Guest Reviews
- 354lauriw (10/5): November at John Muir Lodge - Loved this lodge. Our room was well equipped and the lobby with a fire and warm drinks was lovely. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We also enjoyed the rocking chairs on the covered porches.
- Kay (10/5): - The location is worth the high price. The room is very clean and cozy. The lobby area is nice and the front desk staff was very friendly and informative. The bed is a bit too soft, might be good for side sleepers. There is a small market at the entrance of the lodge area. (Beverages and dry goods)
- Kati (2/5): - We weren’t expecting luxury, we booked here as it’s one of only a couple of options in the Kings Canyon national park. The room and hotel were fine - not brilliantly clean, a bit shabby, and basic facilities - but acceptable for a one night stay if you’re not too fussy. What was really disappointing is that the on-site restaurant (the only place to eat within a 30 minute drive) was experiencing a ‘boil water’ order and operating on a reduced menu. This wasn’t communicated to us at any point before we arrived (which is a real shame as we could have cancelled our booking). We later found the information on the website which explained there was a reduced menu. We had no choice but to eat there and when we arrived the service was bad, and the only choices on the menu were 3 types of pizza or a chicken wrap. There was only fruit juice - no tea, coffee, sodas, or alcohol was available.
We had one pizza and a chicken wrap which were pretty terrible. By around 4.30am the next morning I was very sick and continued to be ill for the next 48 hours. Really disappointed in the communication, service, and facilities. We will definitely not be back!
- Andrew (10/5): - Wonderful and unique experience in a National Park!
- Marc (10/5): - !
- ginkg0leaf (8/5): Fantastic location - Comfortable accommodations in great location right in Kings Canyon park. No air conditioning but fan provided in room. Fridge in room appreciated. Microwave in lobby got a lot of use the night we were there and nice seating in the lobby for eating what we heated in the microwave. Staff very professional.
Drive up to Panoramic Point starts right behind Lodge.
- tracym352 (10/5): Relaxing Stay in Kings Canyon - We enjoyed our stay at the John Muir Lodge. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were always friendly. We loved being able to open our window and enjoy the fresh air and the relaxing surroundings. This lodge is located in Kings Canyon close to the General Grant tree. There is a nearby restaurant in Grant Grove Village that is ok, but you have to order your food at a kiosk, which we didn't prefer. However, the lodge itself was well worth the money and served as a quiet escape from the daily activities.
- Ricky (10/5): - I loved this place. So peaceful and surrounded by the beauty of nature.
- GroverR (10/5): Great Stay in Kings Canyon Providing the Best Access to the Best Nature - This was a great stay in Kings Canyon NP. Before talking this hotel specifically, after reading other reviews, I think it is helpful to explain what a national park hotel is and why you look to stay there. I think another reviewer said it best that this lodge like most NP hotels is rustic. If you are looking for an every channel TV and resort amenities, that is not why you stay in a NP. Yes, NP hotels are rustic and pricey, an unusual combination, but their greatest amenity is to put you close to the natural beauty which has drawn you to the park. They offer you, the customer, the chance to stay the closest to the nature you want to see and by doing so, provide you opportunities others won't get like a chance to experience the park in near solitude. I love staying in park hotels when they have one.
The John Muir Lodge is not a classic, historic NP lodge. It is a more modern late 20th Century lodge that is sort of "no frills". However, what it lacks in resort amenities, it makes up in location and experiences. It puts you only an hour from Kanawyers, which is the end of the road, where the Mist Falls trail begins. It also puts you in the heart of the sequoia portion of Kings Canyon within walking distance to Grant Grove and a short drive to Panorama Point, both of which we did close to sunset in near seclusion on Labor Day weekend. Our room, while dated, was clean and the beds were very comfortable. One of the better features is an exterior porch that is great for sitting and enjoying the forest at sunset and at night.
There were two small issues that impacted our stay, but not my high support for the facility. First, for late August, there was no AC and the raging fire just north of the river meant the room smelled like a smokehouse in the morning. More significant was that the lodge has no elevator, and we were staying on the second floor meaning I had to carry all of our luggage upstairs. Outside of these two issues the stay was great. In addition to getting to see Panorama Point at sunset, we were some of the first people on the hiking trail in the morning and able to get a good parking place. Those things would not have happened if we were not staying in the park. This is a great place to stay in Kings Canyon.
