• Stefania Katia (6/5): Würde ich nicht weiterempfehlen - Die Pool-Landschaft, das Reinigungspersonal war sehr nett. Also ein 5-Sterne Hotel ist das nicht. Katarina an der Reception war sehr nett und hilfreich aber ihr Kollege, der meistens abends gearbeitet hat, war sehr unfreundlich. Ich bin froh, habe ich nur Frühstück gebucht, da das Essen immer gleich war. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hier nicht erfüllt worden.

Fand ich unhygienisch. Weiss nicht warum es unter 5 Sterne Hotel geht. Das einzige war, dass man die Koffer aufs Zimmer gebracht bekommt. Sehr wenig liegeflächen am Pool und Strand. Auf Auto oder Bus angewiesen

• Nadiya (6/5): Der Aufenthalt war in Ordnung, das Hotel hat jedoch eher einen 4 anstatt einen 5 Sterne Standart . - Die Familien Zimmer war wunderschön. Life Musik am Montag Abend war ausgezeichnet!! Das Essen war für all inclusive Hotel überdurchschnittlich. Die Lüftung in einen der Badezimmer war sehr laut. Wir habe das gemeldet, doch wurde nichts unternommen. Halterung für Duschbrause war defekt. Es war vielleicht ein mal ein 5 Stern Hotel , heute aber nicht mehr. Spirituose und Fruchtsäfte sind von sehr billiger Qualität. Extra Gebühr für Zimmer Safe ist für eine 5 Sterne Hotel unüblich und entspricht nicht den nationalen Standard.
• Brig (9/5): - Très bon hôtel à recommander si l'on veut visiter toute la partie ouest de la Crête. - - chambre et terrasse avec vue sur mer spacieuse - restauration au top !! (mention toute particulière pour Elena et sa "brigade" au pôle restaurant qui sont exceptionnels !!!) - personnel très agréable - propreté de l'hôtel - si le "big boss" qui doit gérer son établissement d'une main de fer, que l'on voit partout et tout vérifier toute la journée, pouvait, (sans pour cela dire bonjour à tous les clients), au moins ne pas "faire la tête", et être un peu plus souriant, ce serait bien !!!
• Pujol (7/5): - Nous avons séjourné en famille à 3 dans cet hôtel en 1/2 pension. Le buffet est varié et change tous les soirs. Nous avions la chambre en duplex, avec un lit simple pour notre fille a côté du canapé qui est en bas et un lit double en haut. Par contre ces ‘maisonnettes’ sont toutes situées dans la première partie de l hôtel et même si la route n est pas contre l hôtel mais à 200m, le bruit des voitures est bien présent dans ces chambres. Nuisance sonore le soir et le matin (dans la nuit moins de passage de voitures). Du coup la terrasse de ces chambres n est pas utilisable. Dommage car l agencement de la chambre est bien Je tiens à souligner le superbe travail des femmes de chambre, car c est super propre tous les jours

• Danièle (8/5): Un établissement très agréable où nous avons aimé séjourner - Beaucoup de fleurs dans le jardin, hibiscus , bougainvillées etc. fontaines et bassins , Très belle piscine avec recherche dans la configuration . Transats en grande quantité disposés sur différents niveaux de terrasses . Superbes buffets offrant une bonne variété de plats , chaque jour différents . Chambre et salle de bain confortables et bien équipées . Terrasse avec 2 transats , 2 chaises et une petite table d'extérieur et , surprise , une piscine privée au bout de la terrasse . Nous avons eu de la chance . Rien, tout nous convenait . Les chambres peuvent être sonores en cas de voisins bruyants mais nous n'avons eu que des voisins discrets . A noter , pas de plage de sable . mais baignade possible car eau peu profonde sur fond de galets , pas gênant avec des chaussons de bain .

