• Adrian (7/5): Would not stay again but would eat in the restaurant - It was a quiet location. The restaurant was excellent, as was breakfast. Parking was secure and private A very long walk to the unit we stayed in, stairs means you cannot roll large luggage, not elderly or handicapped friendly. Lots of spiders and webs in the room, not well cleaned.

Primer día que estamos y la habitación no tenía agua caliente y nos tuvimos que ir a duchar a otra habitación pero lo arreglaron al día siguiente. El personal muy bien la verdad! No me gustó nada que la pared que divide una habitaciob de otra sea de “papel”, muy mal isonorizada y se escuchaba absolutamente todo lo de al lado y justo nos tocó una familia ruidosa y con un bebé.. cosas que pasan.

• Ivana (7/5): Für 2 Nächte OK - Die Lage des Hotels ist definitiv ein großer Pluspunkt. Man erreicht die Iguazú-Wasserfälle sehr schnell und unkompliziert, was den Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr angenehm macht. Die Anlage an sich ist schön angelegt und hat Potenzial – mit etwas mehr Pflege und Investition könnte man hier wirklich noch deutlich mehr daraus machen. Das Zimmer war groß und die Betten bequem. Leider gibt es einige bauliche Mängel, insbesondere im Poolbereich und in den Außenanlagen, die den Gesamteindruck etwas trüben. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war sehr gering und hätte deutlich vielfältiger sein können. Auch das Personal wirkte nicht besonders freundlich oder aufmerksam. Die Einrichtung der Lobby sowie des Frühstücksraums bzw. Restaurants ist sehr schlicht und eher spartanisch gehalten, was nicht wirklich zum Wohlfühlen einlädt. Zusätzlich haben wir am ersten Abend Roomservice bestellt. Das Essen war geschmacklich in Ordnung, allerdings wurde eine zusätzliche Gebühr von 5000 argentinischen Peso berechnet, worauf im Vorfeld nicht hingewiesen wurde. Das hinterlässt leider einen etwas unangenehmen Eindruck.

Internet com conexão boa em todas as áreas do hotel Chuveiro não tem temperatura de água constante ao ponto de se queimar no banho com aumento brusco da água quente. Falta de manutenção (chuveiro com saídas de água entupidas, porta do banheiro mofada) pedi a manutenção no chuveiro e foi feita, seguida de um pedido de desculpas Pedimos comida no quarto e as camareiras não retiraram os pratos no dia seguinte após arrumarem o quarto, pedi na recepção para que retirassem e eles foram retirar, seguido de um pedido de desculpas. Enxoval de cama antigo e manchado, toalhas de banho bem desgastadas ao ponto de estares rasgadas e manchadas. Aviso aos alérgicos, o hotel não oferece edredom, apenas coberta de pelo. O cheiro de velho e de quarto fechado é constante no apartamento. Não oferecem carrinho para levar as malas e o quarto que ficamos ficava a quase 100m da recepção, então, se levar muita mala prepare e para caminhar arrastando suas malas

• Zoshia (6/5): Great Concept- Sleep in a Rainforest, kind of run down and second-string now so it's Affordable - The hotel is arranged well, however the rooms are a fair walk from the pool/reception/restaurant area. The pool looked inviting and I was told it was salt not chlorine. The restaurant was not very good, in my opinion. I didn't like the food much and the service was strange. But the room itself has a nice ambience and clean and pleasant to eat in, with the garden all around. The rooms are in a forest. It is a lovely concept, and I could see some trees outside my window but there are no flyscreens so I had to keep the doors closed, and they are covered with condensation. The view isn't great, no flowers or anything, just jungle greens. Since the rooms are very spread out, you don't hear noise from other guests and it feels very private. The rooms are kind of run down a bit. There were stains on the mattress and pillows. everything worked, nothing was too badly damaged, but it felt like the vanity might drop off at any moment. Such a pity I couldn't enjoy the fresh air by opening a window... There was a woman on reception who gave me very bad advice and even though she knew I wanted to go to a restaurant for dinner, didn't call around and find anything, so when I came up the hill to depart, she only then began to call. She sent a message to one, they were full, another didn't respond and after that she didn't want to call any others. She sent me to one she said was big so they would be sure to have a table... it was a dingy Greasy spoon which literally had cockroaches on the floor, and it gave me the runs the whole next day. When I came back and told her about the cockroaches, she laughed at me. Her name was Florenzia, there are two named the same... she is the one who's worked there longer. The restaurant is far better than the Cockroaches place, Avoid "Punt-Ar" and verify anything Florenzia says.

