- Knut Julius (9/5): Good, friendly, nice - Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent! Advice if you have a stay over in Istanbul: Taxi and airport transfers are expensive! I looked at cheaper hotels near the airport first because I had a one night stay over between flights. Taxi / airport transfer would cost more than Hotel Cagayan because it’s close to the metro line, minimal cost, easy, quick and safe. I didn’t know the area, but I used google maps and then the hotel was easy to find, maybe a 12 minutes walk from the metro station. Also, from any metro in Istanbul you will have quick connections to downtown. Easy, and you avoid getting stuck in traffic during rush hours.

Unser Aufenthalt war in jeder Hinsicht hervorragend und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel ist sauber, ordentlich und sehr komfortabel. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und Herzlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter. Vom Reinigungspersonal über die Mitarbeiter in der Küche bis hin zum Empfang – alle haben ihre Arbeit mit großer Sorgfalt und einem Lächeln erledigt. Obwohl wir aus dem Ausland gekommen sind, haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team – wir können dieses Hotel mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

- Олександр (8/5): - Розташування, персонал та просторий номер. Готель потребує ремонту. Прибирання в кімнаті має бути краще ( в номері були брудні двері, та стіл в чомусь липкому). Сніданок не смачний.
- Nona (7/5): - The location is good, nearby restaurants,shops and coffee shops. The staff is very friendly,helped us and agreed to make an early check in for us. The rooms need renovation, the air conditioner was not so strong and could not cool the room. The refrigerator too.

Breakfast selection was good, staff are very friendly and helpful with local things I asked about. Emircon the front of house guy, his manager Ibrahim and the bell boy Gōrkem were nice and spoke pretty good English which made communication easy. Not much that you can fault, the place is clean and well managed.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Great hotel, modern - Great hotel with a modern look and was very cheap. Streets around are very inclined so not easy to get around, location isn't central but I just booked it to be more convenient for the airport than something central, just one night before flying out.