- Kathy (2/5): - Disappointing Stay at John Muir Lodge
I rarely leave reviews, but our experience at John Muir Lodge was poor enough that I felt compelled to share. The room was dirty and the carpet was visibly filthy and looked like it hadn’t been deep-cleaned in ages. The bed was terrible: soft, saggy, and extremely uncomfortable. It felt like sleeping on a worn-out sponge.
The walls were paper-thin, so we heard everything from neighboring rooms and the hallway, making it hard to relax or sleep. On top of all that, the staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. Basic customer service skills were clearly lacking, and any questions or concerns we had were met with indifference.
For the price and location, I expected at least a clean and quiet room with a decent bed — unfortunately, the lodge failed on all fronts. Would not recommend.

- Harley (6/5): - Friendly staff, room was too hot. Dining options were limited and not very good.
- Jan (6/5): Motel6-like in the most beautiful place in CA - I am OK to pay $300+ a night for the privilege of staying in one of the most stunningly beautiful places in California. But I'd expect some minimal quality services to match the price. Yes, the check-in staff was super friendly, but the beds were worn out and uncomfortable. We didn't come for the food either, but oh boy, the ordering system and the food quality was something else. And this in late September. I dread to think what summer busy season would be like.
But I can't stress enough, how stunningly beautiful King's Canyon is, with magnificent drives and hikes and sceneries, easily rivalling Yosemite. Five stars for the weekend experience, but alas, only two stars for the accommodations.
- Sheryl (6/5): OK - It was clean and fine but very basic. There wasn’t really outdoor space to sit outside as the photos suggest. Most of the chairs faced the parking lot. The restaurant was a horrible cafeteria Would not stay here again.
- KathyC237 (8/5): Nice property - We were pleased with the room we had for our one-night stay. Very friendly and efficient staff at all points of contact. Clean, nicely appointed room with great beds. No AC but a tower fan did the trick nicely. Would happily stay here again if the opportunity arose.
- Bianca (10/5): - We loved the location and that’s solely why we wanted to stay here. Staff is great, it is limited in staff but they are very attentive once they’re available. Check in and out was easy. Rooms were clean. They also have a tv which can be rare in National Park lodging. It was a great in between to visit Kings Canyon and Sequoia. We are also really close to Big Stump, General Grant and Panorama View. Overall great time during our National Park venture, and close to amenities.
- GoofysDad (10/5): John Muir Lodge was a great experience!! - Loved the lodge!! The folks were super nice. The shower wasn’t great (the shower trickled out which made it tough to rinse off) but they did have a water challenge which I thought was a great idea-but with the trickle-made it impossible to achieve). Other than that, it was great. Loved the location!!
- Craig (10/5): - Great location by Grant Village and grove. Friendly staff and hood accommodation.
- Daniel (8/5): - We loved our stay with one major issue. The location was great, we arrived late afternoon and were still able to go down and enjoy the General Grant tree and grave. Dinner and breakfast at the restaurant were great. The lobby was fun and inviting. The staff friendly and helpful. The one major issue was the mattress. When you sat on the bed you sunk almost to the floor. Sleeping was interesting. You need to get new mattresses.
- Madeleine (10/5): - A fantastic base to explore the park!
- kristinacC8378VR (2/5): Would not recommend - Rates for rooms are overrated for what you get. 2 channels on TV and they go in and out no air conditioning. Staff is very friendly. Restaurant is subpar
- CHRISTOPHER PAUL (8/5): - It was perfect for is. Location is ~midway between RoadsEnd in KC and Crescent Meadow in Sequoia, allowing timely access to early starts in both parks. Beds are mediocre, but hardly something to complain about for any seasoned outdoorsman. Easy access to ice and water. No a/c if that matters, because it’s comfortable enough in the evenings…only an issue for anyone staying in the room during the day (why would anyone??). All in all, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
- Randy (8/5): - (52øThe staff was wonderful and the rooms were clean and in great condition. Travelers should know, however, that if you are on the second floor there are no elevators. Also, none of the rooms are air conditioned. There is a fan in the room and that with an open window is the cooler. I was there in September and the nights were cool 52ºF, so it wasn't bad. I don't know how it would be in the summer months.
- Eugene (8/5): - Location
- Carla (10/5): We loved our stay here. - We loved it here, sad we only stayed one night. Nice size room, clean, good facilities the lodge had a lovely feel to it. Great base for the giant sequoias and Kings Canyon.
