- Alise (8/5): Great hotel for the price - The staff is really friendly and helpful, very chatty and will make you feel comfortable! The location is amazing: beautiful parks, sea, old town, shops just around the corner! Breakfast was also really good, I did not get tired of it, even though we were there for 11 days! I would say that for the price you pay it is on excellent hotel, but if you’re used to clean and modern rooms, European standards overall, then you will not be comfortable! There were no duvets, just blankets that resembled towels, the floors were dirty, the shower was mouldy, but it’s OK. We clean it ourselves as I said for the price it is good anyways! Be careful with your money take it with you everywhere!!!!! We did miss some money (300€) conveniently at the time when housekeeping was on our floor and we were making coffee downstairs, but as there are no security cameras on the floors there is nothing we can do and it was pointless to complain because we wouldn’t be able to prove anything! (we’re pretty sure it happened at the hotel because we did count the money the night before and didn’t leave the money alone except that one moment) maybe we didn’t close the door and some other guests got in, who knows - not blaming anyone without evidence! :)

- St Alb (8/5): Great stay, great staff - On-site swimming pool and pool area was a great place to relax at the end of the day. Location, whilst not in Old Town, has a tram stop a block away, we walked into town. Staff are very helpful and friendly, assisting in arranging excursions and transfer to the airport. Nothing really, the lack of on site restaurant is irrelevant considering the cost for our rooms and there are a number of options close by.

Автобусная остановка в 2 минутах от отеля, трамвайная в 5 минутах. Очень приветливый персонал, хорошо говорят на русском. На запрос трансфера из Текирова быстро откликнулись и приехали.

- Steven (10/5): Super little hotel with pool - Lovely tidy little hotel just south of the city. She’s an old girl but very comfortable - the swimming pool is a nice touch after a long day! The guys that work there were very friendly and helpful despite the language barriers, very grateful to them for everything!

Örneğin çocuk yatağını önceden talep etmemize ve talebimizin onaylanmasına rağmen gittiğimizde elimizde yatak yok denildi. Israr edince yatak temin edildi. Odada havlu eksikti ve şampuan yoktu. Aynı şekilde talep edilince onlar da sağlandı. Yani talep edildiğinde eksikler bir şekilde tamamlanıyor ama organizasyon ve planlamada biraz sıkıntılar mevcut. Lokasyon iyi, oda genel olarak temizdi.

- Alena (8/5): Nice hotel near the city center - Nice hotel near the city center. It was very good choice for us, because we needed a one night stay before flight. There was everything we needed (air condition, clean room, comfortable bed and breakfast). And the price was very good. Special thanks to the staff, they are helpful and friendly, and also we ordered a transfer to the airport from them, thanks :)

Es war alles sauber, es gab einen Pool, das Frühstück war der Preisklasse entsprechend. Die Angestellten sind wirklich sehr nett und bringen einen gegen Gebühr zum Flughafen. Für einen Kurztrip zu empfehlen. Mit dem Bus direkt beim Hotel kommt man in 30 Minuten zum Strand nach Konyaaltı. In die andere Richtung kommt man nach 1 km an eine Plattform mit Liegen und einer Leiter und Meer.

Breakfast had a large selection, everyone would be able to find something they liked. particularly like that tea and coffee is available all day, not just at breakfast. Nice little pool to cool down in too. would just say that the bathrooms are old, but functional, kept clean and have great water pressure, maybe just the shower doors need updating

Staff can and should be much friendlier in their approach - this simple improvement would elevate the experience greatly in this simple hotel.

- Joseph (10/5): Exceptional - Everything, I come to Antalya every 3 months or so and after finding the triana I've been 4 or 5 times, I don't even bother looking at other hotels now. Location is great , always get my peace and quiet here as it's not surrounded by pubs and clubs, but only a 4 or 5 minute walk to get anything you need ( hadrians gate is only a 15 minute walk away ) The staff are all great here, they're really nice people very helpful and professional and friendly and always happy to help if you need anything The breakfast is nice, plenty of meat and cheese and fresh bread fruit etc, was surprised how good it was the first time I went Nothing I don't like about the place

The hot water does not work unless you keep it open for 10-15 minutes and water in the shower would be stuck there for 10-15 minutes so we couldn’t even take a shower one after the other. Our sink tap was broken and they took off the whole sink and told us to stay like that when I have a baby and need the toilet after getting upset they then given us another room to use the toilet for that night.

- Roland (8/5): - For this price the accomodation was good! The bed was quite comfortable, the room was silent so I had a very good sleep there. The breakfast was typical Turkish style - I liked it. Many different kinds of teas available. Very close to the center and only 1min walking away from the bus stop and 2 min away from the tramway. The negative things: It was written at the elevator that towels will be changed only every 3 days. Well, fortunately I was alone in the room and had towels for 2 people. But sad that they also don't empty the trush within those 3 days. The staff there is ok, but somehow it is strange that you as the customer have to great them first before they will great you. But beside of that they were kind.

The staff were friendly and helpful and took care of us. The room was standard and good internet coverage. Breakfast by the pool was really nice. I do recommend this hotel for anyone going.

- Nora_the_queen (2/5): Please don't visit or waste your money on this hotel. - The staff are way too nosey,always asking questions, given people no privacy at all.Their work attire was rough and unclean.They do not understand English properly.The male workers are too loud and noisy and they sit in the reception area and disturb the peace.The only staff member who was approachable and helpful was a man called Serdar.The cleaner woman was very rude and she didn't clean the bathrooms,did not replace the toilet roll and the shower head wasn't working properly.The liquid soap was empty,and when we asked one of the reception men if he could ask the cleaner lady to sort it out,he was very standoffish and rude.The two people who serve breakfast,a young man and a woman,just stand there staring and talking amongst themselves.The breakfast was vile,stale,and unpleasant.It was the same food everyday,mainly consisting of boiled eggs that look like they have been there for weeks,rotten tomatoes and moldy cheese.Outside the hotel,in the pool area,there are coakroaches.The swimming pool was dirty and unsanitary.The balcony door was not closing.The wifi in the rooms were not working,it only worked downstairs,I complained several times.If I could I would give this hotel 0 stars.

- Dayana (8/5): Affordable and decent place to stay - Good location of the hotel, with good facilities like the pool, tables downstairs for eating and decent breakfast. Cleaning was done everyday regularly and staff were nice and friendly. The wifi was very slow, would reach sometimes to the room and then it wouldn’t. The only place it was okay was downstairs by the tables and around the pool.
- Kimberley (8/5): Overall it was a nice hotel to stay in and worth the money - It was really clean, easy to find, and the staff were really nice and helpful The bar doesn’t sell alcohol, and there wasn’t much variety for breakfast
