- Nga (7/5): A break from the hustle and bustle of the city - It's a good place to relax. Far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We liked the Changi boardwalk from which could enjoy a panoramic view of the sea. We could see quite a number of stars outside the hotel guest lounge at night. Don't know why we cannot adjust a comfortable temp while sleep, sometimes too hot, sometimes too cold. The duvet is a problem, very lumpy and uncomfortable.

- JONGHOON (9/5): - very quiet and clean the room. the coffee in cafeteria is absolutely perfect. restaurant and cold food grocery shops are too far from hotel. they provide the shuttle, however if they have convenient store in hotel, it would be great.

- Silke (8/5): - In der nähe des Flughafens, was als zwischenstopp perfekt war. Gutes Frühstück.
- Elizabeth (9/5): Great property don't book through booking.com try agoda - The property was lovely however don't book through booking.com as you can get a cheaper price through Agoda. I booked through booking.com then tried to price match with the Agoda price which was much cheaper. booking.com refused to price match even though I had all of the same details on the booking with Agoda.
Great staff, good food, beautiful gardens, comfortable beds. Booking.com refused to price match you can get a cheaper price through Agoda.
- Cheryl (8/5): Stay was good and would be even be even better if the maintenance work didn’t take place - Great for retreat, comfy and have sufficient facilities for my personal retreat. Enjoyed the roof top garden too Management should inform guests if there are maintenance work going on. On my way to my room on the 1st day, I smelled the strong thinner, and then on the day I check out too. Intended to stay in my room to do some reading and rest, I was disturbed by the occasional knocking by the hammer from a near by room (probably the next room) and very strong smell of thinner that went to my room - only to realise that the thinner smell was so strong when I opened the toilet door when I was about to use the toilet.

Hotel Review: Changi Cove
I had a very pleasant stay at Changi Cove. The location is tucked away in a quiet and peaceful part of Changi, making it a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Perfect for anyone looking for a calm and relaxing environment.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a restful night’s sleep. In the morning, the breakfast spread was excellent, with a good variety of options to suit different tastes.
Overall, Changi Cove is a great choice if you value tranquility, cleanliness, and a satisfying start to the day with their breakfast. I would be happy to return for another stay.
- Jayasundara mudiyanselage (10/5): Stay was fantastic, and I’d still recommend Changi Cove Hotel for its great service, comfortable rooms, and peaceful atm - Changi Cove Hotel is fantastic! The staff are warm and helpful, the food is delicious, and the free shuttle to the MRT and Changi Village makes getting around super easy. A peaceful, comfortable place to stay—I highly recommend it! The only downside was the WiFi connection, which wasn’t as reliable as I’d hoped.
- Jerouson (10/5): - Propreté

Petit déjeuner excellent
- tony (7/5): - Breakfast included. Pillows and bed too hard. Honestly pillows like sleeping on a brick. My room was upgraded apparently! But had to ask to be moved at 3 in the morning as a noise on the roof kept me awake for 2 hours. Not ideal after a long haul flight. Not sure that just a sorry was enough, maybe a reduction in room rate might have been nice.
- Reeya (5/5): Okay. But won’t be my next option - Architecture Wifi not working properly.
- Hanz (6/5): Below with my previous experiences, hope the property improves moving forward. - Stayed here 4–5 times already. If you like a more natural vibe, you’ll definitely enjoy it here. The room is bigger compared to hotels in the city at the same price. Some things look a bit older than in the photos, but they do their best to keep it well maintained. Stayed here multiple times and even recommended this place to friends. I really like the property, but this time was a bit disappointing. Still like this place overall, and I hope the management can take this feedback positively.
The room was different from what I booked-
We were given a room where the window was fully covered with translucent tape, so there was no view at all. It was disappointing, especially since no one informed us beforehand. Luckily, the manager helped change the room later, which we appreciate, but it would’ve been better to be told about it upfront.
Breakfast-
The listing says "buffet," but during our stay, the coffee machine was out of beans/powder and no one refilled it.
Renovation noise-
In the morning of 7 September around 10:45 AM, there was minor renovation work — hammering sounds for about 15–20 minutes. It would’ve been nice to be informed in advance, or better yet, schedule it after the 12 PM checkout time.
- Franca (7/5): Good stop over for 1 night - Nice greenery everywhere!
Good stop over for 1 night
- Chayanit (6/5): Stayed on the 3rd floor on 1st Sep and unfortunately the air-conditioning was very weak. It only felt like a fan blowing - Service Stayed on the 3rd floor on 1st Sep and unfortunately the air-conditioning was very weak. It only felt like a fan blowing air, with no real cooling, and I could hardly sleep through the night which is so disappointing.
We arrived around 1 AM and were too exhausted to request a room change. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and service was good, but the hotel really needs to address the air-conditioning issue.

