O restaurante Sense oferece um ótimo café da manhã e o terraço no quinto andar é um lugar muito agradável para um final de tarde. A proximidade da estação Termini permite movimentação rápida pela cidade. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos, com destaque para Marco na recepção e Lorenzo. Tanto na chegada quanto na saída foram muito atenciosos conosco. Ficamos muito satisfeitos com o atendimento

Impeccabile sotto tutti gli aspetti: un caloroso benvenuto da parte del portiere, un concierge pronto ad accogliere ed esaudire ogni richiesta e un personale di reception attento e preparato per qualsiasi necessità. Le camere sono spaziose, immacolate e dotate di ogni comfort possibile. La pulizia di ogni singolo spazio è impeccabile. La colazione offre qualsiasi tipo di prelibatezza si possa desiderare. Tutto lo staff è gentile, accogliente e professionale. Palazzo Montemartini è un vero gioiello nel cuore di Roma e non potrei raccomandarlo più caldamente. Torneremo sicuramente!

- Martin (9/5): Top Lage, grossartiger Service und eine Rooftop-Bar zum Verlieben - Wir hatten während einer Woche einen ausgesprochen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Palazzo Montemartini Rome, A Radisson Collection Hotel. Die Lage ist ideal – direkt beim Bahnhof und damit perfekt für Anreise und Ausflüge. Das Hotel überzeugt durch seine hohe Sauberkeit sowie das äusserst freundliche und aufmerksame Personal. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sensationelle Frühstücksbuffet, das keine Wünsche offenlässt. Ein echtes Highlight ist zudem die Rooftop-Bar mit ihrem wunderbaren Blick über die Dächer von Rom – einfach traumhaft. Einzig der Verkehr ist auch nachts sehr intensiv – es braucht einen tiefen Schlaf, um nicht gestört zu werden. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Rooms are large and very clean and the restaurant provides a very good breakfast (and the best coffee in Rome). We would definitely come back.

Pas cool pour des chambres "premiers prix" . Absence de bar : encore une fois( 2è séjour ici perso) le Rooftop était fermé, donc aucun bar dans cet hôtel 5* ... un peu la misère quand même. Excuse bidon de ne pas l'ouvrir alors qu'il fait très beau et déjà chaud en avril !! It was large and very comfortable, and included a good-sized table and chairs which we found very convenient. The room was also spotless. The location was excellent, being so close to Rome Termini for both train and bus transport. The restaurant food was also really good. We look forward very much to staying again in the future.

- 749devendrag (10/5): Memorable stay - We stayed in this hotel for three nights. It is centrally located, in front of roma termini station, easy access to all the major sites. The overall vibe and energy of the hotel, from reception, rooms, lobbies to restaurant is excellent. Rooms are spcaious and very clean, peaceful, provides comfortable stay. The sleep quality in the rooms was excellent. Service level in the hotel is also very good. The staff is very helpful is one needs any information. For the room rent, it is an excellent value for money. Would highly recommend this hotel.

From the moment I stepped out of the taxi the staff were amazing to the moment I left. The room was out of this world we had a room on the top floor with amazing sky window. My kids said its the best room they have slept in. The breakfast and bar stuff were amazing always going out of there way to serve us. I would like to thank the wonderful reception stuff for making our stay so memorable. I don't think I could fault this hotel to be honest.

Few minutes walk from main train station and Metro, which made getting to the airport and all the main sights very easy. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Everything you could possibly want to start your day was served. Even had someone making pancakes and crepes on demand. We had dinner at the restaurant one evening and the food was delicious. Drinks at the bar were expensive. Dinner menu also a bit on the expensive side but the food was delicious so we saw it as a treat after walking a lot all day. Spa should have been included in the price of the room.