Would definitely recommend.
- James (10/5): - The John Muir Lodge was perfect for my trip to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. The area around the lodge is very quiet. This is especially true if you get out at 4:30 in the morning for a sunrise hike, and you can feel how quiet and dark it is in the parking lot. It feels like the whole world is asleep. In fact, the only issue I really had was finding a place to park after about 8:45 PM because the people who stay at the John Muir Lodge are all in their rooms by that time. You don't have people staying up late and making noise. The Grant Grove visitor center, restaurant, gift shop, and market are all about a 3.5-minute walk away (I timed it), which was very convenient. And if you need a sunset every night, Panoramic Point is only a 2-mile drive away, which was also convenient. Panoramic Point is also good for sunrise; I had the sunrise there to myself on a Tuesday morning. Sequoia is only an hour away for most of its attractions. I'll grant that the Lodgepole market is much better than the Grant Grove market (and the Wuksachi Lodge is better than the Grant Grove restaurant for breakfast), but you also have many more people down in Sequoia. There is also more of a bear problem in Sequoia than up in Grant Grove.
- Huyen (10/5): - The facilty was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the free water bottle refill machine.
- Angineh (6/5): - Kind room is advertised to have sofa bed so booked a room for 3 people. Upon arrival we were told hotel does not sofa beds
- Tanya (8/5): - Beautiful location. Poor eating options. Had run out of drinks in lodge so didnt sit in lovely sitting area as no drinks, snacks.
- Melissa (10/5): - What a fantastic stay we had at John Muir Lodge! Every detail was perfect, from the coffee in the lobby in REAL ceramic mugs, friendly and helpful staff, clean comfortable rooms, quick walk to a fantastic restaurant, gift shop and market at Cedar Grove! I cannot say enough. Highly recommend. Anyone with anything negative to say about the lodge should go stay at a fancy hotel in civilization…you just don’t get it IYKYK
- Anne (10/5): - Bring your own food
- scubanutty (8/5): Great lodge facilities, location, and staff. Just don't expect great food, unless you like junk food. - The facilities are excellent. Staff are friendly and efficient. The restaurant is sub-par for what you are paying for the rooms. There are NO dinner entrees; only lunch is available. So sandwiches, salads, and pizza. They have you order at a kiosk. You will need to provide your own utensils and water. They bring your food, and they never check up on you. They appeared to be short-staffed. Only two people. One at the front desk with the kiosk, serving as host and cleaning the tables. The other delivered you food. The location is perfect if you want to hike the upper part of Kings Canyon and the southern part of Sequoia National Park, both of which are only an hour away. Fresno is an hour away, so easy access to the airport.
- tolliversophie (10/5): Very good option for Kings Canyon - Rustic but very comfortable lodge, with very friendly staff and a few great things (freshly baked cookies, coffee available in the morning, a ton of board games and a beautiful porch). I would definitely recommend !
- Patty (10/5): - Great place to stay when visiting Kings Canyon and Sequoia parks! Loved it!
- Adan (10/5): - Perfect for what we wanted. Quiet and right in the park. It made getting around Kings Canyon and Sequoia Parks so much easier and saved a lot on drive times.
- Geraldine (10/5): - In an excellent location, enjoyed my visitor there.
Everyone was very polite
- Di (10/5): - Nice
- Matteo (6/5): - The overall experience was good but I found the dining offer very poor and bad organized
- abbyhX6817DP (2/5): Not great - The hotel is not well maintained. Parking was limited and the front desk clerk was rude to me. This is not the original hotel, but a cheaply rebuilt version that doesn’t have the same charm as the original lodges. The park itself is beautiful and the park rangers were very helpful. Visit the park, but stay somewhere else.
- Paul (10/5): - .
- DIANE (4/5): - Worse bed I have ever slept in !!
- AnnaH297 (10/5): Don’t miss this gem for King’s Canyon peace and adventure - We absolutely loved this place. The location is fabulous for King’s Canyon. Our room for three adults was super clean and way better than reviews suggest. It’s quite clear when you book that there is no air con. We stayed mid-July, it was 85 degrees during the day, the Lodge had set the room up with a fan, we opened the window (bug screen) wide and had the best night’s sleep with cool fresh mountain air (x2). Super friendly and helpful staff, including freshly baked cookies, thanks team!! You are in the middle of two national parks and it was 100% worth every cent.