• Catherine (6/5): Séjour court mais pas inoubliable - La configuration de l’hôtel Hôtel Impersonnel Le restaurant : arrivés peu de temps avant la fermeture ( ferme à 21h30) Nous sommes acceptés au buffet mais 15 minutes après le buffet est retiré et le prix est le même que pour un repas complet. Trop de musique même la matin au petit déjeuner
• Alyssa (8/5): Decent but not a beach spot. - Most people working there are very nice. The property was very clean and the room was comfortable. The property was lovely but the beach area is misleading in the pictures. You cannot walk into the water. There isn’t sand but giant rocks so there is a wooden platform down to the water that is covered with algae and a bit slippery. Just a half mile west of a stunning beach. The property should make the beach area more attractive. The food was okay but I’m glad that we only got a half board and explored local places instead of just eating on site. The breakfast never changed in 8 days and there were not a lot of veggies options in the morning. I tried to get an omelet made a few times and the cook walked away each time and I never saw anyone actually getting an omelet although there was a station and toppings presented each morning as if it was an actual option. Pool table sticks were barely usable which was disappointing since you were expected to pay to play.

Un accueil qui se veut agréable mais on sent une certaine lassitude à répéter les mêmes informations. Le dîner a été pris de manière express car le buffet a été rangé avant l'heure limite annoncée. Le paiement a du être effectué obligatoirement en espèces. Surprenant ! Dommage que le petit déjeuner ait eu lieu avec une musique très - trop forte.

• Giovanni (7/5): Soggiorno in agro-dolce - La zona esterna della struttura Il bagno. Con annesso una vasca con doccia incorporata. Molto pericoloso fare la doccia, con il rischio di cadere e la tendina che ti tocca il corpo, creando un senso di fastidio e di paura.- Capisco la mancanza del bidet, purtroppo! Ma allora, perché non utilizzare il water con una doccetta laterale? o quei water con doccetta interna inclusa? Inoltre nel bagno trovi soltanto 4 misere boccettine: 2 gel per il corpo e 2 per shampoo.... e basta. e con un telefono a muro messo lì soltanto per forma inutilizzabile.... forse per dare la parvenza di un hotel a 5 stelle? Le 5 stelle le darei grossomodo alla struttura esterna, ma assolutamente non alla stanza e con un televisore senza poter vedere alcun canale italiano??? Prima volta che andavo a Creta, e sempre scelgo hotel a 5 stelle. Mi ero fidato di Booking.com ... ho sbagliato a fidarmi di Booking.com Prossime prenotazioni starò più attento a ciò che scrive Booking.com

• Ivan (1/5): Nie wieder. - Das nette Personal Das Essen ist ein Verbrechen. Meine Freundin hatte am 3ten Tag eine Lebensmittel Vergiftung ich am letzten Tag. Hier sollte mal ein Hygienisches Amt vorbeikommen.Die Zimmer sind Renovierungsbedürftig. Strand ist ein absoluter Witz, man konnte wetterbedingt durch den Wind von Sonntag bis Dienstag nicht ins Meer, dafür kann das Hotel zwar nichts jedoch wäre Aufklärung gegenüber dem Kunden gut das der Zugang ins Meer so aussieht siehe Fotos.Die Getränke sind denke ich das billigste vom billigsten. 5 Sterne? Nie im Leben vielleicht allerhöchstens 3. Wir haben uns nicht mehr getraut dort zu essen bis auf Pommes und Brot und Wasser. Absoluter Reinfall. Meiner Meinung sind die 5 Sterne hier Täuschung und extrem Kundenunfreundlich.

• Noora-Orvokki (10/5): Tämä oli toinen kertamme tässä hotellissa, nähdään taas ensi vuonna! - Henkilökunta on ihanaa, tunnet itsesi todella tervetulleeksi ja tärkeäksi. Ruoka on hyvää, jokaiselle löytyy jotakin. Allasalue on riittävän iso, ei ruuhkaa. Kaikkialla on siistiä ja paikka on kaikkineen todella kaunis. Mukavaa järjestettyä ohjelmaa. Ranta on kivinen, mutta läheltä löytyy hiekkarantaa. Allasalue on kuitenkin niin ihana, että ei meressä uimista edes kaipaa.

