• Florence (8/5): - Idéalement situé en plein centre-ville devant le musée Guggenheim, cette auberge de jeunesse a les qualités et défauts d'une auberge de jeunesse en dortoir mixte... Quand le geek insomniaque tapote sur son clavier toute la nuit sans se rendre compte qu'il empêche les autres de dormir... Insonorisation pas terrible (proche d'un axe principal). Prévoir un cadenas pour les casiers : il n'y en a pas en location avec caution comme dans d'autres auberges. Et il n'y avait plus à la vente. On oublie le petit déjeuner compris dans le prix : rien n'est anticipé, la cafetière pas en marche et la cuisine plongée dans l'obscurité sont décourageants. Tant mieux, il y a meilleur alentours !
• Brian (6/5): Very Broken Down - Most of the lockers were broken and you could not truly secure your belongings while you were out. The beds were not comfortable and the very limited electric receptacles were inconveniently located and ususlly being used; several of the secure charging lockers were out of order. The location is great, just across the river from the Guggenheim and reasonably walkable to other sights.
• Thatgirl (6/5): - This is a youth hostel and as such the youth does not clean after themselves. I guess their moms are coming by later to clean up after them. On the plus side nice staff lots of coffee and great view/location. The people here are very nice and very helpful and there is always bread to snack on.

• Ji Tae (8/5): 위치는 좋지만 다인실이 불편한경우 생각해보세요 - 구겐하임 미술관을 보러 빌바오에 들어갔습니다. 위치는 미술관 바로 앞에있어 굉장히 좋았고 단점은 조금 추웠습니다.이불이너무 얇고 배게도 하나를 못받았습니다

• jack (2/5): A 3rd world prison is cleaner - The location is pretty good, that all can I say good about the hostel. The showers were super dirty, the staff was away severa times, this mean no control of people coming in, the lockers for lougage does not work, the room small terrible because most of the blankets small funny.

• - (4/5): Great location! - Great location across the street from the Guggeinheim Museum. Nice staff and very helpful. However, the room was not clean when we got there. One of the beds had blood on the sheets which was very unpleasant.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Conveniently Located Hostel - I stayed at Botxo Gallery for one night to attend the Art After Dark event at the Guggeinheim. The hostel is very conveniently located (10 min walk away from the museum). Because there were so many people in the room, my group found that the room came with a slight smell. Other than that, the hostel was clean. Other things to note: lockers available, bathrooms and rooms are coed, simple breakfast included.

• Ines (6/5): für die Durchreise zu empfehlen - Ich war nur eine Nacht in dem Hostel und dafür hat es auf jeden Fall ausgereicht. Das Frühstück war nicht berauschend, hab ich aber in anderen Hostels in Nordspanien auch nie anders erlebt. Die Zimmer waren ok, nichts Besonderes. Die sanitären Einrichtungen waren sauber.

• Rodrigo (6/5): Hostal con excelente ubicación. - Hostal muy bien ubicado, frente al Guggenheim, a 15 minutos caminando del Casco Viejo y de la estación de caminones. El personal del hostal fue agradable, con excepción de la recepcionista en el turno de los domingos, quien no me permitió guardar mi equipaje en el cuarto de equipaje después de hacer el checkout, a pesar de que sus compañeros me indicaron un día antes que sí sería posible hacerlo. Los baños y las habitaciones podrían estar en mucho mejor estado.

• Gaby (2/5): Pesimo. - Solo es recomendable por su ubicacion. No hay recepcion luego de las 8 pm, una amiga y yo salimos y al llegar debiamos colocar un xodigo de acceso que NUNCA nos dieron ni se nos informo! Tuvimos que timbrar hasta que una amable cliente nos abrio. Asi como entramos nosotros puede entrar cualquiera de la calle! Es deber de ellos darnos nuestros codigos!!! El desayuno no sirve! Te cobran 2 euros adicionales si deseas una toalla o sabana! Las habitaciones estan separadas por un muro que no llegaba al techo, por lo tanto si en tu habitacion todo esta apagado y en la otra la luz encendida..jamas dormiras! Literas triples, es decir aunque una persona trate de no despertarte lo hara es porque es super incomodo subirse! Si bien su ubicacion es absolutamente fantastica prefiero pagar lo mismo en uno un poco mas distante pero que ofrezca algo mejor porque si vamos a un hostal es a descansar, lo esencial de Bilbao se conoce caminando y estan cerca entre si! El diseño es muy agradable a la vista..la habitacion de 15 camas tiene un pequeño salon con varios enchufes (eso es algo) y los candados para los lockers cuestan 2 euros...haganme caso solo apto para mochileros acostumbrados a cosas iguales o peores!

• EUN YOUNG (4/5): 딱 하루정도 참을 수 있는 곳 - 구겐하임 박물관이 보이는 강건너 호스텔로 위치는 나쁘지 않았다. 하지만 두 개의 방이 막만 쳐져 있는 형태라 아늑하지는 않았다. 얇은 시트 이외의 두꺼운 이불이 가격에 포함이 되지 않은 점이 아쉬웠고 전체적인 객실 정리상태 및 화장실 청결 상태도 다녀본 중 최악이었다. 가격이 싸서 그런가 보다 하지만 차라리 관리를 좀 하고 가격을 조금 더 받는 것도 괜찮을 듯. 딱 하루만 그 이상은 아니다.