- Vicky (10/5): - The lodge and its employees are amazing! Everyone is very friendly. WiFi and cell service are spotty and not extremely reliable if that is important to you. The location is amazing if you are spending time in Kings Canyon or Hume Lake. We look forward to returning!
- Amanda (6/5): - No frills,
No ac but all worth it for convenience and location. Would stay again.
Big lobby area with games/activities provodes
- Candace (8/5): - John Muir Lodge is great for those wanting a basic inside-the-park experience. The rocking chairs on the porches were delightful! Our two queen room was nice and clean and included a small fridge. The only dining in the area is the park run concession which is pricey and not very good. Convenience of having a nice place to sleep close to the sights is worth it though since it is a long drive to just about any of the other available lodging.
- Jessica (8/5): - Friendly Staff, decent rooms. Except the shower was really short. Loved the location. Loved the rocking chairs on the decks.
Would have liked a few more microwaves in the main area. But the service at the Grant Grove village was super slow and they were way under staffed!
However, we Definitely will come back again! But with more of our own food!
- susiem970 (10/5): Great location for exploring the Kings Canyon side of park - I had my doubts about lodging in Kings Canyon Sequoia National Park… the people on the reservation lines were not super helpful. But once you get into the park, the communication really improves. They text us the day before to let us know if we needed any special request. When we got to the hotel reservation with speedy, customer service was really good. Our rooms were the two double queens. Very spacious and we were able to connect our rooms together so that our daughters and us could be close, but not that close.
The water is kind of funky/mineral. Good thing the hotel has refillable water stations with filtered water. Hotel is located in same area as the Grant Grove market, cafeteria, so extra convenient
Heads up, there is no air-conditioning, but at 6200 ft elevation the fans in the room do just fine
Would definitely come back and stay there if I’m on the Kings Canyon side of park
- Verified traveler (8/5): Peaceful Stay - Great experience staying inside the park. No A/C, but plenty cool enough with window open and fan on. Appreciated how quiet it was. No frills, but clean and enjoyable. Coffee in the room and in the lobby, breakfast for purchase down the hill in the park restaurant.
- Pamela (10/5): - This was a great way to see both National Parks in a timely and convenient way. We went in May, so the rooms not having air conditioning was fine. The restaurant wasn’t running at normal hours, so that was a bit frustrating, but we navigated it and overall enjoyed our stay.
- Emily (10/5): Awesome - Great place right in the middle of the action.
- CDTrip72 (8/5): Pleasant Stay - We stayed here for two nights, and it is not that big as it is two levels and 36 rooms in total and was built back in 1998. The lobby area is nice as there are multiple tables to sit at and relax at, and we (and other families) took advantage and use it to play board games. There is a fireplace as well. One nice touch is that they offer coffee for free, which is a refreshing change as we are used to getting nicked and dimed with everything else.
As for the room itself, it was a decent size, but the bathroom was small and the shower head was really at a low level, probably the lowest I have seen at a hotel (and it was a regular bathtub, so it wasn’t for handicap reasons). There is a TV as well with cable but there were not a ton of channels. However, I did not mind as I’ve been to other national park lodges where you got no TV, wireless, or a refrigerator at all, and it came with all of them.
One other nice touch is on each floor there is a place you can go outside and there are some rocking chairs where you can just relax and unwind. Unfortunately, we did not have time to take advantage of it.
The lodge is at a good location because you can just walk to the general store, gift shop, visitor center, and restaurant (however don't eat there and see separate review - Grant Grove) from there. Parking in front of the lodge is a little limited, but if you cannot get a spot, you can get something about 5 minutes away so it is not a big deal.
Overall, we liked it and would stay here again.
- Jason (6/5): - Very convenient being in Kings Canyon National Park. The rooms were quite dated & loud. Room 102 should be turned into the housekeeping closet since it is right under the stairs & you can hear every step. The restaurant didn’t have a lot of options & was slow but it was something. There is a microwave & coffee in the lobby so that was helpful.
- 165MattH (4/5): OVERPRICED motel 6 quality lodge in a beautiful park. - This is a Motel 6 quality experience that we paid $275 a night for. You are paying for location (the only choice in or near the park) but for the price I would expect nicer. The beds were rock hard, there's a sign about the low flow shower heads which was almost NO flow! No air conditioning (yes it was hot) and staff just didn't give a crap if you were satisfied or not.
DO NOT STAY IN ROOM 203 !!!
