• ケンイチ (5/5): - 部屋は綺麗でした。ロケーション最高です。特に、路面電車の駅前が、良かったです。 部屋が5階で階段のみでエレベーターが無かった。3名なので1名は布団だったが、とても狭く寝返りで足を擦りむいた。また、コインランドリーが20時から8時迄は使用不可なとは参った。600m先のコインランドリー迄5階の階段を2往復もきつかった。 布団の場合は、畳の上がベストです。

• Tessa (8/5): Good affordable choice to see highlights of Osaka - I had a room to myself that I found really well setup space wise, clean and well stocked, nice bed. The common room invited chilling at the hostel after dinner time. It was a quiet hostel and I found Nagasaki maybe also a sleepy town. Self check-in. Staff didn't host socially and no group chat with tips. When I saw a staff member he was just living in the living room while more or less ignoring the guests and eating breakfast in the hammock.

Jasne pomieszczenia bardzo dobrze doświetlone. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Przyjemna,dobrej jakości pościel. Pralnia tylko w określonych godzinach ale za to przystępna finansowo oraz możliwość suszenia rzeczy na tarasie. Bardzo miły personel,dobra organizacja check in & out(może odbywać się totalnie bezosobowo). Fajna przestrzeń wspólna i miła atmosfera w hostelu. Dobra lokalizacja. Hostel położony jest przy ruchliwej ulicy więc potrzebne są zatyczki do uszu w nocy.

• Leonel (7/5): - Casa Noda is really well located and very clean. The stuff are friendly but we didn’t see much them. There is no security at all. The dormitories are unlocked all time and there is front door. Any person could get inside in the room from the street and the business don’t take any responsibility if anything get stolen. There a little locked safe, but the lock is so small who anyone could break it.

• Jaycelyn (9/5): - Location was perfect, and rooms were good and clean. Staff was very nice. The kitchen was perfect and I was able to save some money and cook. Common space is good aswell As others said the security is minimal. If someone forgets to lock the door on the way out, anyone can go in. A simple fix would be to invest in auto locking doors. This would fix all problems. The washrooms and shower being located in the room are good but some people don’t use the space quietly when it’s late/ early. Was woken up at 6 am by someone banging in the sink and someone came home late so woke up then too.

All the negative reviews you see for this stay is worth checking out. Don't be fooled by the ratings, and the person running this hostel clearly does not give a shit about providing good customer service or experience. I left the first hour after showing up, and they noticed the next day because I left the keys (by the way you will not see any staff on site) and the person running it decides to request booking.com to alter my booking so they could let someone else stay without even tell me or even ask a single question asked about my experience, Clearly only cares about making easy money with no effort. They also provided instructions expecting us to do the cleaner's work afterwards LOL. Just unbelievable.

• Jane (9/5): - Very convenient location, walkable to Nagasaki Station, and no hills to climb (Nagasaki is not flat terrain). No front desk, but manager was around and very nice. There was a lot of space in the dorms and a clean, pleasant common room with a kitchen. Girls' dorm was cold when I arrived, and thermostat was complicated to use, even for Japanese speakers. Maybe post some multi-lingual instructions for that. Partner stayed in guys' dorm, and the shower and toilet were clean but not as nice. Nothing major.

• Lauren (7/5): Great location, with some improvements to be made - The location is excellent. It was clean. This hostel is very casual/self service e.g. check-in is by yourself. There are a few volunteers who live at the hostel in exchange for doing cleaning etc. The bed was small, and I could hear every coil creaking when I moved. The pillow was too worn out. Both need to be replaced. It was cold in the room, and there were no instructions for how to turn the air conditioner on. The access to the hostel is completely open to the street. There is no "front door" to open. I was on the fourth floor, so I felt quite comfortable with the security. But I noticed a single room at the entrance stairs to the hostel. I would feel a little strange if I had been assigned that room.
• 黄海 (10/5): 良い思い出がたくさんできました! - どこに行くにも、便利よかった気がします。 ちょっと歩けば主要駅、主要地に行けました! 近辺のお店が予定よりも割と早く閉まってしまって、結局晩御飯がコンビニになってしまいました これは宿や立地の問題であって仕方ないことだと思います。決して、宿が良くなかったわけではないです!!

• Dean (9/5): A clean hostel with helpful staff and situated in a great location for shopping, eating, and visiting points of interest - Location is good for visiting many desirable locations and the staff are very friendly, accommodating, and speak english. It seems minor, but the hostel needs a better setup for someone who may want to shave, either your doing it in the community kitchen area with no place to put your toiletries, or in the laundry room where, again, there’s no place to put your toiletries except on top of the washing machine and the mirror is not over the sink but to the side and away from the sink. The shower lacks a mirror.
• Grant (8/5): Comfortable and quiet stay in a good location - Very clean and convenient to the JR station and the tram network. Quiet. Comfortable. The slog up the stairs with luggage to the 5th level (no lift)

• Mahee (10/5): Le meilleur hostel - Tout était parfait ! Les espaces sont très accueillants, le dortoir réservé aux femmes est grand et propre. Le personnel n’est pas toujours présent, mais ce n’est pas gênant car toutes les explications nécessaires sont disponibles. Les douches sont super ! On peut faire sa lessive, cuisiner, et même accéder au toit. Très bon emplacement !
• Cesare (9/5): Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo - Stanza molto spaziosa rispetto agli standard Giapponesi (noi abbiamo prenotato una stanza privata col bagno). Molto piacevole la terrazza sul tetto per fumatori. Molto pulito, comodo il wc separato dalla doccia. Comodo il deposito bagagli. Prezzo molto conveniente 5 piani senza ascensore. Spazzolino, dentifricio, calzascarpe e ciabatte non erano tra i consumabili disponibili in stanza perché è un ostello e non un hotel
• Rose (8/5): Great friendly and comfortable hostel - Great facilities, clean and modern. Individual bunks were spacious with plenty of space to put luggage and things which was a nice surprise. Toilet and shower, plus sinks all in the room, also great. Amazing value for money! Common room was lovely and vibey Nothing
• Kelvin (8/5): I got value for my stay and enjoyed my brief stay - the bunkers are nicely private and the place is clean. The entrance is a bit steep for heavy luggage and the signage in also obscure