Można spotkać jaszczurki ;) Dobrze działająca klimatyzacja. Codziennie wymieniane ręczniki i sprzątany pokój. Bardzo dobre kolacja (dania z karty) i drinki. Śniadanie-poprawne, bez fajerwerków ale można się posilić. Personel słabo mówi po angielsku ale jest bardzo pomocny i zaangażowany. Basen wymaga już remontu (cały obiekt ma już swoje lata), a woda mogłaby być lepiej filtrowana (czyszczona). Brak wody do picia w pokojach (mały a jakże miły byłby to gest).

• Stanislav (9/5): Идеальное место для посещения водопадов Игуасу - Мы приехали на 2 ночи, посетить водопады Игуасу. 1) Завтрак был с 6:45, таким образом мы успели приехать на водопады к первому поезду в 7:30, отлично продумано! Ехать минут 20-25 на машине. 2) Мы приехали около 10 вечера и при заселении нам предложили сразу заказать ужин, до того как зайти в комнату. Это было очень удобно, заселиться, помыться и придти на готовый ужин! Мы заказали тыквенный крем суп и эмпанадас - было вкусно! 3) Нам организовали трансфер по очень честной цене и от аэропорта, и до водопадов и в город. Мы просто писали в WhatsApp и машина была всегда минута в минуту. Можно платить картой! 4) Территория отеля находится в джунглях, вокруг тебя очень приятные звуки природы. При этом нет звуков дороги или каких-то еще, спалось отлично 5) Очень удобные кровати вокруг бассейна со 100% тенью. При этом можно заказать неплохие местные коктейли, вполне недорого для аргентины. Мы несколько часов с комфортном провели у бассейна, хотя не ожидали этого. 6) Коммуникации от персонала были на высшем уровне! Единственный минус - часть бассейна была немного грязной. Приходилось плавать в лягушатнике :)

• Steven (8/5): No complaints, lovely grounds. - This is a very quiet and calm location on the edge of town. Breakfast was good. Pool was nice. Desk and staff were all very professional. We chose it because it had secure parking rather than a downtown location which would have street parking. That said, to get downtown you will need to take the bus or a car.

Piscina sempre suja, com fundo quebrado, duchas não funcionam, não tem serviço de bar na piscina, aliás pouquíssimos funcionários na propriedade, tem que ficar caçando, não tem telefone no quarto. Café da manhã é horrível, péssimo!

In einer Nacht ist wohl der Strom ausgefallen und es wurde ein Notstromagregat angeworfen, dass in der Nähe unseres Zimmers war. Es machte einen Höllenlärm und wir konnten bis morgens nicht schlafen. Erst gegen Früh wurde es abgeschaltet.
• Cristiane (10/5): Excelente hotel! - Os funcionários são muito atenciosos. O Hotel é no meio da natureza e as piscinas são sensacionais. Muito amplas com água quentinha. A comida do restaurante a lá carte é maravilhosa e com preço bem honesto! O estacionamento poderia ser mais próximo aos chalés.
• Santiago (10/5): Excelentes instalaciones, relación calidad y precio - El hoteles es fantástico, muy bonito, cómodo y buena relación calidad y precio. Está bien ubicado, aunque un poco lejos de servicios básicos como farmacia, super mercado, bares o restaurantes. Está ubicado en medio de la selva, lo cual es sumamente exótico. Las habitaciones son amplia, limpias, bien mantenidas y muy bonitas. El buffet del desayuno es muy bueno, abundante, con diferentes opciones y alimentos frescos. La piscina es muy limpia, bien mantenida, con todas las comodidades como reposaderas, bar, duchas, sanitarios. Es excelente en cuanto a la relación calidad y precio. Está muy bien. En la cena, la cocina estuvo un poco demorada para entregar los platos. En un momentos todos en las mesas nos mirábamos porque todos los pedidos estaban demorados. Sin embargo, el buen servicio y la buena comida compensó la demora en la cocina. No es nada grave, solo un punto a mejorar porque el hotel es muy bueno.

