The location is sensational, right in the center of Moab, so you can walk to dinners and don't have to worry about driving back to your hotel. We loved the modern decor, everything was exceptionally beautiful. We used the hot tub and little patio, did some cooking in the gorgeous kitchen and were just very impressed. Will definitely come back to this! There was just one detail that we didn't appreciate - the walls are very thin, and the floors are really cold. The gorgeous high ceilings meant that sounds were amplified, so you could hear every word that was spoken in the living room in the bed rooms. Adding a few rugs or curtains might help swallow the sounds.

Loved the decor. It was EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING upon arrival as we got the email for the entry code THE MORNING WE LEFT. We had had a long day and we had to problem solve on our own on how to enter the suite. Luckily, another group was there and they told us how to get in. I had gotten the EXIT code right away, but not the ENTRY code beforehand.

Loved having a spacious bathroom for each bedroom. Well equipped kitchen supplies & bed & bath linens. Location was quiet and conveniently located. Very good value for the cost. Just perfect! It would be very helpful to remove the #5 from the door on the first floor, and specifically mention in the reservation confirmation that “The Lookout” door #5 is on the top floor. We had trouble locating the door to enter. Beds squeak!
• Jonathan (10/5): Fantastic location is a really fun city. - The location of this property is the best part, it's really central to being downtown with restaurants, coffee, and shopping and the adventure center all within walking distance. We watched the fireworks display from a couple blocks away on the 4th of July. The bedding and furniture were comfy and very homely. Perhaps the kitchen could have been stocked a little better, but it's a minor complaint. Very little was wrong with this property.

• Xiaoxia (9/5): Superb - The property is brand new. Everything is new and clean. We had two bedrooms, one king and one queen bed. The sofa in living room can convert to a queen size bed. What I liked most is the two full bathrooms. The staff was great and responded in minutes.

Especially the aircon which was centrally controlled and very quiet. In terms of the apartment the only thing to let it down was a stain on the mattress cover of the sofa bed...something that maybe hasn't been noticed after a previous guest. Also it wasn't quite a long walk to buy a bottle of wine !!

• Bryan (10/5): - Very much enjoyed our 3-night stay at Robber's Roost. Check-in/check-out very easy. Owner's were quick to respond to requests and the place had everything we needed. It was especially nice after traveling for a week to have access to a washer/dryer and full kitchen. The location is very central so that you can walk to restaurants, tour companies, coffee, etc. The only downside to that was Moab is pretty noise until late at night and early in the morning you can hear lots going on outside. Nothing to be done about that, but something to be aware of if you are a light sleeper.

It is just one block off the center of Main St which means easy walking to all the shops and restaurants. There is a coop food store one block over that has great foods you can prepare in the awesome kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and the comforter cover and pillow covers were so soft. Plenty of room for everyone to stretch out. Did not use the hot tub but it looked sparkling clean. Also nice to have the locked storage area for gear! Check in with key code was easy. We had an excellent time and look forward to returning!

We would head out to the parks in the morning before it got too hot, go back to the condo a few hours later to rest and freshen up and then walk out for lunch. Back out in the afternoon for a drive, another hike or a river trip and then "home" again for a nice shower, clean clothes and then a short walk across the street a block or two for dinner. An evening stroll around town plus a trip to the ice cream take out window at Spokes completed our perfect day. It couldn't have been more ideal!
