• Ennio (1/5): Schlechte Erfahrung – altes, schmutziges Apartment und unfreundlicher Gastgeber - Der einzige positive Punkt wäre der Preis – allerdings nur weil die Wohnung billig eingerichtet ist. Ich weiß gar nicht, wo ich anfangen soll. Das Apartment ist alt und riecht nach Schimmel. Es besteht aus fünf Zimmern, die einzeln vermietet werden. Jedes Zimmer kann mit einem Universalschlüssel geöffnet werden, der allen Gästen zur Verfügung steht – Privatsphäre gibt es also keine. Das Badezimmer hat verstopfte Leitungen, und als Duschgel bekommt man eine alte, angebrochene Flasche. Die Bettwäsche riecht unangenehm, und der Raum ist staubig und muffig – wie in einem alten Großelternhaus. Außerdem liegt das Apartment in einer sehr lauten Gegend. Der Gastgeber wirbt mit „kostenlosen Parkplätzen“, in Wirklichkeit befindet man sich in einer Kurzparkzone, wo es fast unmöglich ist einen freien Parkplatz zu finden und wir somit wieder auf eine kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz zurückgreifen mussten. Die Informationen dazu sind unvollständig, und der Gastgeber scheint die Fragen kaum zu verstehen.

Świetna lokalizacja przy starym mieście, blisko do teatru i do głównych atrakcji Palermo. Bezpieczna okolica. Wadą obiektu, tylko dla kierowców, jest jego lokalizacja w strefie ograniczonego ruchu, co wymusza rejestrację samochodu przed wjazdem. Opiekun obiektu zrobi to samodzielnie, jeśli wcześniej zgłosi się taką potrzebę. Nie ma wydzielonego miejsca parkingowego, ale są bezpłatne miejsca parkingowe w pobliżu.

• Munir (10/5): A very nice place to stay in the center of Palermo. - The accommodation is very central, next to Piazza Vivaldi. My single bed room was simple, jet had a fridge and a sink. A small stove, a water kettle and a coffee machine (with mew coffee pads each morning) were available in the common space. The owner was nice and helpful. The room was very clean and got cleaned and tidies up during my stay. All in all a great stay.

• Sara (5/5): No volvería - Lo cogimos de última hora, dejándonos llevar por los comentarios de lo bien ubicado, y lo cierto, es que la ubicación es lo mejor. Otros puntos a favor son que pudimos dejar la maleta tras el check out (sin vigilancia) y que la habitación es muy espaciosa. No hay recepcionista en ningún momento del día, toda la comunicación para entrar y para cualquier problema es a través de WhatsApp. La alcachofa de la ducha estaba rota, se salía y fue imposible darse una ducha en condiciones la primera noche, no nos la arreglaron hasta el día siguiente (cambiándola por la de otra habitación…), después de este incidente tuvimos que pagar la estancia a un familiar en el piso de arriba y hubiese sido un detalle tenerlo en cuenta y compensarlo de algún modo :(. El aparato del aire acondicionado hace muchísimo ruido aunque esté apagado. Son dos camas pegadas en lugar de una grande y una es más incómoda que otra.

Chambre fonctionnelle mais à rafraîchir meuble dépareillées, oreiller, jauni, ménage, non fait sous le lit. Bailleur un peu insistant en réclamant sans cesse la taxe locale et la photocopie des pièces d’identité. Un bémol les instructions pour entrer dans l’appart’ fournit qu’à 17 heures le jour, même de l’emménagement beaucoup trop tard et peu rassurant dans un pays étranger et dans un quartier assez populaire. Cage d’escalier et entrée de l’immeuble vétuste, sombre et un peu glauque. Au vu de l’immeuble et de la rue, cette chambre seule est relativement chère.

He gave us a map of the city and places to visit for our brief 1 night stay. No breakfast, but there was coffee in small community area and a fridge in our room with 2 cold small bottles of water. It's always nice to have. Would stay again and good value. Nothing really it's perfect for short stay 2 days or 3

Parcheggio a pagamento custodito vicino Tutto il resto è nella sufficienza. Un po di confusione con poca attenzione e rispetto per chi soggiorna,ma non è tutta colpa del gestore......

Instalações antigas no geral, embora cuidadas. A casa de banho com limpeza a desejar. As fotos dos quartos apresentadas não correspondem ao quarto onde fiquei, mas serviu para o propósito. Pouco isolamento de som para o hall do 3º andar, inclusivamente obras e pinturas ocorreram no fim de semana sem aviso.

• Julia (7/5): - Location is great and the possibility to park the car in front of the building. Host is responding very quickly and overall is helpful. I’d say that room we’ve stayed in requires a small renovation already but overall it was fine value for the price.