Ресторан с непонятным временем работы и странными качеством (ходили в соседний отель Меркьюри, там неплохой ресторан). 3. Очень плохие полотенца для бассейна, с дырами и протертые 4. На ресепшн почти не говорят по-английски 5. Не меняют деньги 6. Далеко от всего, выбраться можно только на такси 7. Wifi в комнате почти не ловил, не возможно было даже мессенджерами пользоваться
• Tamara (10/5): Falta mantenimiento en artefactos sanitarios - La especialidad, ubicación y su encanto con la selva! El wi fi no llegaba al dormitorio, el inodoro estaba flojo, las griferías duras, y en había insectos adentro de la habitación (cerrada)

• DMITRII (9/5): Без комментариев - Месторасположение и зелень вокруг ) По жизни я человек неприхотливый, но здесь я даже не знаю что и сказать. Хочется написать плохой комментарий про номер, завтрак, бассейн, насекомых, персонал, но я не могу это сделать, по причине того, что эта его усталость, зеленый бассейн и очень зеленая территория (в хорошем смысле) перенесли меня лет 15 назад, когда я, молодой пацан, полетел в свой первый отпуск заграницу и это было Бали!!!! На свои деньги, накопил их работая слесарем на Норильской ТЭЦ-1 и поселился я там в очень похожем отеле ))) Это просто фантастические чувства ностальгии, которые я испытал )))) Поэтому прошу считать мой отзыв необъективным )))))

• Julia (8/5): Would go back just because of the situation and the lovely staff - Loved the situation felt like we right in the jungle . Amazing dusk and dawn jungle chorus. Loved the huge spacious rooms. The pool area was stunning but the pool itself could do with a refurb .

• Marcele (10/5): Uma verdadeira imersão na natureza - O hotel é muito agradável. Uma verdadeira imersão na selva. Funcionários gentis, instalações boas, piscina enorme. O ambiente é todo muito acolhedor e favorece dias de descanso em contato com a natureza. Recomendo demais! Gostei de tudo.

• Tatiana (8/5): Experiencia de selva de lujo y encantadora!! - Vivir Iguaçu en plena selva fue lo Máximo. Las habitaciones son muuuy espaciosas y bellas. El camino en selva para ir de un lugar a otro, con una jardinería tropical inigualable! Algunas instalaciones (piscina, por Ejemplo) necesitan mejor mantenimiento y reforma.
• Félix (10/5): Melhorias - Os garçons super simpáticos, o lugar maravilhoso Eles deveriam colocar um cardápio em português e inglês, facilitaria muito e mais informações em português por ser fronteira eles deixam de vender produtos por não ter informação

• Herbert (7/5): Schöne Lage, aber renovierungsbedürftig - Gutes Frühstücksbuffet und günstige Restaurantpreise. Große Zimmer auch in den Doppelbungalows. Schöner, gepflegter Pool. 11 km zu den Wasserfällen, 3,5 km in die Stadt. WiFi gut. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Außenanlagen ( Wege, Pool-Aussenbereich, Mobiliar) könnte mal eine Renovierung erhalten. Auch das Personal könnte etwas engagierter in dieser Preisklasse sein.
• Tanja (5/5): Wir sind nur 1 Nacht geblieben und dann ausgecheckt - Alles war etwas herunter gekommen und nicht wie auf den Fotos , wir waren sehr enttäuscht . Bei der Nachfrage für einen Cocktail wurden einem die Preise nicht verraten, und auf Nachfrage wurden die Augen verdreht oder man wurde ignoriert .
• James (8/5): - Pessoal muito simpático. Piscina linda e ampla com água aquecida e limpa com frequência. Quartos amplos e ar condicionado funcional. Deram bom atendimento para encontrar alternativas para o Reveilon. Café da manhã incompatível com um hotel dessa faixa de preço. Sistema de exaustão muito barulhento. Moça da limpeza entrava no quarto sem bater na porta.
• Caroline (9/5): Ótimo custo-benefício - Quartos limpos e espaçosos, piscina grande e aquecida. Café da manhã e restaurante muito bom. Água do chuveiro não é quente a todo o momento e a TV do quarto não é Smart.

• Diksha (8/5): Fine for a night or two, common areas could use an update - Not too far from the Falls and airport, short ride to the town area as well. Situated in a pretty forest setting. Best part: beds were very comfortable. And the hotel restaurant is pretty good- we enjoyed our dinner here better than the overpriced venue that came highly recommended in the town. Property looks a little run down, and old. Room thankfully was nice and bathroom looked recently updated.
