- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice and cozy hotel in the best class **** - Very nice staying, and in our case. Perfect with a kitchen and all facilities as a refrigerator and freezer. The toilet is perfect with a bathtub and good lighting. Excellent bed for nice sleeping and relaxing to television. Fantastic view from the fifth floor. Excellent breakfast with all you like, also for kids. Kindly servants. The hotel has a nice lounge and high service. Good transport from CDG 1 to the hotel via taxi and bus, the whole day and return.

Äggröra katastrof, bacon kokt inte stekt. Personalen i receptionen super trevliga och proffsiga. Menagern trevlig, speciellt receptionisten Sandeep och Soumaya

- Lloyd (10/5): - Breakfast was a disaster. Coffee machins worked, everything else was out, unappealing or unappetizing - orange juice, eggs, bacon/ham?, toast (toaster only half worked and slowly). Eggs out of a carton and still wet. We just left and looked for breakfast elsewhere. I know that everyone arrived at the same time, but 40 people milling about trying to find something to eat is not good. Easily the worst hotel provided breakfast in 3 weeks.
- Peter (4/5): - Hotel zal vol, kreeg niet de gevraagde kamer, gewisseld van kamer. Tweede kamer was de airco stuk en plafond in badkamer lek. Ontbijt was vreselijk, alles op, overal meerdere keren om gevraagd. Schandalig voor die prijs.

- Marie (2/5): - Facility is in great need of care/renovation. Strong smell of moisture on the second floor. The carpet is dirty throughout the hotel. Walls must be painted. Moisture and rust in the bathroom must be removed. The price does not match the poor state of the rooms. Employees did their best to accomodate and welcome us.
- Robert (6/5): - The good news: the facility is very nice and the rooms are very nice. The bad news: After arriving at the CDG, I called the hotel about a shuttle. The told me to walk from terminal F to D and the shuttle was at door 6. Got there, no shuttle. Called and I was told that the shuttle was picking up other passengers and to wait. Half hour later, called and the message was the same. Half hour later, ditto, Half hour later, ditto. After two hours, I got a taxis (15.5 euros) to the hotel. They wanted a 250 euro deposit on the room, which was removed the next day. They also charged 25 euros for the shuttle from the hotel to the airport the next day. The room was nice and the price was good, except for the additional charges to get to and from the hotel.

- Taehyung (10/5): 프랑스 올때마다 올 예정인 레지던스. - 3월 프랑스 입국해서 한번 투숙했는데 좋아서 5월 출국전 다시 예약해서 또 옴.처음에는 1층,요번에는 5층 있어보니 고층이 더 좋은듯.공항근처지만 유리방음이 좋아서 비행기 소리가 작게 들립니다.지하 주차장도 큰편. 직원들도 친절합니다.요번 객실에서 아쉬운건 거실 한쪽벽면 전기코드들이 다 작동을 안해서 불편했습니다.

Quarto confortável com camas macias e bons lençóis. O Kit da cozinha bem ajustado a tudo que se necessita de acessórios. Água disponível todos os dias em frasco mineral para número de ocupantes. Janelões grandes,antirruídos, cortinas harmônicas co a decoração. Casa de banho bem higienizada, e adequada às necessidades do hóspede. E caso precise de um travesseiro a mais, só solicitar que há um pronto atendimento. O hotel fica bem próximo ao Aeroville um shopping bem grande. E também ao aeroporto,facilita muito principalmente quem aluga um carro como nós fizemos.Adoramos! Sem dúvidas numa outra oportunidade mesmo que seja mais distante do centro de Paris de qualquer forma é tranquilo e possui estacionamento seguro.Aliás, o Hotel tem segurança máxima de acessos...

Every person at the front desk tell you diferents things, they charged me extra money and i was trying to communicate with the manager to complain but they told me was not posible. The staff were rude. First day of registration the person was on the phone for 20 minutes and made me wait without saying anything he was talking and talking on the phone.

- Niall (6/5): Good but not great. - The hotel was very comfortable and the rooms were nice although they were only cleaned every 3 days and at one stage I ran out of loo roll. Many of the facilities in hotel are akward such as the lifts and doors which have a glitchy card system that is not user friendly and on occasion does not work. The hotel regularily close the gate which is akward for taxis. Food in the restuarant was okay but too expensive and the tuck shop was a rip off charging €3.50 for a snickers bar. Complete price gouging. Otherwise the place was comfortable and the staff were pleasant. I'd rate the hotel a 3.5 star.