• Daniele Perri 1 (5/5): Non aspettatevi un 5 stelle o un all inclusive come in altre strutture dello stesso livello - La struttura è pulita, con una grande piscina ed un accesso privato al mare, anche se su scogli. La struttura ha un campo da beach volley e l'animazione, sebbene sia gestita da 1 persona per il mini club e 1 per le altre attività, permette di godersi attività sportive (acquagym, water polo e beach volley) grazie alla grandissima professionalità di Yasser e Marta. Il personale è sempre stato gentile. La ristorazione non è come in altri hotel a 5 stelle all inclusive. Dopo le 17 non c'è più possibilità di avere snack disponibili inclusi nello all inclusive, ma solo a pagamento. Per avere l'acqua in bottiglia quotidianamente in stanza lo abbiamo dovuto evidenziare. Il ristorante, sebbene a cena chiuda nominalmente alle 21:30, già dalle 20:30 non riempie vassoi vuoti ed a partire dalle 21 si iniziano a rimuovere pietanze ancora disponibili e a pulire. In 9 giorni passati in questo hotel ci sono sempre state 4 varianti di carne, ma 1 sola di pesce, a meno di 2 sere in cui sono state proposte triglie o alici in aggiunta, pesci freschi. La qualità del cibo è accettabile per un inglese, non per un italiano. Comparato alla tradizione greca ci sarebbe tantissimo da poter migliorare. Ultimo punto: l'attenzione massima alla riduzione degli sprechi (dalla carta igienica, ai bicchieri, ai cambi asciugamani, al condizionatore che si accende solo dopo aver chiuso la finestra, etc. ). Questo è un punto secondo me positivo, ma che se percepito come una limitazione dal cliente riduce il valore del prodotto offerto. Capisco la riduzione degli opex, ma un 5 stelle deve offrire servizi in linea con l'offerta di altri 5 stelle, altrimenti il valore percepito è estremamente minore.
• Ranis (10/5): - Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Zimmer sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Essen sehr gut. Bedienung und Service sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schwimmbad super. Strand hat uns gefallen. Strand mit Steine, aber gleich in Wasser Sand. Zugang von Strand zu Meer muss unbedingt besser sein.

• Christian (8/5): Schöner Urlaub, nettes Personal, nur die Gäste habens manchmal nicht so mit dem Lesen - Es war immer sehr einfach Hilfe rasch zu bekommen. Am Einfachsten in englisch, selbst als wohl beim Transfer Taxi etwas durcheinander gekommen ist, kam schnell ein Anruf. Eventuell das Problem mit reservierten Liegen bei Pool und Strand etwas eindämmen. Es ist etwas unschön, wenn man fast einsam an Pool oder Strand kommt, aber einige Plätze gemütlich vor einem langen Frühstück nur mit Handtüchern besetzt sind.
• Bettina (8/5): Insgesamt befriedigend - Das Personal sehr freundlich. Essen abwechslungsreich und mit Motto Der Animateur ist eine Vollkatastrophe. Jeden Tag der gleiche Ablauf…und das 2 Wochen lang. Und er mag keine Kinder!

• Aneta (5/5): - Krásné květiny, výhled na moře, dostatek lehátek u bazénu i u moře. Nekvalitní (nejspíš nejlevnější) jídlo a nápoje (neodpovídají 5* hotelu). Nejedná se o písečnou pláž - převážně kameny, občas v místech písek. Vybavení působilo zastarale. V bazénu se nedalo dlouho vydržet, protože vůbec neosvěžil - velmi teplá voda. Celkově se nejedná (v poměru v ČR) o 5* hotel, spíše se jedná o 3,5* - 4*.

• Tomasz (6/5): Baza wypadowa - Blisko do Chani ale musisz dysponować autem. Co prawda są też autobusy i taxi. Pyszne jedzenie. Dobra oferta all-in. Basen czysty. Piękny widok. Darmowy parking. Plaża sztucznie zasypana piaskiem ale generalnie kamienista. Zejście po platformie do morza. Morze dosyć płytkie w części kilkunastu metrów od brzegu co jest na plus. Widoki super. Hotel fajny jako baza wypadowa ale cena niestety … Generalnie poza hotelem kilka knajpek i sklepów w odległości ok 10min spacerem. Trochę nudno. Dobrze, że Chania jest w miarę blisko (30min autem). Niestety pokoje , szczególnie te z antresolą, proszą się już o remont. Łóżka (poza małżeńskim) są totalnie niewygodnie - to zwykłe kanapy lub dostawki (wąskie, krótkie i niewygodne). Za drogi jak na ten standard. Boisko tylko do siatkówki (usypane piachem na krótko). Nie ma innych boisk - w opisie na booking coś się nie zgadza w tym zakresie.