- Robert (8/5): Very convenient for short stay, shuttle to MRT - Convenient to Changi Airport, 24hr desk and good value Pillows were a bit hard
- Amy (10/5): - Was very clean and staff were super helpful. Pretty close to the airport too
- Alwin (8/5): -
- Tim (10/5): - It was quiet… breakfast has fantastic.
- Jeremy (5/5): -
- Merja (9/5): Fantastic service in a great hotel. - A great place for a stop-over. The room was exceptionally clean, the staff very friendly, the breakfast great.
- Margaret (9/5): Very good value for money - The location, staff, rooms, cleanliness
- Karen (8/5): Comfortable and relaxed - The friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was good and staff helpful. The fact that there was no facilities to have a shower and freshen up as we had a late evening flight so had to leave the room by 12md but then could not shower prior to the airport. This would have enhanced our experience
- Tony (8/5): Very good -
- Joao (8/5): Very good -
- Giri (5/5): Passable -
- Padman (2/5): Look for better options! - The friend office female staff was very friendly Water did not drain on the wash basin. Aircon was not effective. The male staff in the front office was indifferent.
- Alwin (6/5): Pleasant - Location No porters
- Emil (9/5): Superb -
- Joseph (10/5): Exceptional - Great place to stay if you are laying over at the airport
- Frank (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ccchsss (10/5): Sanctuary - Such a beautiful sanctuary.
Staff are so nice and it feels like home when we return.
So wonderful to step out and be walking in Changi boardwalk and listening to bird calls.
- John (10/5): Every thing was perfect from the moment i have arrived till we left we were even alowed a late check - I had the best service ever , and would recommend , this hotel highly for the lady at the reception was friendly, polite and very professional
- Bobbie (6/5): Convenient location - dated interior - Convenient location to and from airport. Reasonably priced for Singapore accommodation. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Decent breakfast. Cleanliness was unfortunately lacking - other peoples hair was on the shower wall.
Very dated - especially the bathroom, things were peeling & ?rusting, very dated and need refurbishing.
- Rudra (8/5): Very good -
- Patricia (8/5): Very good - great for stopover A little bit further away from airport than we would have liked
- Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional - I had broken my ankle and the staff were super helpful and accommodating. The hotel is close to the airport. They have a restaurant on site that serves lovely food. Breakfast was good also. The room was comfortable and spacious and in my case had rails to use in the bathroom.
- Pauline (8/5): Very good -
- Stephen (9/5): Fantastic hotel and very friendly staff - The breakfast was really nice with plenty of choice. Eggs were prepared fresh and cooked very well. Rooms although basic were adequate for a short stay. Very clean. Comfy beds. Nice bathroom. Water provided along with tea and coffee in the room. The check in staff couldn’t do enough to help and were always pleasant Nothing
- Akshay (1/5): Bad - The AC wasn’t working all night.
- AussieHolidays (8/5): Interesting and good value accommodation option near Changi - We were looking for an overnight stay near the airport to break up a long trip. This good value option is a $20 Grab ride from the airport. I’m so used to staying at Metro Singapore hotels that this hotel was a pleasant surprise. It is set on spacious grounds just past the prison complex and some military bases. There is no traffic noise and you can actually hear birds and geckos in the gardens.
This venue appears to be primarily a conference centre. The rooms are quite spread out and are separate from the reception area. Front desk service was good and we decided to eat at the on-site restaurant. The restaurant was very quiet but the food quality was good but the portion size was relatively small. A regular free shuttle bus is available to nearby eateries and a pool complex.
