The location is very convenient, the pricing is reasonable, and the overall value for money is outstanding. The hotel is impeccably clean, with regular housekeeping, and the WiFi works reliably. What truly sets this place apart is the exceptionally warm and attentive service. The staff are genuinely friendly, always ready to help, and remarkably flexible in accommodating guests’ needs. Getting to and from the airport was also very easy, which made the stay even more comfortable. While the hotel is not positioned as a luxury property, it exceeded my expectations in every way. I am very grateful to the owners for their care and hospitality, and I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Seoul. No complaints.

La dimensione della camera andava bene per gli standard coreani e anche lo spazio per la doccia era buono per gli standard che abbiamo trovato in Corea! Disponibilità di acqua, possibilità di usare un microonde, camera dotata di phon, spazzolini, ciabatte e dentifricio! La camera era pulita 😁

• Gorica (10/5): Clean. Location is the best. - We stayed for 10 days in two-beds room with window. Room was quiet, perfectly clean and was cleaned every day, towels were changed every day, as well, which was the most important thing for us. It was enough spacious for our needs, too. Staff is lovely, location is great, very budget-friendly hotel which I recommend to everyone. I would come back for sure.

• Marie Menlaï (7/5): Fantastique ! Très bien situé ! - À environ 10-15 min à pied de Myeondong ! Trop bon emplacements et très pratique pour une fin de séjour « shopping ». Également très proche des grands magasins. J’a adoré l’emplacement. En revanche, pas très pratique pour les taxis car il est situé dans une petite ruelle. Il y a plein de restaurant à côté. Tu peux manger quand tu veux. Tu trouveras toujours quelques choses d’ouvert quand tu rentres tard d’une expédition. Mon convenience store favoris est juste en face. Que du bonheur. J’ai trouvé la chambre un petit peu petite. C’est un peu Tetris quand tu entre dans la chambre. J’ai été en décembre et c’était super bien chauffé ! Good point !

• Brian (10/5): Good hotel in a prime location! - It’s a small hotel with super friendly owners/staff. We stayed for 5 nights and they helped us with a few things during our stay. They have great local food recommendations if you ask. The location is super convenient to many of Seoul’s main attractions. The metro, Namdaemun Market, Deoksugung Palace, and Myeongdong are all walking distance. It’s a great deal and I’d happily stay there again.

The room was pretty nice, but a bit small. Price was very cheap. Staff was very nice and could speak english. Payment and booking through booking.com was easy. The bathroom was small, and was all fogged up and the floor was wet after a shower. There was also a weird red stain on the bathroom door. They told me to put my used toilet paper in a bin next to the toilet to avoid clogging it up.
• Helena (10/5): - I have stayed in Daewoo Inn many times before and I always come back - the price and quality is on point. The manager couple is really the best and so kind and helpful. Because I stayed longer I got upgrated into a bigger room. Laundry service is good an cheap. Location of this hotel is the best - two minutes walk from bus stop and subway station (line 2 and line 1). Quik walk from famous tourist spots.

I could always ask something and I was treated Super kindly. The people who workes there , they make sure aboit every detials. When I waited in reception for something they offered me coffe and sweets. When I ask how to get soemwhere , the man spent like 5 minutes to explain me everything in caring detials. Everything was clean and taken care for . Wifi works without problems. Honestly it is so easy to find with both google & naver maps. Daewoo I miss you . Hope When I visit again I will see polish magnet on fridge. It was my honor to be your guest. The fact that I had to leave.

• karen (8/5): Loved my stay there and would return. - Loved the beautiful fresh cotton bedding on the bed was great. Air conditioning was good and l was pleased l could turn it on/off. The layout of the room was great and it was very quiet until l got a noisy neighbour last 2 nights but before that it was perfect. I loved the cafe downstairs and was gutted l didn't realise until 2nd last day it was gluten free..... The location of the hostel was great and from other friends it was much better than the more expensive hostels and l seen pictures of their rooms and mine looked like a palace compared to theirs. I loved the flip flops provided and towels were lovely. I would return to the hostel and eat downstairs as l'm Coeliac and see more of Seoul. Kitchen and washing machine looked great although l didn't use it. I think it would be great to have a little corner table to sit a lamp on rather than virtually jumping into bed when l turned the lights out.