• Emanuele (8/5): Bello! - Hotel molto bello. Cibo ottimo e molto variegato. Mi è piaciuto molto il fatto di avere la piscina a due passi dal mare. Camere pulite e spaziose. Ho trovato il servizio reception poco cordiale e a tratti scortese nelle risposte. Sarebbe auspicabile un’accoglienza più attenta e disponibile verso i clienti. Le bevande dell’all inclusive non erano di grande qualità, piuttosto diluite.

The pool and beach are really close to each other, which is very practical when being with kids. The fridge was not very cold which I needed to use for storing my baby food. And additionally, the AC/ fans in the restaurants were not helping to enjoy our food because of the hot weather.

• Iurii (2/5): - My overall impression of that hotel: Never again! The attitude of the staff does not correspond to a 5* hotel, but rather a cheap hostel. "All-inclusive" statement is false - only cheap and low level drink is included. Any normal wines and cocktails are at the additional cost. Shouts and attitude of the local staff are just killing the vacation mood.
• Zoltán (9/5): A pleasant stay in a hotel with beautiful surroundings - The hotel and its surroundings are very beautiful. The young staff is kind and polite. The reception staff is helpful and kind. The pool and the private beach are very good and useful with small children. We always found something delicious among the food. The older, male waiter (Stratos) had a lecture tone and unnecessary affectation at the PoolBar. We avoided him whenever we could. In the restaurant, we were not able to sit where we wanted to (there were times when the older, male waiter would have sat us in the smoking area with a small child).

Ruoka perustasoa ja juomat keskinkertaisia paikallisia halpis merkkejä. Tallelokerosta joutui maksamaan vaikka siitä ei ollut etukäteen tietoa. Yhtenä päivänä siivooja unohti tulla ja respassa vain sanottiin, että huomenna sitten seuraava siivous. Rantaa mainostettiin hiekkarantana, mutta oli kivikkoinen. Lasten ohjelmaa piti olla loman aikana, mutta sitä ei ollut.

• Alexander (1/5): Never again. - The attitude of the local staff is more like in a cheap hostel, rather than in a 5* hotel. I felt myself very bad, not what I use to get at good level hotels. Declared "all inclusive" in reality is just an extended full-board. Wines, coctails, snacks in the bars are for extra fee. I asked for a snak in the bar, so barmen started to shout thaе I have to pay! I had no issue with that, and I didn't even say any word, but the barmen treated me in front of the other people, like a mearchant at Laos poor market...
• Myriam (6/5): Pas au niveau d un 5 étoiles ! - Hôtel avec une très belle vue et accès direct à la mer Personnel agréable L hôtel ne mérite clairement pas ses 5 étoiles !!! -qualité des repas pas digne d un 5 étoiles. Toujours la même chose et sans saveur. ( on est plus sur du 3/4 étoiles) je ne parle pas même pas du snack... Fallait avoir vraiment faim pour se laisser tenter - chambre très très vieillotte qui ressemble plus à un 3 étoiles. ( sèche cheveux qui vous reste dans les mains, rideaux de douches à l ancienne, coffre fort payant, meuble d'un autre temps.) Hôtel proche de la route.. Avec les bruits qui vont avec... Nous sommes restés 4 nuits et nous avions hâte de changer d hôtel. Le suivant était un 4 étoiles avec un standing nettement au dessus de l Hydramis.
• vincent (7/5): bon séjour qui aurait pu être excellent sans ce problème de climatisation - un peu tout La climatisation qui est pilotée de façon générale dans la partie la plus ancienne de l'établissement près de l'accueil. Arrêt total de la clim le matin qui est insupportable pour les chambres à l'est en plein soleil le matin.
• Florian (7/5): Det var fyra dagar av total avkoppling, hotellpersonalen är exceptionell - Stranden och hotellets interiör är fantastisk, havsutsikten är enastående. Rummet med havsutsikt, man kan inte andas på natten, det är väldigt varmt. Hotellet är 3 och en halv stjärna.
