually inadequate. But,we got incandescent after request.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - It was filled with antique furniture. Breakfast was homemade but small. Had to ask for towels. No internet the the we left.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Friendly hostess. House in middle of renovations so a bit untidy. Was disappointed that we could not use the balcony, in the process of repair, as that was the main reason we booked this b & b.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The hosts were very friendly and helpful. So gracious. I felt as if we were staying with family. The breakfasts were absolutely wonderful and presented beautifully. The bed was very comfortable. Or only criticism is that there is some construction going on at the property. We couldn't use our balcony. But overall it was a great experience.

Our room was beautifully decorated, comfortable and spacious and included a large covered porch. Sandra's breakfasts were delicious. She had a lot of information about the area, offered suggestions when asked, and also had vouchers for free or BOGO wine tastings at many local wineries. The location is a good landing spot for visiting Niagara Falls, the historic towns of Queenston and Niagara-on-the-Lake, and the Niagara wine region.