Our room was fairly basic but quiet and comfortable. The air-conditioner seemed to be preset at a temperature that could not be adjusted. The room had a small fridge which struggled to cool things. The room had good blackout blinds and a sizeable bathroom. Wifi worked well and the room was clean.
I would stay there again.
- Timothy (8/5): Friendly staff - Quiet and away from the city
- Karen (8/5): - Friendly staff
- Bazhenov (9/5): Superb - A very quiet and peaceful place. The staff is excellent, especially at the reception — always polite and helpful. The room is spacious, and everything that was promised is there and works perfectly. There are no entertainment options, shops, or restaurants within a 20-minute walk, but there is a shuttle service available, and the staff is always ready to help
- Chong (6/5): Pleasant -
- Sunshine05230942510 (8/5): Great experience at Changi Cove - It’s easy to reach Changi Cove by Grab. It costs between 16 Singapore dollars to 23. It depends on time and how to choose a car type.
Receptionists are very kind and always help me out.
Complimentary bottled of water, tea, coffee and Nespresso in the room.
Breakfast is good and you can choose omlet, sunny side up and egg options.
I love the omlet the cook served me. I also had a porridge.
Shuttle bus service from Changi Cove to the nearest MRT station, Pasir Ris was very helpful for travellers. Almost takes 20 minutes. If you can use your time efficiently, make your plan first, then use this Shuttle Bus service.
From Changi Cove to Little India, 20 minutes ride for shuttle bus and 40 minutes for MRT.
You can also hear birds’ chirp at this hotel.
I will come back and highly recommend Changi Cove.
Note:A bit complicated from the reception to your room, but you can feel you are in a natural park.
- Altschuler (7/5): Good -
- Murray (7/5): Good -
- Mark (8/5): Very good - Quiet location excellent facilities. Just a little bit far from the city centre and major attractions.
- E-von (7/5): Good -
- Vicki (6/5): Quiet and relatively close to the airport. - Quiet and easy to get to the airport by taxi. No hot water in the morning and the plastic juice cups were very dirty (see the photo of what I wiped off the top of my cup in the photo). They don't cater for dairy free diets at breakfast either.
- Stephen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jeffery (10/5): - The staff is very nice. It is quite and away from the main part of town.
- Explorer39823294192 (10/5): Peaceful and worth it - One of the best hotels available in singapore. Quite far from the city center, but the quality of service and affordability is worth it. Bfast is included and they offer free shuttle service to the nearest mrt. Highly recommended. Will definitely come back.
- GoPlaces58096533744 (8/5): Perfect Hotel for healing and relaxation. - *The Hotel is unique, nature environment , fresh air , perfect for relaxing our body and soul .
*The room is perfect 👌
*The Breakfast food are delicious and have many variety
*The staff are warm and helpful .
*Suggestion; maybe if you install a jet washer in the toilet bowl would be great 😊👌👍🙏
And thank you so much also for Mr Vasant at the front desk , very helpful 👌👍🙏
- David (10/5): - Veey good staff
Always willinh to help
Up to datw knowledge on surounding places
Met our needs timely
- Weevee1965 (8/5): Quite Good - Room was fine, a reasonable mixture of TV Channels, the bathroom was good, the bed was very nice apart from the firm pillows on the first day. It took a while to work out the lift system especially if you are on the 5th floor and you need two lifts to get there. The breakfast buffet was delicious. A good free service to the nearest MRT station and most of the staff especially Erna who went above and beyond all expectations. The hotel is 11km from the airport and it cost us nearly $28 Sin ($22 US ) to get there from the airport (all taxis to and from the airport have an additional surcharge). A cheaper option would be to take an MRT from the airport to Pasir Ris station and then a bus (free or paid) or even a taxi from there is much cheaper.