The room was very spacious and also the gym was very clean and well equipped with free weights etc. Especially all staff were extremely helpful and they assisted me with proactively and gave good advice

- FarAway41589771587 (10/5): A Memorable Stay Made Special by Incredible Staff - Our stay at Palazzo Montemartini Rome was one of the best hotel experiences we have had in a long time. Everything was exceptional, from the room and facilities to the genuinely friendly and accommodating staff. From the moment my wife and I arrived, the team went out of their way to make us feel welcome. It was the small touches that really stood out. There was a very slight delay (less than 40 minutes) with our room being ready, but it was handled perfectly. We were invited to relax in the bar with complimentary drinks while we waited, and once we had settled into our room, a bottle of champagne along with a lovely handwritten note was sent up to apologise again. These thoughtful gestures continued throughout our four day stay and made a real difference. The spa facilities were excellent, and we enjoyed a wonderful massage towards the end of our trip, a perfect way to unwind. The pool area was superb as well, offering a calm, quiet, and very relaxing space. A special thank you to some of the exceptional staff who made our stay so memorable: Marco, Daniele, Lorenzo (thank you for the fantastic restaurant recommendations), and Lou at the Concierge desk for all the advice and warm greetings each day. Truly some of the nicest staff we’ve come across. By the end of our stay, neither my wife nor I wanted to leave. Thank you Palazzo Montemartini Rome, we will be back!

- Zongwei (10/5): 超过预期的满意！ - 距离火车站和地铁站都非常近，这给行程带来了很大的方便。 除了晚上睡觉时，能听到外面在午夜自high的人这一点可能有点影响睡眠（不是酒店的问题），其他非常非常满意。 我的房型比我在图片上看到的还要大很多。 酒店自带拖鞋和吹风机，把餐食叫到房间吃也很方便。 如果是想要在酒店内办公的话，我觉得没那么舒适，因为沙发和床都太适合睡觉了（是低矮的），并不适合办公的高度。希望大家出来玩的时候，都不会有需要办公的场景。 礼宾服务也很好，行李是单独帮我拿到房间的。寄存也很方便。

Ein toll renovierter Palazzo, Frühstück reichhaltig, ebenso das Restaurant empfehlenswert. Der Bus zum Outlet Ostia hält neben dem Bahnhof. Ostia ist eine alte römische antike Stadt und Hafenstadt.

Reichhaltiges Frühstück, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, das Zentrum und der Vatikan sind mit dem Taxi in 10-20 Minuten zu erreichen. Forum Romanum und Kolosseum zu Fuß in 30 Minuten. Ruhige Zimmer, Spa und Pool im Haus. Und ein Restaurant mit römischen Säulen.

- kermit5785MQ (10/5): Great hotel to set the atmosphere to explore ancient Rome - I disagree strongly with some of the reviews on here. We had a lovely 3 night stay here in March at what is a beautiful hotel set in a splendidly looking building. The staff were all very helpful, friendly and engaging in all areas of the hotel. Keen to converse with you and make your stay pleasurable. The breakfast room is beautiful and the breakfast is one of the best we have ever had in a city break hotel. The whole breakfast experience is lovely and tranquil with the sound of the water feature in the centre of the room. The decor of the dining room really sets the atmosphere for a day exploring the ancient city of Rome. The location is ideal and immediately opposite the main train station and metro, and yes there was a little background noise you could hear in the room from the outside goings on here and there at times, but what do you expect if you want a hotel in one of the busiest and most convenient parts of the city!! It was very minor and certainly wasn't enough to affect a good nights sleep. The room was spacious and very clean and well maintained. Couldn't really fault anything to be honest.

We got a free update and the room was spacious, very clean, and well designed, with comfortable beds and high-quality amenities. What really stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional. They were always attentive, happy to help with any request, and made the whole experience feel very personal and smooth. - FinnStreber (4/5): Rude front desk but superb breakfast - Location is good, room was very clean and breakfast superb but the front desk was fully unprofessional. The old male servant (check-in) was very rude and slow in his tasks and forgot to explain all the basic things. The middle-aged male servant during check out was behaving in a strange manner. Language skills were poor and he was very reserved and stiff. The atmosphere in the front desk reminded Hitchcock’s Bates Motel. The breakfast room staff was quite normal, though. I will not choose this hotel for my next business trip. This hotel is definitely not a luxury hotel in a sense of Nordic Radisson quality. The room interiors was not cozy or stylish. The pictures do not correspond the reality at all.

- Liam (10/5): Amazing home from home five star experience in Rome - The location is perfect, short cab ride or walk to all of the big attractions. Quiet at night, breakfast and staff were amazing. Particularly Chiara who helped with so many small touches for the true 5 star experience, scheduling the spa means you get real quality time alone or with a partner, if you stay in Rome it must be here. Also huge thanks to Lorenzo who was so helpful and kind with many recommendations, felt like home away from home Grazie Mille Nothing