• Tien Kang (9/5): Title: Excellent Service and Location with Room for Small Improvements - The location was excellent and the staff were genuinely outstanding. I especially appreciated the receptionist, who went the extra mile by waiting for me to check in despite my delayed arrival due to long queues at airport immigration. The reception normally closes at midnight, yet they stayed past operating hours just to make sure I could check in smoothly. That level of dedication and hospitality made a strong impression on me. I honestly have no major complaints. Considering the price and the convenient location, everything was satisfactory. If I were to suggest a small improvement, it would be to provide a few light snacks with breakfast, since coffee is already available. Even something simple like pastries or biscuits would make the morning experience more complete.

• Jennifer (6/5): Es gibt weitaus bessere Stadthotels - Die Lage war perfekt - man kam zu Fuß zu den Königspalästen und zum Seoul Plaza, sowie zu zahlreichen Restaurants und Cafes. Die verschiedenen Ausgänge der U Bahnstationen lagen rund herum sehr zentral. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett und freundlich und hat uns mit Tipps und Wegbeschreibungen zur Seite gestanden. Auch Regenschirme konnte man ausleihen, die wir leider oft brauchten. Die Umgebung des Hotels sah ziemlich "rotlichtig" aus... Es gab keine Hinweise darauf, aber schön anzusehen ist die Gegend ums Hotel nicht wirklich. Wir waren bisschen geschockt, als der Taxifahrer uns dort abgesetzt hat. Haben es jedoch ignoriert und die Vorzüge der zentralen Lage genossen. Das Zimmer ist in etwa so groß wie eine Schuhschachtel, aber ausgestattet mit Föhn und Duschzeug und Shampoo. Das Bett ist viel zu hart und die Bettwäsche war mal weiß.... zudem fand ich einen Blutfleck im Bettlaken, aber erst am Schluss leider, da der Fleck weiter unten war. Das geht gar nicht!

• Iuliia (10/5): Замечательный отель в центре. - Очень чисто. Постельное белье отличного качества. В номере есть все необходимое. Wi-Fi быстрый. Уличный шум не слышен по ночам. Кондиционер бесшумный. Вода в кулере и микроволновка - на 3этаже. Хозяева очень приветливы: после выезда мы смогли на несколько часов оставить свои сумки-чемоданы бесплатно. В отеле есть зонтики. Если смириться с ценами на отели в Сеуле, то не на что-то жаловаться .
• Caroline (8/5): Generally pleasant - The location itself is very convenient and accessible to local markets, historic landmarks and train stations. There are also plenty of restaurants around the area. So if you are a solo traveler, coming for leisure, who is not very particular to ‘premium- ness’, i recommend you to consider this Inn. My room is big - got 2 beds, big TV, ref, and well operational aircon. I’d like to commend the kindness and hospitality of the front reception. Thank you so much! Generally pleasant stay. Not ideal for business trips - wifi connection is poor and intermittent (I did not report anymore as I have my own personal wifi). Not ideal for people with disability. No dedicated lane for wheelchairs. Disposable slippers could be better. Blowdryer power is not that strong. Some towels are stained.

• Sébastien (10/5): Super bon plan pour être au centre de Séoul pour pas cher sans avoir des exigences de diva - La gentillesse du personnel - c'est la seconde fois que je m'y rends et je recommande chaudement L'offre ne comprend pas de petit déjeuner à proprement parler mais du matériel est à disposition pour se faire chauffer ce qu'on veut et il y a un combini 7/11 à 50 mètres WIFI fonctionnait peu ou pas dans ma chambre, heureusement des WIFI gratuits étaient captables à proximité.
