Norazliyati (8/5): Staycation at t - I like the room location because it is on the ground floor, so my mother and I don't have to climb up the stairs due to our health situation. The water dispenser is also close to our room, just a few steps away from the room's door. I am quite distracted with the sound from next door room or laundry room activities since it was continuous from time to time. The TV signal also not very good and just 3 channel can be watched.

Yazid (6/5): Pleasant - I recently stayed with my sister and niece, and while we appreciated the affordability and convenience, there are a few aspects that deserve serious attention especially if long-term growth and reputation are goals. The room itself was comfortable enough for a family rest, but the cleanliness left much to be desired. The floor felt like it hadn’t been properly cleaned, and the towels provided were clearly not fresh something that should never be overlooked, even in budget accommodations. Details like these matter deeply not only for guest comfort, but also for a hotel’s image and potential as a reliable brand. I always stay here, whenever I don’t feel like back home, looking forward for this upgrade images. A small investment in basic hygiene standards would go a long way. Clean floors, fresh linens, and consistent housekeeping these are essentials, not extras. I truly believe this place has potential. With a few thoughtful changes, it could offer an experience that’s not only affordable but also confidently professional.