The restaurant nearby has a very limited menu so we cooked steak at the outside picnic tables (way better!)
My wife like the lodge overall, but I was pretty resentful over the price I had to pay for very average or slightly below average accommodations.
- cimiran (8/5): Wonderful - Great location. Nice staff and room! Grant Grove (restaurant) experience could have been better. Must do the scenic byway drive.
- Julia Vasanthi (10/5): - Loved the hotel .It had WiFi and access to all places and right in the middle of everything
- Rhona (10/5): - Beautiful surroundings, rooms very hot as no ac just a fan , rooms done the job and pizzas at the restaurant were delicious
- Caddyjane (10/5): Great experience at John Muir Lodge - We were pleasantly surprised with the John Muir Lodge. It’s nicer quality than Yosemite and Grand Canyon. The rooms are more updated. The bed and linens are good quality. The environment is less crowded and everything is close by. There is nice outdoor space to enjoy too.
- John (8/5): - Basic hotel. Good dining option at the Grant Grove restaurant. Conveniently located. Staff was friendly and hospitable. 4 stars because the rooms were small and dated. However, I would stay again.
- Kenneth (10/5): - The views and access to other park amenities.
- Penny (8/5): - Pleasant stay
- Lydia (8/5): - I would like to commend manager Susan who was warm and took good care of her staff and the property
- I2037XScarolynj (8/5): Satisfactory lodge for a one night stay. - We chose to stay in Grants Grove for one night at the John Muir Lodge, so we could get a head start on the road to Kings Canyon National Park. It was a bit pricey for a one night stay, but convenient to our travel schedule. We never received directions to the lodge and couldn't find it on any of the park maps, but knew where Grants Grove was, so asked for directions at the welcome center. The lodge is nicely located a short distance up the hill from the welcome center in a quiet area. We had a first floor room with 2 queen beds and was pleasantly surprised at how nice it seemed, even though very rustic. We slept comfortably. The room had a cylinder air conditioner of some sort in the corner that allowed us to close the window at night and keep the room at the temperature we wanted. The only issue we had was minor, that the shower head was very low and my tall husband had to duck his head to wash his hair. The lobby of the lodge had nice tables and chairs, microwave, some packaged foods for sale, and coffee makers. There were tons of games (probably 40?) available for use. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. This was a quiet hotel even though it was completely booked. Because there is only a poor excuse for a restaurant a few blocks away, I would only recommend one night here, which is a shame, because the lodge itself is nice. They need a good restaurant in the village.
- Charla (10/5): - Great stay right in the park and close to a visitor center, store, restaurant, and even a post office.
- Mary (6/5): - Very dusty hotel and area
- William (6/5): - This hotel commands its price because it is located in the park. It does have a pleasant lobby for relaxing, and there are rocking chairs on the porches. But there is no area immediately adjacent to the hotel to explore, just a parking lot and a paved road to walk to the restaurant and visitor's center. At night, it is totally dark once you exit the front door to the parking lot. We brought our small dog and there is no area set aside for him to relieve himself. In fact, most of what is accessible on the hill has signs to stay off. The room just has a fan for cooling. The only microwave is in the lobby. I thought the staff were good at their jobs.
- Leonila (10/5): - Place is nice and convenient
- Denise (6/5): - Cute cabin, nic walk down to gift shop and dining. Could use a bed upgrade.
- Ray (8/5): - Nice property but dated. Cleanliness could be better but nice comfortable bed
- bicsteele (2/5): Poor food service - While I didn’t expect much but this was so low I have
To say something. The kiosk driven food venue while not great works marginally well elsewhere in the park but at this location I waited an hour for a simple quesadilla and salad.
I would never have received it had I not gone up and complained and asked for it. It then arrived quickly although cold as it had clearly just been sitting in the kitchen with no attempt to serve it.
I get these folks are underpaid and but do something other than mutter a sorry for the wait!
Oh and the place had dirty tables everywhere
So I assume they were also totally understaffed
- GolfCartFun (10/5): A happy surprise! - We have been to several National Park lodges and had marginal experiences. This was a pleasant surprise! It was clean, roomy, updated, staffed well. A very happy stay! Even the food at the restaurant was above average. We enjoyed it all. Would recommend staying here for anyone visiting Kings Canyon or Sequoia NPs.
