• Verified traveler (2/5): No power, cold shower, little concern - This is a hostel style accommodation above a pub. Cleanliness was an issue between the bathrooms and the room itself. I made tea and didn't drink it as there was a floating layer of who knows what. We had no power in the rooms upstairs and no hot water. I initially got blamed by a guy knocking on my door asking if I'd used a plug converter. I hadn't yet needed to and he said I couldn't. Because of this I couldn't charge my phone or more importantly my hearing aids. I also got harassed but one of male guys running there place about whether I'd paid for parking which was clearly stated was included in the reservation. The female bartender was kind and great through it all. The men were accusatory and didn't seem to care that things weren't working.

Upon arrival at the property, I was informed that they do not work with Booking.com and they refused to provide me with a room. As a result, I was left without accommodation despite having a confirmed booking and payment. I kindly request a full refund of the amount paid (£63) as I was unable to use the service I paid for. • John (1/5): Brief ( a few minutes) and ugly. - They cancelled my reservation when I showed up (no prior notice), but only after taking an ID from me and photocopying it. Nothing I liked about the place. Glad I didn't stay, so long as I get a full refund. They should be struck off of Bookings.com

• Jason (1/5): Stay at your peril - Nothing Place was a dump, terrible unhelpful staff, Booked a triple and a twin room for five men all working together, the triple room was sold as three single beds but that room was not ready so they put us in two twin rooms, one with a double bed and a singlebed and expected two workmates to share the double bed 😤 one of the staff told me this happens all the time

• Oisin (1/5): Do not stay here - Bathroom facilities dirty and lacked essentials like toilet paper and soap. On Friday night the karaoke and music from the bar continued until 3am extremely loud. Late on this Friday night/early Saturday morning two men somehow entered the room. They left when they realised it was the wrong room but this was a severe breach and I did not feel safe on the property after this.

Bedding was dirty, room wasn’t cleaned after the last person,shower filthy too (I didn’t use it! Went to have a shower at my friends)

• Andrew (1/5): Terrible cheap accommodation in Hounslow - Tv in the room The accommodation was located above a pub, but this was clearly NOT in the listing description. Friday night was VERY noisy due to DJ playing music until 1/2am. Scruffy and untidy shower rooms with dirty wet towels on the floor and empty shampoo bottles strewn across the shower tray. The bedroom carpet hadn't been vacuumed in a while, so it was a bit dirty. My towel had a rip in one corner. The outside door was open to the street, so anyone could just walk in. I was given room number 3. Opened the unlocked door to find that the room was already occupied. The windows in the new room opened out to a nearby patio for the pub where people were chatting VERY loudly. Could still clearly hear the loud music whilst in the room. Had to keep windows closed due to the noise, so the room was uncomfortably hot. I couldn't leave fast enough upon checkout.

• Pauline (4/5): I wouldn’t recommend this accommodation - Proximity to public transport The bathrooms were dirty. There wasn’t any internet (requested three times) there was a lady sleeping in bathroom and there wasn’t any hot water in other two showers
• Julie (1/5): Doubled booked druggie hostel, do not stay there. - Nothing We were given a room key and there was already someone in there. It was filthy and smelling like cannibis. We complained and the barmaid was very helpful and said she would clean it, but it would have taken a week to get it clean. We waited for about an hour to be told it was doubled booked and it was booking.com fault. We had already travelled for 3 hours and had to try and book a room somewhere else. I have wrote to booking. Com for the money to be returned but have had no response. So honestly please don’t go there it is a filthy drug ridden place. We stayed in travel lodge near the airport for 30 pound more. Avoid at all costs please

Cleanliness was extremely poor both in room and toilet Staff service was bad as they offered us a room without cleaning after the previous customer. They first offered us a room where our customer were already there and we had to accidently get into that room due to double booking.

• Tam (1/5): Not what we paid for, and discusting washing and toilet facilities. - Location was perfect for our visit. The Indian food was very good. We booked 4 separate rooms which was confirmed. However, on arrival we were given our room cards to find the 2 of the rooms already occupied!! The girls on the desk couldn't help so called the owner. His excuses and compensation were paltry to say the least. This fella had obviously sold on two of our booked rooms and gave us 2 rooms with two single beds. I could not be bothered arguing as we were only there for two nights, but I should be compensated for the two rooms we didn't receive. As for the state of the place, well I will not be staying there again, and would advise others to stay clear. The toilets and showers are a health hazard. The room facilities are so basic, discusting towels and dodgy kettles. If there was a fire it would be difficult escaping due to the amount of doors, and a lack of signage. As for fire equipment, I never seen any. We were well aware of the noise issue before arrival, so it was expected and on a plus note, the Indian food was very good. Thankfully we only slept there and any longer than 2 nights would have been unberable. The photos depicting this place are nothing like what you will find so do not be fooled. I will no doubt get a response like "you get what you pay for"...well we didn't
• Paul (1/5): Definitely the worst accommodation I have ever experienced. - We simply wanted somewhere to sleep. We didn't want anything fancy. But, we couldn't sleep. The room is above a pub which plays extremely loud music until 2am. When the music stopped, the fighting started outside on both nights. There is no drinking water available. The shared toilets and showers were disgusting.