• Verified traveler (6/5): ガラス張りのホステル - 夜20時以降はスタッフがいません。フロントに名前と説明の書いてある紙があるだけ。電気もセンサー式でシャワー中に消えたりします。コンセントも足りない。バスターミナルからは徒歩30分くらい。まあ普通のユースホステルです。

• Verified traveler (6/5): グッゲンハイム美術館目の前 - グッゲンハイム美術館は目の前ですが、駅からですと橋を渡らないといけないため、グッゲンハイム美術館にあまり興味の無い方には少し観光に不便かもしれません。ベット近くにコンセントが無いため、夜に充電出来ませんでした。

• Verified traveler (4/5): - 有名なグッゲンハイム美術館にはとても近く、夜は周辺を夜景を見ながらゆっくり散歩できました。 ただ、荷物を置くロッカーのカギが壊れており、また、滞在者全てが使用できるロッカーの数はそろっていませんでした。ベッドは3段ベッドの一番下だったので、座るスペースはなく、起き上がる際には寝転がった状態でベッドの外へ足を出す始末でした。隣にバルがあり、夜間は夜遅くまで若者が外でしゃべっており、騒音が全て丸聞こえでした。土曜日は比較的静かでしたが、金曜日は特に遅くまで騒ぐことが多いスペインでは当たり前かもしれません。値段が安いためここでの滞在を決めましたが、寝るだけ、の場所でありました。
• Mark (2/5): Grim - Staff were friendly, not on site overnight though. There are two big dorm rooms with triple deck bunk-beds. In desperate need of a make over. Website pictures are not an accurate reflection. If you're looking purely for a bed for the night and cost is your only consideration then this is a decent option. I'd suggest spending a few quid extra a night and getting a significant upgrade. The rooms are dirty, the mattresses pretty ripe and you are crammed in, now know what submariners feel like. I have hostelled it before, this is up there with the worst of them
• raphael (6/5): Aucune mauvaise surprise - Il s'agit d'une auberge de jeunesse en dortoir avec lits superposés, une fois cela dépassé, tout est très bien ! La vue depuis l'auberge est incroyable, en plein sur le Guggenheim !
• Joan (6/5): Roncar - Imposible dormir. Gente de cierta edad( > 45 ) RONCABAN. Presencia escasa de personal en el Hostel. Sin duda, no lo recomiendo.
• Romina Lorena (2/5): horrible - El hostel esta muy bien ubicado, es lo único bueno que puedo decir. El lugar es muy sucio, horrible, el olor a suciedad se huele desde la recepción, muy desagradable. Las habitaciones de mala calidad al igual que las camas, el baño terriblemente sucio. La verdad sino fuera porque llegue de noche y llovía, me hubiera ido a alojar a otro sitio. No es un hostel para turistas, el dia que llegue estaba lleno de hombres que se hospedaban ahí por trabajo, un solo turista ingles y yo. No lo recomiendo y menos para una mujer sola

Dont ever stay in. - Place was crowded no beds avail at check in, too noisy, nobody to complaint or to answer questions, thats what I call a real ripped off. Had to booked for other hotel to spend the night. Price was like 3 or 4 stars hotel 109.00 eu. Per night. i rather stay outside street than stay in Botxo hostel. Why Hotels.com offer that kind of place? did not call hotel.com that night because too tire & to not mess up the vacation. Never stayed & got charge anyway without spend the night there.

• C (4/5): 不乾淨又不舒適 - 旅館並不很乾淨，設施也不很完好。熱水不穩之外，吹風機跑不出熱風，而我的床墊甚至有污漬。除了離古根漢美術館相當鄰近之外，其餘部分我十分不推薦。
• Rachel (10/5): Good hostel, close to everything! - This hostel is a great place to stay if you are looking for budget accomodation, proximity to city and points of interest, and a communal, hostel experience. We stayed here four days in october and really appreciated the helpful people working there and the open kitchen with place to keep and prepare our own food. Bread and coffee were available throughout the day and we also appreciated that. The rooms are dorms. You have to clean up after yourself and be considerate of others as there is not a lot of private space. Even the bothroom is communal. If you are looking for concierge service and housekeeping, do not stay here!
• Mandy (2/5): Gut genug für zwei Nächte - Es war eines der schlechtesten Hostel in dem ich je war. Absolut lieblos. Und 15 Betten auf 12qm zu quetschen ist schon eine Meisterleistung.

• Marina (6/5): Na frente do Guggenheim, mas nem tanto docentro. - Sem portaria 24h, secador de cabelo ruim, secador de maos nao funciona, cheiro ruim no banheiro, apenas 2 chuveiros, 5 triliches por quarto.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Horrible - charged me but did not provide bed - I informed them by email that I was going to arrive late, they responded that they would leave my information for me. I arrived and used the code to enter, but there was no information for me regarding my room and bunk #. There was info for another person, but not for me. I had no way of knowing which room or bunk I was to use. I had to use internet to search for somewhere else to stay that had 24 hr reception. I then had to walk for an hour and a half to reach it, as well as pay a large amount of money for the room. I contacted the hostel to inform them that they had not provided my information, but they haven't responded.