- Susan (8/5): - Overall the lodge has a log cabin charm. The front desk provided adequate service. Coffee is provided in the lobby common area but constantly needed to be refilled which was not attended to without prompting. The room was ok but better attention needed to dusting all surfaces including the blinds ( which are not blackout , prepare to wake at first light or bring a mask). Mattresses need to be replaced, could feel the springs- very uncomfortable. It’s really the only option for lodging in the park with en suite bathrooms but for the price could use some upgrades for comfort
- Ash (6/5): Resting on its laurels - work needed - Very dated property with limited facilities.
Staff were sassy about people trying to check in and hour early then had a full lobby 2 hours after check in time because none of the rooms were clean.
- Ethan (10/5): - Close to Panoramic Point Overlook and General Grant Tree. Nice staff and clean room. Need to walk to Grant Grove Village for breakfast, though. Overall, highly recommended.
- Natividad (10/5): - Amazing place
- James (8/5): - Nice room in the park. Pricy for the value. Rooms noisy with loud plumbing noises in wall.
Attached restaurant very bad service. One hour to get a pizza
- Verified traveler (10/5): Wonderful location!! - Perfect location on the edge of King’s Canyon National Park. Next to a store, visitor center and restaurant. Very clean. Excellent staff. Lovely porch with rocking chairs. Highly recommend!!
- Barbara (10/5): Lovely stay - Nice place. Very clean and peaceful. Friendly and welcoming staff!
- Mountainman827 (8/5): Good place to stay in Kings - Rooms were good except for mattress that needs replacement. They challenge you to a 5 minute shower no problem water is set so it's barely warm. Quiet room. Great Wifi compared to Yosemite. Beautiful area so would stay again it comings back to Kings. Restaurant and store close by.
- Leah (10/5): - Great place to stay inside the park. Has everything you need and nice rooms.
- John (8/5): - Good inside the park lodging at a fair price.
- Hugh (8/5): Poor catering - Great location. Rooms good.
The meal service provided at the remote dining room leaves a lot to be desired. No staff on hand. Electronic meal ordering only. No wine available. In short it’s typical of the Delaware North form of industrial catering….. May work in a hospital but not for a premium location. Very poor..
- Brian (10/5): - What a lovely property. Clean, comfortable, quiet. The check in was easy. The staff was welcoming. The restaurant was closed, for some work, but the recommended another hotels' restaurant and it was close. I would love to stay again, in the future.
- Juliette (10/5): - Quiet location and clean rooms. Great location
- Julie (10/5): - this was great. clean. great lobby area where we hung out and played games. food options are limited, but food was not bad.
- Henry (10/5): - Beautiful location.
- mary (10/5): - Small clean quiet wonderful lodge, beautiful forest view, great walking area, nice helpful staff.
- Marie-Helene (8/5): - John Muir lodge is the only place where to spend the night outside the north part of Sequoia Park. Very basic lodge for the price.
Limited water pressure in shower.
Clean and large room. No A/C only heater.
Coffee in the room but no breakfast at the lodge. The restaurant is 5 min walk from there to offer basic lunch, diner and breakfast.
- Robert (10/5): - Very friendly people and nice lodge in a beautiful setting
- Julian (8/5): - It's showing its age a little bit but the rooms have everything you need and the location is to die for. The restaurant is nearby and has a basic but adequate menu.

- M2350KSceliab (10/5): In the snowy forest - Even with piles of snow on the ground and slush on the trails Sequoia Forest is gorgeous and both exhilarating and relaxing. The trees are worth the visit, uou should go see them! And the lodge rooms are comfy and quiet and the food at the restaurant is outstanding.
- Jami (10/5): Great cozy place to stay. - The John Muir lodge was a great place for our family. The room was clean, the food at the restaurant was really good and the staff were incredibly helpful and nice! We would DEFINITELY stay here again!
- mi (6/5): - We couldn’t sleep because of an intermittent noise the whole night! We thought it was the heater but after struggling to sleep the whole night we found out it was the refrigerator unit that was old and was making that sound! The keurig coffee maker had water left over from who knows when… so we chose not to use it since couldn t clean it…Also the dining choices were very limited and the only restaurant in the property food was like can food😩. Hope they improve that too. But otherwise rooms were clean😊
- Richard (10/5): - Beautiful property excellent staff
- Narine (10/5): - The vacation was simply wonderful. A quiet and beautiful place with amazing fresh air. I especially loved the furniture made from high-quality log wood. The atmosphere inside is very cozy. And the staff at the reception are amazing people.
