- Erin (8/5): - The hotel is aging but the room was clean and comfortable. The ac and hot water worked wonderfully. There was a good supply of hangers and a full length mirror. It was a ten minute walk to Taman Anggrek mall.
- Luke Anthony (6/5): - Nice and spacious room and good a/c. Bathroom was on the small side but functional (great water pressure), then again I'm 196cm/105kg. Only complaint I had was the hot water was just above warm. Over all it was a nice experience.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - hotel is very poor condition in need of complete renovation especially public areas with very old carpets and smell of cigarettes all over the place even on non-smoking floors. Staff is attentive however their level of english is very poor and it is almost impossible to have accurate information which leads to frustration. Breakfast is basically made for locals and there is not much choice to start with. The only good advantage is vicinity of the malls and nothing else.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Smell and bad conditions - This hotel is awful, I booked superior room 7 days and this room no refrigerator and we request the change better room with refrigerator after we move the next room but everything same only extra refrigerator and they charge extra $20 for with refrigerator room. This hotel very old corridors, rooms, shower and water is sooo bad smell. I stay only 2 days and I booked another hotel same price and good quality. I never ever book this hotel again.

- Nov (4/5): You get what you pay. - The non smoking room smells like cigarette. The hotel is old the bathroom is need improvement. The swimming pool is nice tho..The staffs is friendly but I wont recommend this to my friends or family.

- mohammed (6/5): Close to some large shopping malls - The staff are friendly, but struggle with english so communicationis not the easiest. Could help the taxi drivers since got fleeced the first time and was wary after that.
- Chen Yongjie (8/5): Good friendly staff but not so friendly room. - Front desk staff are very friendly. But the rooms a little old and dusty. I even hurt my foot 3 times as I step on something sharp on the dirty carpet. Neighbourhood is convenient with the malls nearby (still need to take cab). But if you want food, better takeaway from elsewhere back to hotel because the hotel food isn't that great.

More signs are needed as there are different wings, so one can get lost. Coffee and tea sachets not properly topped up. The pool was dirty. OK for a business trip

- Alan (8/5): Book the Deluxe Room and this hotel will be fine - I have stayed at the hotel no less than 30 times, so I know the good and the bad. The key to an enjoyable stay at this hotel is booking the Deluxe room, the extra comfort is well worth it! This hotel is a bit dated, HOWEVER it is very clean. The location of this hotel can be ideal, depending on your needs in Jakarta

- Kirit Kumar (4/5): Short stay at Mega Anggrek - The location was good amd room was spacious. Check in and check out was very smooth. The staff was polite at the reception. The room was cleaned and toiletries refilled daily. The breakfast was limited and the refills for the buffet was very slow. The hot water in the shower was fixed after we complained that it wasnt working. The airconditioner was a split unit and wasnt cold even when turned to 18 degrees. If you, like us, are staying for two days, its bearable.
